I love this location. It's always super quick to get in and out and the DMV is right next door so getting your emissions tested then plates renewed is as easy as it can be.Ticketing machine upon entry, they open up bays and lines to prevent long wait times when possible. Indoor waiting area. Was able to pay with cash or card.Very friendly and helpful staff (one rescued me from a spider that dropped down from the ceiling of my car as I handed him my ticket by picking him up and putting him on the ground lol extra brownie points to him).

It was an absolutely excellent experience! I went right in. I didn't have to wait The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. It was just a great deal

So enjoy knowing my car is healthy. Though when the gas cap fails it's the end of the world.. had a new one, handed it to the attendant, they ran the test, then ran it again. I inquired.. didn't use the new cap! Only a quarter tank of gas was used.

Awesome! Took about 10 maybe 15 minutes, where at other locations you could be looking at a 45 minute wait before you can get in!! Even you have to drive a bit out of your way, it's worth it!

I went on a slow day and was done in 10 minutes. I have been before when the line was long and had to wait about 45 minutes. A little hard to find the location, Google kept talking me to the wrong location. Everything was fine but the employees are rather grumpy.

Longest wait there s lots of reviews saying how fast this place is but I guess I came on a bad day or maybe staffing problems? Cars are getting out of line and turning around it s been so long. 2 Hour for this visit yikes

Fast and courteous! Time of day and which day is EVERYTHING here. Nice people and I was in/out in 20 minutes.

I was in and out in 25 mins, failed due to gas cap, went to O Reilys got a new cap, returned and was in and out in @ 20 mins. Very quick and efficient even with a line of 7 cars. Highly recommended test site.

Far out of state and had to get the Vin verified. There was a decent line for emissions checks, however, I parked in the lot and a technician name. Andrew came out and helped me right away. It took a little time, however, it was a very painless process as Andrew walked me through everything and I took care of me. The emissions line was long, luckily I did not need it. I believe they re first comes first serve for emissions, so if you need emissions testing, I would go early. This is the second time I ve been to this facility, and I ve had good experiences each time.

Very backed up today due to previous closure. As other reviewers have stated, the cashier is very unpleasant and clearly does not care to work with the public.

This review is only about the web site and the ability to contact them.After ten minutes I was unable to call the location.The number provided goes nowhere.How can they run a business like this?How.

Oftentimes there's no line. If there is a line, it moves very quickly. I'm never there longer than maybe 30mins. I love coming to this facility over others.

Update google hours if you re going to be randomly closed. Also maybe be open so it s not an hour+ wait at the other Sheridan location.

I gave this place 4 stars. Definitely by far the quickest emissions I have been too however the woman taking the payment had an attitude problem. Didn t say a word and when I asked a question she was short answered.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon towards the end of the month around 4pm and there was no wait. Barely sat down before they said I was ready to go. Super nice and speedy service.
