They accidently put the wrong tires on (which was NOT entirely their fault) the appointment system messed up and we had a miscommunication BUT they refunded my service fee and gave me a full year of tire warranty. They were very helpful and quick with my service. I will come back.

Arrived 10 mins after open. Quoted a 2 hour wait for an oil change, waited 2 hours. Asked for an update, they hadn t brought in the vehicle, there were now 2 ahead of me and said it may be another 2 hours. Just give an accurate quote! thank you for wasting the last 3 hours I had before leaving town, and making it so I couldn t get an oil change

CJ was outstanding! He had plenty of knowledge, friendly, prompt and polite. He needs to be the face of the franchise and rewarded for his diligence and hard work.

I wouldn t go anywhere else for my car repair. They re Cheaper than anywhere else for all mechanical issues & great customer service! The department manager Briana was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Justin the head mechanic was also great, helped me explain what is being done with my car and fixed a rusty bolt that my old battery corrosion caused since I bought my car from a horrible dealership that lied about the battery s Condition. this auto care team repaired all damage done at minimal cost. If you don t mind the wait, this is the place to be.

My worst customer experience to date. I needed a spare key made, a new battery, and an oil change. The machine to create new keys was out of service, they wouldn t replace my battery because they didn t have any battery terminal nuts in stock, and they couldn t do an oil change because my engine was making a ticking noise. All of this was told to me after waiting for 4+ hours for my car to be looked at! (The estimated wait time was 2 hours) When I returned to pick up my key, after nothing was done to my car, I had to wait in a long line that was backed up due to the associates on duty not being able to ring up a customer because they needed an override key from a manager before proceeding with the transaction. I would highly recommend staying away from this specific Walmart Auto Care Center location at all costs. Seriously, if it costs twice the price to go somewhere else, save yourself the time and effort and just do it.**Disclaimer: I very rarely leave negative reviews for any business unless the service is absolutely intolerable. I have a high level of patience and understanding but this customer experience in particular was unacceptable.**

They replaced my air filter but didn't put it back together correctly I drove home like this kept stopping at every red light. Which was funny is the mechanic who gave me my car back said the car died when he was taking it off of the lift and I told him it doesn't do that my car has never died. Get it down the street every red light I'm telling you I called took me an hour and a half to get a hold of somebody they told me to bring it back into them. I had the mechanic shop down the street put it back together for free. But unfortunately this is really made my experience horrible compared to you have to wait 3 hours to even get an oil change anymore if the store will even accept you some stores will turn you away

Hard to get good car service these days. Prrtty much all the wal mart auto care centers have horrible ratings.

I have been getting oil changes at this location on various cars for the last 10 years. The quality and pricing is always top notch but beware of the wait times. This is a very busy location, so either go in the morning or be prepared to wait for up to 2 hrs. Installed my battery. Left a loose connection. Took it back and was told it's fine. Dead again. They are not well trained, I don't think. Had to take it to a mechanic to find the problem. They're okay for tires.UPDATE I took my car to a good mechanic and he discovered that not only were the connections loose, there were missing bolts, they had damaged my cruise control housing And.. FORCED THE BATTERY BRACKET ON AND DRILLED A PUNCTURE INTO MY BATTERY! I'VE BEEN DRIVING AROUND SPEWING HYDROGEN AND BATTERY ACID ALL OVER MY ENGINE. He said it could have exploded at any time!!! He said I had a higher power watching over me. Cost me a lot to fix, but now it's safe. I am trying to make a claim wiWalmart, but so far, they have ignored me. What a nightmare.Service: Auto battery replacement

After calling the auto center for 3 hours someone finally picked up. I tried to schedule an appointment to get two tires installed and an alignment they said you can only schedule an appointment for 4 tires otherwise you need to walk in and hope they can get to you that day, but when I purchased the tires i need installed at another Walmart further away they said they can only install the tires if I schedule an appointment. Walmart auto centers do not care about customers time or business stay away from this location and all others for that matter. If you want the savings order online and have everything installed at a local shop. Extremely rude employee also.Service: Tires

Bought two new ties and gave precise directions on where they were to go. I marked the flat tire that needed to be replaced with a white marker and the word "bad". When they gave me the keys to leave, that "bad" tire was still on! Luckily I checked for my marks. They did swap out the tire after I pointed out their mistake. Now I'm wondering if they replaced the other one! Could have avoided all this if they took notes.

I've been a regular oil change customer of Walmart Auto since 5 years and been to different ones in California, South Dakota etc. But this one has been the most disappointing one, Every other that I have been will provide basic maintenance and even vacuum the carpets for you. They even return you the extra oil when they have the left over. My vehicle has 4.2 ltr and so they're supposed to give the rest back which they didn't. The lady at the front named Briana thinks the customer is a fool, she told me the 0.8qt of oil is filled in the filter. What a joke! I'm definitely not gonna return neither I'd recommend going to this one. Even the wait time was 4 hours.

Pretty good service! To be honest o wasn't expecting it to be great but they were nice to work with did a good job it was cheap and they finish my car on the scheduled time that they said they would. My car seems to still be running good so it's been an overall good experience.

to make a oil change 3 hours ? . I have two cars in front of me, one for an oil change and the other to repair a tire. They have 5 workers here and they tell me it takes 3 hours? This is not the first time this walmart has had customer service issues. I have seen in 10 minutes that 4 clients left because they were told they had to wait 3 hoursService: Auto windshield replacement

The auto center has alot to be desired.I special ordered 1 tire on a Friday was told it would come in on monday. I went to pick up and told not there yet.I went back Tuesday they said it came in but couldn't find it. So they reordered it. I went to pick up again after they called and said it arrived.and they still couldn't find it .so i gave it a couple days tryed 1 more time then they had it.and by this time so had I.My opinion is theres a huge auto garage with new equipment, looks good but its not run well.some bad attitudes.maybe they dont get paid good and dont care.walmart should pay hourly plus commission on sales.say 10 to 15% this would be a game changer.then they would care. Cause they want to make money.also when I was there I tryed to have them make a key for me .one guy said their out of the blanks for that key after he left the room I found the blank myself and dj made me a key. DJ does good work and has a good attitude.If DJ were running the garage things would probably improve. And dont forget the commission. I am happy I did get the tire I was after.on my 4th attempt.I got It mounted and balanced elsewhere so as to avoid any more problems.those guys in the shop were attitudy. My advice to them if you dont like you're job go work somewhere else. And take the bad attitude with you.

