I'm giving this company five stars because they were right there ready to go for me. Luckily I didn't actually have to need them but just knowing that they were ready to go and they knew I was having issues and answered their phone is a big deal. Thank you

Excellent Service! Thanksgiving Day while traveling through Limon, CO we got a flat tire. We called roadside assistance and a gentleman came out and took excellent care of us. Changed my tire, made sure my spare had correct pressure and ensured everything else was safe and ready before we continued. He was a life saver, thank you!

Our transmission failed in our Jeep 2 hours from home. Winterberg answered our call, and the staff was very friendly. When Justin arrived, he was friendly and professional. The 2 hour drive home was enjoyable. Justin was a very kind, intelligent and thoughtful tow-tuck driver. He made our stressful experience an enjoyable one. Lifesavers!!!!! We were stuck in the middle of nowhere an hour away from this tow company. We could get no one to come tow us, but when I called Winterberg they said we are on our way! Doug was helpful and fast! Thank you thank you foe the excellent customer service!!! The dispatcher was very sweet and reassuring. The fees weren't crazy expensive. They were also pretty quick to teach us and pleasant to work with.

Ellen (dispatcher) and Doug (driver) were truly hospitable and professional. We were truly between a rock and a hard place and they rescued us. Excellent communication, modern clean truck, and quick. I wish I could get service this in Atlanta.

My son was in a accident and didnt survive, his suitcase was found and they saved it for me for about 2 months, until i got a chance to get it. Thank you so much it means the world to me knowing someone we have never knew cared. I do thank you guys so much, it was even a Sunday when they come to the yard and gave me my babys suitcase. Thank you so much

This company came to my aid when I was by myself 8 miles away. I needed to get my car back to Limon within an hour or I couldn t get the tire changed.Fast and safe. I highly recommend this company.

I just had a lockout from a wonderful gentleman who was able to get my 2023 freightliner cascadia open in a giffy. He was very professional, kind, and easy to talk to. I am so grateful for his service. Also, the young lady on the phone was super professional and helpful...

I just want to say these people are amazing, friendly, and professional. I got stranded in the middle of the night with my one and two year old. They not only came and got us and towed my car for a very reasonable price but also made sure that we got to the hotel because we were from out of town. My husband and I'd like to thank Brandon, very friendly and efficient tow truck driver who went above and beyond to help us find a shop that would do same day repair on our vehicle especially that it was near closing time in all the shops in town on a Friday night. We were very limited in time on our trip and Brandon was heaven sent and so was the shop he found for us, Interstate 70 Diesel & Auto Repair who in fact also went above and beyond and got us back on the road in a couple hours instead of a few days like other shops in town had speculated.

After traveling all day from Kansas City, we ran into car trouble just outside of Limon at around 3:30 p.m. We called Winterberg for towing service.The driver was on time, friendly, and professional.He took us straight to a repair shop. Emilio was amazing!! our enclosed Trailer was toppled over on to its side with the wind on I-70. Emilio came out and turned that trailer over without any other damage. If I ever need a tow company I would hire them again.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Emilio I believe was the gentleman that brought my Karen of a truck home it was a tow from limon to eads! we called it in at 7:20 pm and he had it dropped at out house within 3 hours; not bad. he was also very friendly and professional definitely a guy to call when you need help!thanks again Emilio! amazing job!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

They did take a bit to get to us. However, for an emergency call, they were very timely. The driver was very professional. He stayed with us until we were able to get on the road again. He took us to a service station, a great one in Limon. They really knew what to do to get us going again. The dispatcher was polite and patient with us. We were two older women on the side of the road over 500 miles from home. We had no idea where we were. She took the time to help us figure out where we were. If you need a tow for whatever reason I would highly recommend winterberg oil company wrecker service!! A great bunch of people!!

I have used this company a few times for your service now. Each time, they are very friendly on the phone. The drivers are very professional, empathetic, down to earth, and helpful. I recommend this company to be your first call for tow service in eastern Colorado. They are my number one call when I need a tow.

My car decided to quit on my way from Missouri to Wyoming. I had to get it towed over 100 miles, which is no fun. I m glad they partnered with AAA, and was also glad that their rates were reasonable. When your car breaks down, it s no fun. But I m so thankful that I had such a great experience getting a tow. The driver was extremely kind and understanding. I really appreciated the conversation and just the ease of the entire process. Thanks!

Great people! I was stranded in a sleet storm in the middle of nowhere and they were amazing! Jeannette was so good on the phone and technician, Brandon was my hero! He was on the job with a great attitude in under 30 minutes from my call. Thank you!! Definitely recommend using this company!

We broke down during a long trip through Colorado and this company promptly dispatched a tow truck. I was able to watch the tow truck s progress to our location on my iPhone & the tow truck driver was patient & friendly.

Friendly staff and QUICK response time. I'd give another 5 stars if I could. Driver was exceptionally helpful getting our vehicle to a service station for a new tire. Highly recommended for assistance if you are in the area and you have vehicle trouble.

I broke down in Arriba, CO and Winterberg OilCo was the only tow company for 20 miles that had available trucks and timely service. I am happy to have found a reliable and responsive tow company for the long stretch of road around Limon, CO. They had my camper van to the auto shop (Diesel Interstate) within an hour of calling them. I am very grateful for their excellent service!

The tow track arrived quicker than expected. Brandon, the driver, provided and excellent service and was really really helpful. He even directed us to a nearby hotel given that it was night time already. He paid attention to details and respectfully offered to take us to rest area to use RR. Thanks Brandon.

Called yesterday afternoon after my car breaking down in the middle of nowhere and was super impressed with the customer service. Woman helping me over the phone took extra time to help me figure out about where I was located and helped to find me a closer towing service that was recommended in the area. My family really felt like we were being helped out while stranded and cared for.
