I'd give this place zero stars if that were an option.I went in a week ago and asked about a replacement battery for a 2007 Camry. I was quoted $121, including the core charge, by the older guy working at the desk. I went in this morning to buy the battery and a very friendly Hispanic man helped me, walking me to the batteries, pointing out that there were two options, one for $81 and the other for $121, both including the core charge. He carried the battery up to the counter for me, and someone else checked me out.When I got home to replace the battery (it's for a car that I'm going to sell, not the one I drive) and removed the old battery, I discovered that the new battery was incorrect for the car. I now have a car I can't start and no way to get back to the store because my wife took the other car to work.I called to see if they could deliver a replacement since they recommended the wrong battery, but the phone system didn't work. I ended up speaking with someone in the vision center who got a message to automotive, and they called me back. After some discussion they guy in automotive spoke with the delivery manager and told me that they would not be willing to deliver the correct battery to me, so terrible customer service all around.Additionally, he told me the value battery is not suitable for use in a car despite being sold by Walmart as an automotive battery. He said it would not have enough power to start the vehicle. It begs the question, "Why even sell it if you know it is too weak to do the job it is being purchased to do?"Walmart lists the value battery on their website as being a correct replacement for my car, so it would seem they are intentionally misleading customers and employing deceptive selling tactics.

Old guy at the register is rude, and also decides to either lie or just not manage his appointments well. I spoke to an employee earlier that day regarding appointment wait times. I had a 10 o clock appointment and the only appointment ahead of me was the 9 o clock appointment, he said they d be done by 9:45. When I get there for my 10 o clock appointment, the old guy s already scheduling someone for an oil change and when I asked about it, he says that my car won t be serviced until 11. Why is he taking appointments when he knows that there s a 10 o clock appointment and then getting mad when I ask him about it? Big waste of time, and this isn t the first time that it s happened. On top of all of this, every time Ive called, without fail, they never answer, so they re either ignoring the calls or the phone doesn t work.

They do cheap oil changes but their hours are so unpredictable. I come first thing in the morning because Google says they open at 7, but I get there (first in line) and the guy says it will not be til 8 because he's the only one there! This has happened before. I work overnight so I have to get 8 hours sleep today. If I wait til 8 for an oip change to start, I'm not getting 8 hours. Have to be up at 4:30 pm. Super inconvenient and inconsiderate. It's also really inconvenient to get into the auto center now that they have it all blocked off from the south. If you decide to go to the front of the store store after you've gone all the way around to the back of the building it's difficult to get back around to the front.

This was the most kind and sweet auto care center I d been to! They called me back so quickly after dropping my car off for an oil change - it was so fast! Highly recommend!

Made appt for tires the day before. After they took my tires off was informed they no longer had my tire size. Wanted to charge an extra $18 per tire. Said put my old ones back on Than went to Big O. They did a great job ! These people are not good at what they do. I would stay away!

Went for a tier repair for my moms car and got rejected here to , because they close at 4 and I got here at three3:00pm ,I feel like If my mother came it would be different ,Walmart warranty s are false u pay extra and they tell you there system changed or they can t find you in the system! GOOD LOOK WITH WALMART EVERYONE!F-

I asked them last Saturday to replace my front tires because a snow storm had hit that day and I was sliding all over the place. For some context I had recently replaced my rear tires. I made it very clear more than ONCE that I only needed my front tires. My paperwork and receipt say they did the FRONT tires. Well i had a blow out on the highway yesterday, turns out they replaced the REAR tires. That were virtually new, and I almost died. Save your headache and go to discount tire. I will be getting my money back.

I have been coming here for a while now just for simple oil change or rotation tires. They seem nice to help me with whatever I need but the only thing I dislike is that every time I have came in here right at 7 am on the dot the mechanics are not ready to go and never arrive on time. You may have to wait anywhere from 10-40 min just to get checked in. If only they would be ready to start asap.Services: Tires, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I had called a few times with no answer, so I took a chance and went in. It's first come first serve for oil changes, you have to schedule an appointment for tire stuff. They were so friendly, and helpful (not to mention a great price)!!! I will definitely be coming back here to have my oil changed.

Mechanic refused to do oil change because he was off in a half hour. It is 5:51. He has just been sitting for 10 minutes now. Hired the wrong workers. People just stealing paychecks without doing their job fully. I don't even give it 1 star. Past generations of real workers would have jumped up and got it done in 30 minutes. Hire better workers.

My husband and I stopped through on our way home from Canada needing an oil change.Carlos was the only employee working and he was fantastic. He was so professional and knowledgeable. It s rare these days to find good employees so this was a really nice surprise.

Came in for an oil change was told the amount of time , 3 hour wait . I Was fine with that. Mark in automotive at the register had a very bad attitude , with me after I told him I was going to proceed checkout, with car details . Would not recommend this Walmart . Or leaving your vehicle with people who make you feel uncomfortable , as if they wouldn t take consideration into your vehicle. Not a place to trust .

I made an appointment for 6pm to change my tires and I arrived at 5:30 when I was told that the tech leaves at 4 and they could not complete my service. Attendant told me he tried to call me. I had a missed call at 5pm and no voicemail. Next time call people earlier than 1 hour before and leave a voicemail. Walmart in general needs to fix online their scheduling times to reflect each specific store. Learned my lesson trying to use a Walmart auto shop.Service: Tires

I was turned down by 8 auto places on a Sunday afternoon to fix a flat caused by a nail while visiting in Denver with a rental. Walmart auto customer service was truly a blessing to me that day! They stayed even later just to work me in. I will always be grateful for the staff.