I ordered tires online using the Walmart app. The app has it where you can add your vehicle so that you purchase the correct size. So after finding a match I ordered them. When I arrived I parked in the auto center side and walked in. I was told my tires would have to be picked up in the front. I waited 30 mins for someone to help me and another customer that had to wait a long time with me. Then I brought back the tires and checked my car in. I was there for at least 2 hours by the time they called me back. They told me that the tires were the wrong size! But the Walmart app chose those tires based off my vehicle. I was not happy. Then I reordered the tires again! The wrong size that I ordered was 195-50-16. I needed 185-60-15. So then I reordered them and picked a different Walmart. I was told AGAIN that it was the wrong tire size. By this time I was beyond irritated. Walmart auto has never been exactly the best service. They wouldn t install them at all! The refused to install them although I know I had the right tire size the last visit. I went to pep boys instead and only spent $90 more. They didn t give me any hassle! And they installed 195-50-16 tires!! The tires Walmart refused to install lol. Pep boys checked with ford that I could have these slightly larger tires and ford said it was fine! Walmart is very uneducated on this and I can t even believe how much a hard time they gave me. This is a sign to never use Walmart auto again. but I wanted a cheaper deal. That s why I went there first. Never again.Service: Tires

Reasonable prices, incredibly slow service. Car in bay at 910a, car out at 1001a for oil change. Car in bay at 1004a, car out at 1115a for new tires to be put on.While I waited, a gentleman came to have a tire removed from one rim, and put on another. Arrived at counter at 959a, the agent started typing on the computer at 1001a. They ended the computer transaction at 1007a!!! 6 minutes to type in a simple service.

I was able to get in right away. Purchased a package that included an oil change using synthetic oil, systems check fluid check and vacuming. Upon pick up, as I got in my vehicle there was alot of oil on my door handle and by the window and on my steering wheel... then noted they did not reset my oil change sensor. No vacuuming was done as was advertised. My check engine light was on and my tire pressures were still low. They clearly marked the form that all these things were done and or checked, but WAS NOT DONE!! might be fair for only oil change but you get your vehicle back in a mess. I will not go back, I need HONEST, COMPETENT and reliable care completed on my vehicle. They lost my trust on the first try. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WALMART TIRE AND LUBE.

I have been calling this Auto department for literally 9 days & their store on 4th & Wadsworth ( sane at both stores) now every morning & afternoon to get a quote on 4 new tires for my Lincoln Navigator and no one has answered in the many many times I have called ( this is absolutely ridiculous) I wonder how the owners of Walmart would feel about this. I'm so frustrated . I don't for one minute believe your so busy you can't answer your darn phones, hire someone just to answer the phones. I didn't even want to leave a star but to post they make you put at least one star.

Okay for oil changes, but go to an actual tire store for new tires, it's a mess to get new tires here! The installation and warranty is good for new tires, but the total experience is poor. It's probably this particular center. I've been using Walmart tires for about 8 years and the one in South Dakota was awesome.

They over charge,and it's cheaper to go to a tire shop,and you get respect from the employees at a regular tire shop, Walmart employees are very very very disrespectful 90% of them ,they think they are better than,and they are NOT.

This was the only place that had the kind of tire that my car needed. I was skeptical going to a Walmart tire center but had a good experience. I made an appointment and got there on time. I didn t realize you had to go inside to check in so I sat there a while before finally asking someone for help. I had two kids and with the pandemic I was not comfortable going inside and they worked with me on that. I was able to wait outside, pay outside, and they got it done well. It took longer than I expected but that s okay.

Pretty average , it's a Wal-Mart so nothing unique or fancy. The price was good for an oil change and they do seem to always have a deal on different packages/services when I go in. My only complaint is customer service. Not the mechanics or the car work itself, but customer service people seem a bit unorganized. Sat around for an extra hour because the girls behind the desk forgot to page me or tell me the car was done, couldn't find the paperwork, etc. It is nice being able to finish my other errands while waiting but better customer service would be a nice change...

11/19/17 When I first got there I started standing in line where you get the oil changes but no one asked me if I needed any help with two people standing behind the counter so I got in the line where people were paying for stuff. After standing there for about 10 minutes I said I need an oil change and the girl behind the counter pointed me to the other counter. They didn't have the oil that I needed so I had to pay a higher price for the oil from the Shelf Plus it says they vacuumed my floor mats which they did not and it also said they checked my tire air pressure but my tire light was still on when I got into the car. People that work there are like children and need an adult to supervise them I strongly suggest finding new people I will not be going back.

Rude unhelpful staff, called at 10am for a tire change, told me to come at 3, then when I came told me they were booked for the day? Why even offer services or hire staff that clearly don t want to work? Employees name was DJ.

was horrible got there at seven am was told that they were not sure if anyone would be there until at least noon.also ordered the tires on line was told on line that the tires were going to be at the auto center no, had to drag 4 tires through the store. needless to say, put tires in car and had a local shop install!! will never go to the Walmart tire center again!?
