What a find, the lowest prices I have found on the road living in an RV, the friendly faces and helpful attitude, they never leave me trying to load my 100# tank, just all round great guys.

They helped my family out so much over the years. We have used them for the last 27yrs on one property and now using them on our other. They are always will to answer any questions we have and make sure we know how much we owe when they fill. So thank you for taking care of my family so great all these years

We have been Stone Oil customers for many years, and these fine folks never disappoint !! Wonderful, expert propane service, delivered by friendly, prompt drivers with absolutely no hassle. I recently switched to Stone Oil and I have to say I am very pleased!! Dave was very nice and had amazing customer service. So glad I finally found a great company to work with along with low prices!

4 years with this company, Dave informed me they were picking up their tank ,when i called for a delivery, we were down to 10% not because i owed money! because of the difficulty getting payment! I recieve LEAP assistance! he said he had people that needed a tank, and to get propane somewhere else! What? this is rude anytime but Dave I think their is a Governors order in place to protect us from heartless business owners! Yes i have struggled but i had cash i wasn't asking for credit! i would not recommend starting a service with this company.So where is my REBATE? who is having difficulties getting paid now! All but maybe 200 a year is paid by LEAP and didn't owe you anything .GUESS WHAT THEIR ARE PEOPLE WHO LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK when i filled the tank and requested it be topped off you waited until it was low and i needed 300 to get fuel not everyone has 300 on demand but I'm arguing like it matters if i use your company or not . Your company doesn't offer anything worth keeping so have a nice day!

I have had nothing but superior service from Stone Oil. Here about a month and half ago we ran out of propane while waiting for the landlord to straighten our tank up as it was tilted fairly good. I called Stone on a Monday morning and spoke with the manager and explained my situation and that I only need 100 gallons to get me through so my kids can at least take warm showers. He explained that the truck was in my area (Falcon) and that the load was spoken for but he would call the driver and see what he could do for me. Shortly he called back and completely saved my day by 1 going ahead and putting 100 gallons in my tank and 2 by sparing a 100 gallons for me. This is the best propane company I have ever dealt with. In fact I will be calling them again in the morning to get on the schedule to get more propane as our tank is finally fixed!

Stone Oil Company has always been good to us. We, as Winterberg Oil Company Wrecker Service, have been customers of theirs for multiple years now and have never had any complaints!

Nice people but it seems they dont know what they are doing and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience because I wanted them to come check out a very apparent leak. When I first moved in I could smell the propane and asked them to check and they didn't find anything. This time i could hear it leaking at the valve. They came out again when I wasnt home, said they didn't find anything. I asked if they could come by when I was home to show them, they stated it would be out of there way to come again. I had to call another company where they ended up finding TWO leaks right away. Apollo Propane is waaaaay more out of my way where I live and they were willing to come asap knowing how dangerous a leak can be.If you just need services to fill up these guys are okay but dont expect too much mor than that.

Very poor customer service since this company has changed ownership. Had gas delivered guy dropped off a recipe trying to charge me double the price on gas recipe. When Mary was there no problem everything was run great! New owner stinks
