Do not recommend, avoid if you can. Typical dealership service department. Got the job done, eventually and chaotically. Went in for a straightforward wiring repair that I was told would take one day, it took three. Confused my car with another car and gave me incorrect updates on the diagnosis even after I had them verify which car they were referring to. Tried to quote me double their previous estimate. Tacked on a $25 "shop fee" that they didn't include in the cost until they were ringing me up. Just build it into the labor costs or be upfront about it. I had to call for any update after waiting patiently each day and it took forever to get ahold of my service advisor.I wouldn't be writing this review, but after three days of rescheduling appointments to accommodate their busted timeline, they had no interest in compensating me in any way or showing that they valued my time at all. I must conclude they assume their time is more important than their customers' time.

Roberto and Tracy in service were excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Resolved the problem quickly on the same day.Alex GM also took time for a conversation and offered good customer service.

The sales team here is excellent. We were lucky enough to work with Tyler and he bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. He was polite, knowledgeable and courteous. If you re looking for a great car at a great value, I d highly recommend working with him.

Went in to make an appointment to have a minor interior trim recall work done. The service manager said that if I had ten minutes he could get the work done without an appointment. Eleven minutes later the recall work was done plus they topped off the tire pressure and filled the windshield washer reservoir. Couldn t believe they had me back on the road in just eleven minutes. Over the top service!

First off I made an appointment. When I arrived for an oil change I was told it could take four hours and they offer for me a courtesy ride. I asked them if I got the courtesy ride somewhere would they come back and pick me up and I was told yes. It is 95� outside and they refused to schedule a courtesy shuttle for me. Expected me either to spend my own money or walk 4 miles back to the dealership. I am 46 years old and in this heat it could kill me. They don t care they were rude nasty and unhelpful. I would never recommend this dealership service or any Larry H Miller companies. It s worth the drive to drive to a different Volkswagen dealership. If I could give them zero stars I would. And after finally getting through to the service department after an hour they were like oh I guess will schedule it for them to come and pick you up. They weren t nice about it they were rude like it was my problem. This is not a place that you would want to take your vehicle to.Service: Auto maintenance

Took two hours for an oil change! I asked for the wiper blades to be replaced but they were not. When I went to pick up the car, they said they needed my permission to change them. I was sitting in the waiting room and they could have come in to ask or called me. Also, they did not give me the usual paperwork that VW gives after a service which tells you what was checked, how much time tread remains, etc. Was going to be a one star review but gave them an additional star for the car wash.

As usual, great work, however, this time they did not clean up the spilled oil from the oil change, and it ended up on my garage floor. My first visit - for a recall on a used 2017 VW purchased this year. I was very pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the day following my call. The shop and waiting lounge are clean and comfortable, the people all friendly and helpful. A coffee machine provides a wide variety of types at no cost. The work was performed cheerfully, and they washed my car on completion. No fees were charged. A "free inspection" was listed on my repair order. I didn't get any feedback from this, so I assume it resulted in all systems being nominal. The time estimate of one hour turned out to be about 2 1/2 hours. Luckily I had a good book to read. Mask wearing was 100% inside the main building, but less so in the actual service check-in bay, which is large and well ventilated. Given the current Omnicron surge, this surprised me a little.

I was told 1.5 hours. I bought the oil change package which includes filling up washer fluid, checking and rotating tires and a car wash. 3 hours later, I finally get to leave. I look at my tires and the same ones are in the front. I know this because they are more worn than the back so I was expecting them to rotate the ones with more tread to the front. Also, a week later my washer fluid runs out. They didn t do that either. I called to talk to the manager and he wasn t available. I left a message with my phone number and he never called me back. I have been buying these packages for over 2 years now. It really had gone down hill service wise. Did they even do my oil change is my question or did I sit there for 3 hours for literally nothing?Service: Oil change

Sal, Austin and Dana were great! I bought my bug 19 years ago from Tynan's off show room floor. She has always gotten repaired there. Her body is old and worn yet the service techs keep her on the road as a fine running machine! I am thankful for Travis who is no longer there and how he trained his team to take care of customers. Excellent customer service. Sal is the best and most trusted professional I have ever had to work with in servicing all of my vehicles which is so rare in the automobile industry today. Routine maintenance plus they found one thing I was expecting and two I was not but those issues were reasonable. They have done maintenance on my Passat since I bought it and drove it home from Tennessee. I've had good luck with their service. They overdid it by washing the car because a day later you can't tell what color it is again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time using this VW location and the service knocked it out of the park. Showed up without an appointment (after calling to make sure I can get in) and was helped in under 30secs. The mechanics had 3 other cars being repaired and still were able to get my car done in right around 2 hours. Great communication between mechanics and myself. unfortunately, I had to pay extra for an oil change because they mixed up my VIN number/records on a previous visit. After waiting a couple hours for an oil change - they hadn't properly checked my tire pressure and set off an alarm in my car. The staff member I worked with was very nice but all together it is ridiculous the amount charged for a bad check-up/oil change.Service: Oil change