Tire purchasing was great, but no old faces now and the new ones are a big disappointment. Waited over 2 hours after being told "pretty quick" service, then asked for my key back when told another hour or more. Sorry to say, but these people are either way slow and swamped or they really don't belong in a customer service oriented job. Aug 2022. Plus, they weren't concerned an iota about 2 of us leaving at the same time.

I last minute needed an oil change and was quickly and kindly helped by all staff at this location. Prices are very fair even compared to other car companies with coupons. I do use they had offered to vacuum my inside instead of just saying I declined as it s part of the oil change service but I m not picky because the rest was top notch. I will come back again!Edit: I ve come back here again with amazing service. They are very attentive & make sure to communicate through out the whole process. I also enjoy that each time they see me as a human who needs help & not someone to be poached. It didn't take as long as I'd expected, and the mechanics were very friendly, and thorough. I enjoyed chatting with them, and I was very happy with the work. The battery was a lost less expensive there too. :)

First time I tried to get my oil change, they said they were not taking any more cars. The time was 3:30 in the afternoon. Website says they close at seven. One week later, tried it again. I was told last time it s first come first served so I got there early. First one in line. Doors did not open till 7:40. I walked in and I was told they do not have the tool to do a Volvo. The one in Aurora did. So I was told they could not do it. Not good Walmart. A disappointment all around. You lose customers this way. You have lost my business.

I got my tires and oil changed at this location in November of 2021. I had to go back the very next day for them to rebalance my tires, and four weeks later my change oil light came on. I went went back for them to change my oil again and now one and a half months later my check engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic and he told me that my oil was completely empty and leaking oil over my impact sheild! It almost damaged my engine! If I could I would leave them 0 stars!Services: Tires, Oil change

I went to get an oil change today, while the older man was nice but told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half because it was a truck in front of me, I was like fine so I walk around and come back a little over an hour and ask about my car and an older lady with maybe red hair told me I had two ppl with tire replacements and an oil change in front of me and would be ANOTHER HOUR like ppl don t have stuff to do. This completely messed up my day because by then it was too late to go somewhere else since I had to get to work meanwhile Midas could ve taken me and got me out in an hour had I went there but found out afterwards. So minus the guy even though he told me the wrong time which is a first ever for ANY Walmart ive gotten it done with through the country this is the only one told me something like this and waste my morning smh I do not recommend the lady had terrible communication skills had to ask twice how long it would take before I got an answer

We went here to get tires after hitting a pothole. When we went back to pick up our vehicle after being notified that it was done there was a huge mix up. They had done the front tires and not the 2 passenger side tires as instructed. Carl was slow and just talked a lot while fixing his mistake. However, the lady that I believe was in charge was very good communicating to us and apologized for the mix up.

Not usually one to complain but my experience this time was pretty bad. I called right before I went to check if there was a wait because I was crunched on time. They said no so I came to get my oil changed. They told me they would call or text when it was done. I was waiting for over an hour with no call and I came back up and had to wait another 10 minutes in line to talk to someone and they said that my oil was half a quart low so they didn t want to change it (they were also the ones who changed it less than a month ago but my oil change light went on). The guy didn t want to give me any other details I was confused. But just overall upset that they didn t call or text to tell me that in the first place instead of waiting. I ended up waiting for hours, missing my prior commitments and without an oil change and a kinda rude person to deal with

I have been calling this Auto department for literally 9 days now every morning & afternoon to get a quote on 4 new tires for my Lincoln Navigator and no one has answered in the many many times I have called ( this is absolutely ridiculous) I wonder how the owners of Walmart would feel about this. I'm so frustrated . I don't for one minute believe your so busy you can't answer your darn phones, hire someone just to answer the phones. I didn't even want to leave a star but to post they make you put at least one star.

This was by far the worst experience I ve had at a Walmart auto center. And I have had some bad ones. I dropped my car off for a simple tire patch and oil change. An hour later they called and said they couldn t do the patch because it was too close to the sidewall. Wouldn t replace the tire on its own due to AWD and need to replace all 4. All four tires, because of two small staples that punctured the tread. On the call they tried to charge me for another oil change because they couldn t find the paperwork for the first one, oops, just kidding they already did your oil change. Fine, can t fix it due to company liability rules, ok.So I come back to pick up my car and pay, and wait 10 minutes for an employee to greet me so I can have my car back and take it somewhere else to get the tire patched. After 10 minutes, in walks Martin, the service writer. Martin walks up to the counter, doesn t look nor speak to me, then begins typing on the computer. He then answers the phone and completes an entire order for tires over the phone. After he hangs up, he walks out to the bay. Didn t say a word to me. So you can imagine I m irritated that I ve been waiting at the counter for 15-20 minutes without even a we will be with you in a moment. Walmart stop hiring people who hate their job. Consistently some of the worst customer service comes from the Walmart Auto Centers I visit.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Service is sometimes really rough but they do a good job on the cars. I went in for tires and while the staff was friendly, they take forever. If you're behind two people you'll be waiting a while. I wish they would expand the counter and get rid of the waiting room area. It would be better to have counter space for 2 active cashiers than a waiting room built for 10 people.

I went two days..1st day they were short of workers, i asked for an appointment which they denied saing the dont do appointments, walk ins only. I went the next day around 12:45 waited in que for 15 mins and was denied again because they do not have time

Great service! Was a bit slow due to being close to lunch time. Got an oil change and new filter put in took an hour to wait to be taken in and an hour to get done. Over all went well! Very professional and even made sure they kept things sanitized. 10/10 would recommend again. Fair price too!
