I'll give 2 stars because the gal at the service desk was pleasant. That was all that was good. I checked in at 10 am to have oil and filters changed and truck greased. I was told they couldn't get to me until 2 pm as they were finishing up a truck in the bay and was one more ahead of me. No problem. I get a call at 11:15 they can get me in now. Great. Pulled the truck in at 11:30. Went and had breakfast then checked on the truck. About another 30 minutes. Fine. Grabbed my things and went and took a shower. It's now 2 pm and the technician came out and told me he was almost done. Only had to grease the truck, but he had to stop to go and pick up the evening shif technician. Went and got in his car and left. 11:30am to 2 pm to change the oil and filters. Then I have to wait even longer so he can play taxi for someone. In your overview the first thing you say is you know how valuable our time is. Apparently not as important as yours. 2:30 pm and technician finally says he's done. I go to the desk to settle and the very young gal greets me with "do you need something?" Nice. Recap. 2 and a half hours to change the oil and filters. 15 minutes to grease the truck (being optimistic because he took off at 2 to pick up another technician and I didn't see when he came back) 3 pm finally paid and got out of there. Took way too long and cost way too much. Thanks but will probably not have truck serviced here again.

Got in late needed a shower, so I did that first and got to the restaurant just as they were getting ready to shut down the kitchen to clean and they let me get a to go order which was just great!!! I know they don't like to make a habit of this stuff cause people just expect to have their @@$ kissed everywhere they go these days. So I was very greatful they whipped me up some grub so I got it and got out of their hair. Awesome food, awesome service

I had a great experience yesterday in the shop. Nick was my mechanic and he was awesome. Great communication and he went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he do the repairs I needed done, but he also looked at a couple other things for me to give me peace of mind. As an owner operator, my time is valuable but so is a happy truck. Nick accomplished both of these! I would definitely recommend him and I would definitely request him to work on my truck again next time I come through. His professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed! Thank you Nick!

Most based truck stop of all time. The bathroom was actively being cleaned, which is more than you can say for most rest stops. Highly recommend you travel to Kansas, no, the United States, just to visit it

For a single tire change. You gotta wait 5 hours till they call you, then wait another 3 hours for them to change it. This place is slow and very unprofessional. Might as well limp the truck to the loves down the road.

3 hours for a tire change , 20 minutes working , 2hours and 40 min talking . This it's very Great . Next time I go to bring coffee and pop corn .

Truckers owner Operators if ever in state of Colorado on i70 this TA is great excellent service. Technician Nick replace my burnt out fuses free of charge was nice professional didn't try over sell products services . Should future issues concerns on my truck DOT out service items etc. Also store showers restrooms plenty of truck parking free spots. Awesome Mexican restaurant walking distance across the street. Would highly recommend stopping here all drivers if in area

Where do I start. This place is not in the best interest for trucker. They give you the run around no one ever talk accountability for anything around the place. Not to mention price gouge. Parts never in stock. Flat out lazy!!! Wish I could give a zero star. WARNING Steer Clear.....

Every time I stop here it s a new excuse. Came here about four months ago needed an oil change. They told me that the oil pit was having drainage issues here I am today Tuesday, October 31. Wanted to get my truck and trailer greased and now I m told that the pit is down again not because of drainage issues but because somebody apparently hit the door walked all around I see absolutely zero damage to the doors. If you all don t want to do the work, just open your mouth and say so we re all here trying to make a living there s no reason to make it harder on us just because you re lazy.!

Went in for coolant leak but ended up having a fuel issue as well. Brandon is one of the best mechanics I have seen in a while. He did not give up until my truck was completely fixed. He even came in on his day off to finish the coolant leak once they got the part in. He is top notch.

The people working inside were beyond rude when they're was a problem with the points for a shower. We finally got a shower and it was beyond disgusting. The toilet was dirty and there were black pubic hairs everywhere, the floor, the sink, and the shower. Manager was no help and was quite ride herself. I'll never fuel here or spend any more money here!

Very busy gas station/ truck stop. The bathrooms are being remodeled at this time, but they do have several detached buildings with "porta potties" in them. They were a little hard to find, because they are on the backside of the parking lot. They are surprisingly quite nice and cleaner than I would have expected.

I called Mark from west bound 70 at the 348 with a broken turbo at 8 AM. Gave him my info (2001 C-15 6NZ), he ordered my parts while I got a tow truck. Dropped my loaded trailer in his yard, and he got my truck in as quickly as he could. Mike worked on my truck, put two new air filters, and an oil change. Upgraded from my 550 turbo to a 600 (for $50. more), and they were done at 3:45. The bill was under $3500.. They were honest, timely, thorough, and reasonable. Would most certainly refer them.

We stop here nearly every time we take I70 east. It's a good stopping point. Lots of snacks and lunch items. Coffee and souvenirs and items you might have forgotten at home. And they are re-doing the bathrooms. That's a good thing. They need more of them.

Food was the new hot dog and fries for $14. Not worth $1.Plumbing is all ripped out , portable toiletsFull or near full . The smell was awfulI won t be back here for 6 months

Go here instead of across the road at Phillips 66. Its larger and has more services to also a family restroom. It had the same amount of stalls as across the road but they were keeping it stocked. Paper towels and TP. There was a sign saying free ice in your own cup. Across at Phillips it said you pay no matter what.

A delightful rest stop. A full functioning subway inside a typical gas station type shop, with everything from cigarettes and soda to candy and chips. With a fresh section offering fruit, yogurts, sandwiches, boiled eggs, hummus and other healthier optionsConnected to that is shop with Colorado gear, souvenir s, toys, electronics, figurines, glass figurines, magazines, books, DVDs, t-shirts, sweat shirts. Big bathrooms for both male and female connected to a sweets shop known for it's salt water taffy of every flavor, you can pick and choose what amount of each and mix up your own ratio. They also sell fudge, I bought the blueberry cheesecake fudge and it was beyond delicious. They also sell specialty chocolates you view behind a glass, ranging from peanut butter cups, mint chocolate, truffles, s'mores, chocolate covered cherries, chocolate covered rocky road bars, and all types of peppermint bark and all of which I have tried is delicious, and only 13.99 a pound regardless of what chocolate treats you choose. Next to that is a diner/cafe theme restaurant, with full seating, large space and full menu though I have not had the chance to dine here personally.

I've stopped here a hundred times but t his is the first time I've stayed. TA's and Petro's have always had the cleanest and nicest showers in my opinion but this one is the exception. Shower was tiny and had drywall hanging off the ceiling and mold on the ceiling. Nasty. If you're a trucker and need a shower in Limon. I recommend going across the highway to the flying J.

Absolutely the slowest, laziest, shop I ve ever been in. Pulled in the shop at 1000hrs, they didn t get done with a basic oil change until 1350hrs. NEVER AGAIN.

This place is a disaster right now. The rest rooms are out of order and they put port-a-pottys in the parking lot - my wife was very very uninthusiastic about staying there so we went across to some clean, non-port-a-pottys at McDonald's.
