These guys are great. They are trustworthy and give you a list of repairs/ maintenance costs and are honest in what needs to be worked on now and what can wait. I appreciate their quick and efficient communication and wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend this place!

I have been taking our cars to Urban Auto Care for years. Always helpful, always efficient and just a great all around team. Recently my battery died but I was able to get it to the shop where James and Jeremy took great care of me even though it was an unexpected visit. Thanks Guys! We ve never not been satisfied with their service.

This place sold me tires last year and I have been dealing with a slow leak in one of them all year long. I never had a problem with my old set of tires. They say my rim is damaged - something they must have done while the vehicle was in their possession. They made no mention of my rim being damaged at any time during the service - only when I called to tell them about the current issue. Nice people, but I don't feel like I got 5-star service and I regret taking them up on their sale because now I have to fill the one tire up every single morning.

Urban Auto Care had great turn around times. They were quick to help me schedule an appointment, quick to get me in, and quick to complete my check up. I really appreciated their friendly customer service and thorough report on my truck.

Another great experience with urban auto care, Lakewood. Jeremy and Josh were awesome. They got me in to check my battery and replaced it at no cost because it was under warranty. We will continue to support this business.

Urban Autos was amazing . They took my car in right away and started to do some repairs . They even told me the part I thought they were going to replace was a recall from Chevy ! They printed out the info and I have an appointment with Emich . Thank you so much Urban Auto !!!

I accidentally made an appointment for an oil change at the wrong Urban Autocare location. When I showed up to the one I thought I d booked, both places were totally gracious about my error and I was able to slide into their schedule, despite their very busy day. I m so grateful for their service and kindness.

Jeremy really went out of his way to help me out. Insurance was being really stingy with me and Jeremy did everything he could to make the price reasonable for what insurance refused to cover. They also got me in super quick. I will definitely go back to Urban Autocare for future needs.

This place is awesome! I had to get a new radiator and fan and whatever else goes with that and they did it all! They were extremely fast and professional. Provided pictures of what was wrong in my receipt and called me with any extra concerns/updates. These people are legends. I had a brake issue and ironically pulled into there shop parking lot. I asked for help and they went out of their way to diagnose the problem. They stayed w me after hours to make sure I was all set. And im ugly so you can t imagine they stayed thinking hey maybe I can sleep w this handsome devil. Good old fashion Colorado hospitality. Thanks guys!

Like this place in Lakewood. Took my car in for oil change and their coupon checkup. Knew the brakes might be bad. They have drive service to take you home and pick you up(Uber, ..) that is part of service. They will call you if they find any thing wrong, take pictures, and go over options. Have been their before. They are very efficient and nice staff.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My car began making an odd sound and since this was the closest car shop to me at the time, I walked in and explained what was happening. Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. This is the best car experience I ve ever had, and is where my business will go in the future. Thank you!!

They do great auto repair work! Their labor charges and parts markup are just a little high though; not what I was expecting, but inflation could be the reason.

I frankly know very little about cars and get pretty anxious anytime my car gives me trouble. I got new tires with them, they quoted me very fairly even compared to Costco tire center, and of course they are able to do alignment too so it s one less trip. The day before 4th of July I got a flat, my tires were fortunately still under warranty, Brittany (who is so understanding and always a pleasure to deal with) was able to get me in the same day and I was back on the road few hours later. Transparent, helpful and courteous.

I reached out to Urban Autocare for a couple of minor air filter replacement. They quoted me a very fair price and preformed a courtesy check on my car and reported that it is in great shape. They were extremely helpful in helping me to understand what needed to be done on my vehicle. Also we re able to get me in quickly and had my car back to me the same day with all of the work completed as it was a lot. Used the Lakewood location off of Kipling. Great local spot, treat you like family. They have a great system when they check your car in and send an online profile of your car, what they found rating the fixes as if they need to be completed, or if they could be done without it for now, etc. They've never hidden anything from me, and have always been fair and honest with me in regards to my car and the prices. They are well connected in the community, and if they can't fix the problem, they know someone who can. Love these guys, and tell everyone who needs car work done to take it to theses guys first.Service: Auto maintenance

Urban Autocare is amazing! The receptionist/ front end did a good job getting my car scheduled for fixing! Ryan did awesome work, timely & clean & overall did a great job! I appreciate this place so much. Everyone is always friendly and professional. The appointment reminders are a big help. What I like most is the recommended list of repairs. It's always detailed with attached photos.
