This place has one particular older very disgruntled lady who works there morning/afternoons who has no customer service skills whatsoever.She actively refuses to accept my Colorado Mobile ID even tho it's an actual app from our state and I've never had an issue anywhere else for the last two years other than with her and her power trip. Also if it's "company policy" to not accept it why does everyone else at your store accept it but you? I know why because you love the tiny bit of power you have to mess with other people's day and make it a bit more difficult.As a business owner your lack of any sort of customer service is pathetic and honestly if you can't handle nor hate your job just leave.Once again the MyColoradoID App is a LEGAL form of ID in the state of Colorado lady. Every other gas station in town accepts it and so does your gas station, I would put your name but as long as you know that's all that matters

I have to day. This is has one of the cleanest gas station bathrooms. They get so many customers and yet, they still find a way to keep it in tip top shape. Very nice employees. Great service. I cant remember the name of the employee, but he has a goatee, wears glasses. He is proabaly the most helpful gas station employee ive ever met. Very great guy with an even greater attitude.

I had left a negative review discussing how I felt treated by the staff at this gas station. However I've removed it and now editing this.I had a problem with how they treated me so much that I do want to leave a remark because this was highly unnecessary, rude and i know if they were in the same situation, they would be pissed, embarrassed and offended.I've truthfully always believed that if you cannot speak positive it is better to not say anything at all. So I want to be as polite as I can here.However, when a gentleman is a paying customer and he is paid for gas on 1 to 5 vehicles, than people he puts money into their pockets of. They go inside buy red bulls ,or waters or candy bar. I am not only a paying customer, I am providing you 11 other paying customers from our company that were with me in other vehicles traveling.I apologize that I was in the restroom for 30 minutes sick having a problem from the food I had previously eaten. However, one of the ladies about 15 minutes into this, she had knocked and she asked me if I was OK and I responded with the truth ....That I'm sick, and I apologize but I'm trying to get done. I know there's another guest has been banging on the door every 90 seconds cussing me out and you're probly irritated with him but I can't get up at this moment I'm sorry.- qell we need you to try and hurry.Me l, ok I get it, my wife is waiting on me too, she has all the kiddoes driving to Missouri, so I'm trying.She might have said ok but she walked away from the bathroom.door.I was trying to hurry up, however her response was to call the police who forced rhe fact the door had to open while I was on the seat, pants down and other store guests right there. I was going to the bathroom, literally embarrassed me to the point that I cannot believe a professional branded company such as the jug and loaf. Which is a pretty decent, up-and-coming gas station chain would have employees so insensitive as to hear that someone is sick. Yet their response is to try and have them arrested for being a paying customer using the bathroom????!!!?I am not at all impressed. I mean to be fair I do understand the possibility of what if there was a crazy person in the bathroom a trying to hurt themselves, or to be doing some kind of a substance abuse or drug type deal in there.So there could be reasons to be concerned however I was very polite, and responded to the lady. I informed her I was just sick dealing with diarrhea, and I was trying to get out of the restroom as soon as I could. Mot because the guy was banging on the door, but because my family is waiting on me as we are caravanning.... I think 9 or I forget how many but a bunch of suburbans expeditions trailblazers and trailers for an event to raise money for charity awareness helping the homeless get jobs.I really don't like being in a negative mood or upset and to already be sick and frustrated that I am away from my group. To almost get arrested after spending collectively. I don't know, $300? I really feel this is such An offensive action, that I'm not really ready to say how I feel but that was the wrong way to treat any customer. Not me, not anyone else, not you at another store. That was just flat out rude in the words of Michell from FullHouse.

Go there in the mornings to grab pizza for breakfast, which isn t bad. Not the best but better than Little Caesar s. Be sure to get the rewards card to save on gas. Always had a great customer service experience there.

The GM at this location and sales associate that helped me are the perfect example of Excellence. I'll be back to this station every chance i get. Store was spotless and employees were beyond helpful

Make sure and top off your tank here if you are traveling South on highway 71 as there is truelly no gas stations for 75 miles. I've made te mistake leaving Limon southbound with a quarter tank of fuel. I should have easilymade it. My gas light came on about 15 miles from the next station. I even drove the last 3 miles with the car saying I had zero miles left in my range. Made it but won't do that again. Convienent pay at the pump.

Gas pretty much anywhere else in any direction is cheaper. The Limon gas stations are gouging customers badly.

Charging 10 cents a bag now like prices aren't high anough here , now they have signs up telling you they're going to charge you for a bag to carry what you bought from them

Wouldn t accept fuel points. Wouldn t issue receipt. This is the worst Kroger gas station I ve ever been too.

As gas prices are falling like a rock this place seems to want to raise prices on gas.As a matter of fact I would avoid Limon Colorado all together for getting gas!!!!!Buy your gas at any other place but this place!!!Should be ashamed of yourselves loaf n jug!!!!

Sometimes, if you come before closing, the lady will offer you pizza for 50% off.

Horrible service, the dog-faced guy at the counter barely and reluctantly served me, at least he gave me the change in my hand. (I apologize to the dogs)Horrible servicio, el tipo con cara de perro del mostrador, apenas y me atendi� de mala gana, por lo menos me dio el cambio en la mano.( me disculpo con los perros)
