This is a good overnight place to stay. Only $40/night. This is a small new park only about 4 years old. It has several pull thru sites for overnight stays as your traveling I-70. All hookups are brand new. There are no bathrooms nor laundry facilities. You can't miss the flag pole they have, it is the tip, the top of a giant wind turbine blade standing on end and beautifully painted with a mural depicting the area.

Great place to spend a night or two while traveling through the area. We were greeted when we arrived, showed into our spot and given the lay of the land. While the spots may be tightly packed to some folks, I was good with it. Everything worked great Very easy to find.

Cindy is a wonderful host.Very clean and quiet in the town center of Limon. Well laid out and functional RV spaces. Great hookups that are very modern. Water is freeze free to spigot. Bring a heated hose if your going to connect throughout the cold nights.Highly recommended for passing through RVers that want and are quiet as most folks in this busy park are professionals and tradesmen that put in long hard hours. About 1 mile from I-70. Friendly town.Must call ahead.

The staff was super helpful. Cindy went out of her way to help us. The park was very clean and quiet and it even had a large area for your dogs to play. It also has full hook ups. And It was very convenient to I 70. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this park for a over night or a weekly place to stay.

Cindy and Randy are the best landlords and have an awesome place to park your trailer in the winter the water facets and thermal insulated to not freeze up during the nasty Colorado winters. Got a problem call Cindy and she will help any way she can.

Reasonably priced place with nice level spaces. No bathrooms or showers. Close to everything, because Limon! Owner takes pride in the place. Wish our spot would have been 180 out so our awning would have shaded. Southern exposure made for us hiding on the back side of the trailer all the time.

Cindy met me at the Trailing Edge Park and lead me to my site. She was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. The RV park is new, clean and level. My wife and I walked around the property and viewed the flag pole which is a piece of art. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

I was passing through Limon on my way to Buena Vista and decided to stop. I called and talked to Cindy who was very pleased and helpful. She gave me instructions on the best way to get there and was waiting for me when I arrived. She helped me get backed in and hooked up. Her husband arrived about that time and we talked for 45 minutes like we were old friends .She and her husband arevery nice people . If you are looking for a comfortable and easy place to stop look no further. This is the place.

My husband and I were driving through during a winter storm and we had to stop somewhere for the night Cindy, the manager was absolutely amazing and immediately helped us out. She is an absolutely wonderful person and we were so happy that we stopped here. Nice place and we will never forget how nice she was to let us hook up to electric after hours and get settled in for the night. Thanks so much Cindy! We will definitely be back if we re passing through again.

Was heading from Maryland to Colorado when a huge snowstorm blew up so we got this last minute. despite the huge snowstorms that have been pestering the area for the past 3 weeks, the area was accessible and all the hookups were uncovered and easy to get too. Was immediately greeted by a sweet cheerful woman and was given all the info and contacts if need be. She was extremely friendly and helpful and even recommends a place to eat (Oscar). You get your money's worth, and if I ever head back with my trailer, would 100% come back to this one.

Nice level spaces, owner very accommodating. A little pricy for no facilities but would probably stay again in a pinch. I'm amazed there's no dumpster for trash. What do folks staying here for weeks do with their trash? Recycling bins would also be nice.

We found Trailing Edge RV Park while driving on 70 near Limon, and what a great find it was. Very nice park. Well maintained and managed. No frills here, just a nice quiet safe place to stop over on a road trip. It is only a few years old so all the hookup s were new. The best part of it all are the owners. Very genuine and helpful. We called and received a call back shortly. Also, two blocks from the park is a nice easy in, easy out car wash with a 15 ft high bay. For any size Motorhome or travel trailer, and It takes credit cards. What a great RV park. Thank you Cindy and Randy for your hospitality.

Very clean and quite park. We stayed one night on our way to Utah. Cindy, the owner, met us at our site and helped us line up with the utilities. She even offered to help us set up. We must have looked pretty tired after driving all day. Nice area to walk our dog. We would stay again if we re in the area.

This was a great experience for an overnight stay. Our spot was taken by another camper, but owner quickly solved it and got us settled. Even came when it was cold and dark to ensure we were happy. Great pull through spots and easy set up. Very clean.

Great overnight stop on I-70. Easy access off the highway, but far enough not to hear highway traffic. Great pull thru sites with heated hookups for our winter travels. , Neat campground. Restaurants and shopping necessities near by.

My husband and I came for a few weeks and ended up staying almost three months. The price is fantastic for the area, the park is well maintained and the spots are very spacious. There s a trail that runs through and a huge field, great for dogs. Cindy is a really nice lady! We ll be back again next time we are in the area.

SUPER hospitality!! Owner responded to my phone messages; friendly and welcoming and VERY informative about local area. She met us at entrance and led us to pull through site. Sites have easy access electric and water (even in winter!). Snow was cleared. Very easy site access and pull directly on to street to depart. She keeps very clean and safe park. Wifi works too. Quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Definitely our first choice for traveling through the area or visiting the Colorado Springs/Denver area. BEST value for sure. Thank You for great stay!!

Stayed overnight here last week and just remembered to leave a review. We were grateful for the one night stay. Cindy and her assistant (don t remember her name) were very accommodating and kind. It was a windy night but it was a pleasant stay other than that. If we venture back again, this will definitely be on our list. Thank you!

Cindy was very helpful with getting our internet up and operational and she gave us great advice regarding a gooood place to eat. The campground is level and very clean. I would have given them a five, but we couldn't get connected to dump, someone had broken off an adapter and I couldn't get it out.

Fantastic RV park with full hookups. Owner is genuinely involved in making sure the park is safe, clean, and affordable. 100% recommend staying here over other parks if you're visiting family, working in the area, or otherwise stopping in. Only 1hr 20~ minutes from Denver area too!

Well maintained, clean with full hookups. A little pricy at $40 a night for a tiny spot with no outside space. But the owner is a lovely lady, and we will probably overnight here again on our way back and forth between AZ and MN.

We stopped yesterday for an overnight at Trailing Edge and couldn't be happier. The owner, Cindy, met us at the entrance and escorted us to our spot and made sure we were hooked up. She is a delightful woman. The site was level, the location offers easy on and off to I70 and it is in the center of town so no problem getting a drink and a bite to eat. We highly recommend Trailing Edge and will surely stay again as we pass through. Thanks Cindy.

I got here after close and Cindy was still happy to help me find a spot. She was exceptionally friendly and gave me a great rate for the night staying in my camper van being as I didn't use hookups. It has a nice river view, no bathrooms but is intended for RV's so it makes perfect since.

We stayed for several months from June 2020 until beginning of October 2020 for a work assignment and had a wonderful time. Cindy is just great, very friendly, easy to reach, and takes care of stuff. The RV Park is safe, quiet, clean, and leveled. No problems with utilities. Garbage container never overfilled. Park is close to the small grocery store and only 7 minutes away from state prison (good to know for travel nurses ). Easy to pay rent via PayPal. Would come back here.
