Great atmosphere, the guys who helped me was awesome! I found what I needed so I'm hoping it works and gets me back home. Also I want to mention these three guys Richardo, James & Chris they went above and beyond to help me get back home.

Purchased an air filter from this store while traveling and they didn't lock it back in place correctly nor did he reset the air filter switch which caused reduced power in the vehicle until I was able to take it to local dealership and paid them 130.00 to figure out the air filter compartment was secured correctly and the reset wasn't pushed.Lost 2 days of time over the road travel, paid 2 night fir motel room and additional 130 to the local dealership to diagnose the problem and for them to properly close and reset the air filter switch for me.

They're always very courteous and helpful!The tool loaners program is awesome!They loan tools that a do it yourselfer will only use couple of times in your life.They usually have the parts I need there. But if it's not in stock it's usually there the next day,but it's never taken more than 2 days to get what I need.Thank you!

Had a tensioner pulley break north of lamar called and they had everything I needed in stock. Chirs was beyond helpful and even showed me a belt diagram so I could continue to Texas for Christmas. Thank you Chris a huge help

I bought a battery didn't last very long, before we had to ask them to charge it. At two o clock I dropped the battery off, and was told it would take an hour, I arrive to pick up the battery was informed that it wasn't even on the charger two hours later I call back was rudely addressed when I asked about my battery, was told "we told you we would call you" then I was hung up on. This isn't a business, rather a joke. Save the time and money..... Go to Wal Mart.

They were extremely helpful. Tested battery. Mine was bad. I bought a new battery, couldn't lift it , the clerk carried out to my car and loaned me tools. Came back out to help lift it in place for me. They were real courteous, and helpful. I recommend them highly and will be going back for other needs.

Had an amazing expierence here. Terry the store mamager was extreamly helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. There's a big difference when you go to a store that has people just making a paycheck rather than having people work there that enjoy what they do and genuinely care about people at the same time, Terry is one of those. I highly recomend this place if you find yourself in a rut, and if you see Terry tell him this post helpped you make a choice to go there and that Daniel is still greatful for his help.Also big thanks to Woller Towing LLC for their services.

Nestor help my fianc� and i with all our needs, helped us change out bulbs. 100% best customer service! most car part places give me the wrong parts or just don t want to help, i would definitely recommend this site! Thank you Nestor

I shouldn't evan give them a star barely evan greated me at the door. Didn't ask me at all if they could help me. Will not go back to this storeI would go down the street to nampa they are open until 7 and they were very freindly and asked if they could help me and was more stocked than oreilly's.

RC at this store was invaluable helpful to me and my family. He took the time to coach me through the recharging of my failed a/c and helped me find the right parts to get the job done. We re back on our holiday trip with cold a/c washing over us thanks to RC.

Kinda pricey, but what isn't anymore!! Associate a little clingy, let me get in, get my stuff, I know what I want, I know what I been using for years. All in all good place.

When I find myself in here I will only look for Rian, Andrea or Vic. They've been here for years, have answered so many questions, have always been super helpful & don't make me feel dumb for not knowing much about; cars so this is a huge plus for me. Thank you guys for everything.