I've had a few mildly poor experiences before hand here. But today was wonderful and simple. I was treated so well and the guy who gave me my car by the end was very sweet and explained everything wonderfully without making me feel dumb or any extra stress. I called and got an appointment and told them it was for a recall on my Volkswagen Golf diesel. When I showed up for my appointment they said they didn't have the part. I thought that was pretty sad. They asked me if I asked me if I had checked before I came there the part for my vehicle. I have no idea what part was needed on this recall and to ask a customer if they had check to see if the part was there is pretty sad. I still haven't had the recall performed because of my scheduled. Also I live about 30 miles away which puts another huge inconvenience on to me. Since when is it up to the customer to see if they have the part that needs to be installed. When I schedule appointment to have a recall done they should do all that checking done and made sure the part is there before I show up!! Trying to make the customer at fault for their screw up is the ultimate let down of good service. And this is where I purchased my Volkswagen brand new years ago. I had a mixed experience with Larry H. Miller VW on Colfax in Lakewood, CO. The 60k mile maintenance on my '14 Jetta was done perfectly as far as I can tell and I had no issues with what I actually paid for. The process to schedule the maintenance was not very easy though.Initially I had called the dealership after hours and spoke to a female representative about how much a 60k mile maintenance would be. She said she would pass on the inquiry to the maintenance center the following day and they would be in touch. I never received a call back. A few weeks later, I began browsing the location's specific website, when I attempted to schedule the appointment online, it routed me to a Larry H. Miller location in Arizona. I gave up trying to do it online and called the service department and explained that I needed a 60k mile service, coolant flush and a headlight replaced. I got an appointment and brought it in on the following Saturday. As the maintenance tech read what service they were doing, I remember the bill was initially quoted near $900 but he said $800 and it should be done by 1:30pm. I just shrugged and went home. At 4pm when they called and said it was done, I asked if they had also fixed the headlight as I was confused why there was a difference in the price. He said they hadn't done it. So I asked if they could and just add it onto the final cost. To reiterate, everything went fine with the actual maintenance. i had a brand new vehicle I purchased at a a different dealer. Had a terrible experience trying to get service at that dealer. i decided to try Larry H Miller and the whole experience was first class. I made an appt online and they actually got me in at my appointment time to check in. They the.proceeded to diagnose the problem and fix it so quickly I was shocked. So happy with their professionalism and communication. They will be mu service department for my Taos from now on.

Everything went well didn't mind the wait at all. Only thing that got to me was that I had gotten my tiguan back with pretty visible door ding which I know it wasn't there?!. Before taking my vehicle to get serviced I washed it beforehand so I definitely know it wasn't there. I know it shouldn't bother me but it's right on the body line.

I bought my car from LHM - Lakewood back in August. Salesman was great. Finance guy was TERRIBLE!! He (Ron) was extremely unprofessional, didn t follow up on his end of the job, gave me attitude when I was calling to follow up on HIS job then hung up on me. He made himself out to be this wonderful family guy. I know if someone was to treat one of his many granddaughters the way he treated me he would not have like it. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership!I was supposed to get a second key, that never happened. Then when the second key finally got to the dealership I had to drive a hour and a half to get it programmed. I understand that my car had to be there for this to happen. They promised me a full tank of gas because of the inconvenience. I bet you can guess what happened?? Yep, no gas at all!I then called the dealership to talk to someone about the terrible way I had been treated. I talked to Ryan (sales manager). He listened to what I had to say. Said he was sorry that this happened. Never once asked me my name to follow up with me. He said he would talk to all that was involved.All in all my car buying experience with every person at that dealership was terrible!! Minus my salesman, Zac. He was very kind.

This is the second time that I've had an issue with something not working after I picked up my vehicle. I have been coming to Larry Miller Volkswagen floor many many years now and up until here recent I've had a few issues after picking up the vehicle. My service advisor Sal has tried 100% to make sure things are correct when I pick my vehicle up but it seems to be there or something set have not been either connect it or have been broken.

I had an emergency light go on while driving and stopped in to have it checked out. Everyone was very helpful and while I was there I realized it was time to get an oil change. It's been awhile since I came back. When I called to schedule a service appointment for routine oil change, check tire pressure, and complete a "recall", I was met by a very pleasant voice. "Sal". Sal was very, understanding, and scheduled an appointment for my vehicle. He was so professional, kind and caring.Great asset to Larry Miller Volkswagen. Please pay Sal well!. He's a keeper.
