Joey and his team have always taken great care of me and my vehicles! Scheduling is very easy, and the team always takes extra time to ensure my cars are safe and keep me informed but don t pressure into any repairs. Repairs have always been affordable and done very well. They also recently renovated the shop which looks wonderful, and they provide snacks while you wait. I would highly recommend anyone get their vehicles serviced through True Automotive.

Pete and the crew are fantastic! My cars issues were addressed and fixed within a couple of days. My car is running like a champ again because of this fine establishment. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Especially with my Volvo!

This place will now take care of my cars. If you want quality work and honesty look no further. Service manager, Pete Adamis who helped us was the absolute best service guy I have ever worked with. From the big time dealership service centers, it was finally nice to see someone and company that cares to make things the best they can be.They went above and beyond which I fell is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Been to this shop several times for oil changes on both of my cars and most recently I took my mom s car in for the same. They are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with each time. That in itself is hard to find these days. Good customer service is a thing of the past anymore. Fortunately, when going here that has never been an issue. They also always have me in and out in a very timely manner. I ll even go to them for any mechanical work when it becomes needed.

Amazing! That's not even good enough, but amazing. We had been using another shop for years and we are not going back, Complete Auto is our only shop now. Everyone is so polite and knowledgeable! I don't know much of anything about cars and most places will take advantage of that but not here. I can not say enough good things. 11/10, great job Complete Auto! If you're looking for a mechanic these guys are it!

If you are looking for friendly, trustworthy, experienced, service with fair pricing, search no more. This is my go-to shop for automotive services - I don't trust anyone else with my truck. The friendliness of the staff is amazing, they are knowledgeable and take the time to explain their recommendations every time I've been there... which is why I continue to use them. Chris was very kind and easy to work with. They made sure that I got what I needed and even went so far as to find a better quality part than what was originally ordered to ensure that it lasts. Great team, great customer service and best of all they fixed what needed to be fixed. Will definitely go back for any repairs.

My 2006 Hummer had emissions done on a Saturday morning the techs lowered the left passenger window down and it would not close. Complete Auto Repair had it fixed in less than a day. I have not had another problem with it. Great service.

When I went to the Neighborhood repair place I happened upon this one. Looked Like an old school Shop. They had superior Customer service . Not often you can get in and Out . Just a bulb change but I m always soo thankful for the Expertise I ll never have. First gal Kara was soo personable and I was confident this was An Amazing safe place to trust with my new (To me ) Durango. I ll definitely be back .

This place makes shopping local worth it! They go out of their way to provide solutions that are good and dependable but don t break the bank. I ve had AC fixes, custom weld repairs, used parts and even warranty resolutions with zero contest. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I brought my car in because my AC was not blowing cold air. I wanted to support a neighborhood business, so I decided to try Complete Auto Repair on Union. HUGE MISTAKE. From the very beginning the service manager, Andy, was inexplicably rude and aggressive just automatically mad for no reason. He told me my AC system had 2 leaks in it and would be about $1300 to repair. We had a few more exchanges of me asking questions and him being unbelievably condescending and unprofessional. When I finally called him out on his attitude, he replied, "Everyone seems to think it s my job to give exemplary customer service it s not, my job is to tell you what s wrong with your car. (Their website says, we pride ourselves on providing the community with excellent customer service. and he was actually wrong about my car, so FAIL on both accounts!)Solely because of his attitude, I decided there was NO way I was giving this company my business so I decided to take my car to the dealership expecting to pay a lot more in exchange for decent customer service. BEST decision I could have made. The dealer actually told me that there were NO leaks in my system, and that there was no evidence that C.A.R. had even done a diagnostic at all. They determined a sensor needed replacing and recharged my system. Now, I have ice cold air again for under $300. So not only was this mister Andy WRONG about the diagnosis, quoting $1000 over the dealer, he charged me $120 for a service that wasn't even performed. Lakewood friends, drag your car anywhere else if you want a fair deal and fair treatment, because Complete Auto Repair is NOT a business you can trust.(C.A.R. owner, Dan Mantei, I would be more than happy to share more details of this experience, as I have actually left out several exchanges from this review.)

I was incredibly fortunate to already have a working relationship with the guys at CAR, so when my truck suddenly had a major issue, I knew right where to go. Those guys were awesome to get me in so quickly and get it out the door within only a few days. The repairs seem to have been done with great care and attention. So far so good on the road. Can t recommend them enough.Repairs/Maint:- New water pump, new thermostat, coolant flush- wheel bearing rebuild- Oil change- Diff fluid changeOverall they were about 2k less than what the dealership quoted me.

I ve been here a few times over the years and have found the customer service to be pleasant and I ve found their prices to be a bit on the higher side, but nothing outrageous until now I was given an estimate of $1,300 to swap out an alternator. I declined the repair. I found an alternator for almost half the price of what they quoted me, watched a 2 minute YouTub video and replaced the alternator and belt for a grand total of $250 and 1.5 hours of time. I am not some super extra handy man and I don t work on cars on the side. I realize that not everyone can do this or has the time to but I figure a pro mechanic could have done this job in 45 min or less. I was about to pay $800 in labor for a job that takes under an hour I ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on

Needed service for brakes, oil and they got me right in. Upon inspection they also found problems with my CV boots and they were able to locate the parts and they were able to get all items completed timely.

Technicians got me in to diagnose a check engine light within the hour. They referred me to a very highly rated transmission specialist. I feel confident I will receive consistently good, honest service from Dave and his team.

Started out good and had gotten worse. First downhill movement was they smeared oil on my door while it was on for an oil change. That s understandable an easy fix. They wiped it off when I pointed it . Second issue - Someone must ve been smoking a cigarette in my vehicle because when I picked it up after service. It smelled so bad about threw up.Now they won t help with my third party warranty after being a client for years. They quit on helping me right in the middle of diagnosing my vehicle with significant repairs, ensuring me they would see it through the warranty process and make it happen.Updated 3/31/23 - Was able to connect with the Owner and she stepped up and got things resolved. Vehicle back on the road.

Complete Auto Repair sets the standard when it comes to honesty! While deployed, a different business told my wife her (relatively new) tires were old and needed to be replaced. Thankfully she obtained a second opinion from Complete Auto. All the car needed was an alignment and rotation. Being separated from the family is hard enough without worrying about loved ones being taken advantage of. Complete Auto proved themselves as a stand-up company and gained two new loyal customers from our experience.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Honest and reasonable. I took my car into a different shop because my car was over heating. They had told me I needed a brand new engine and it would cost me $12,000. I took my car to Complete Auto Repair for a second opinion and thank god I did. Turns out I did not need a new engine and the repairs I would actually need was 1/4 of the cost the other people wanted to charge me. Very thankful for them and will definitely go to them anytime I need something done. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Great, friendly service. I got an oil change and they topped of my fluids and did an inspection too. They noticed an issue but were very honest that it wasn't serious - other mechanics will take any excuse to upcharge or create issues where there are none. My buddy took his jeep into this mechanic and has nothing but problems. We told them multiple times that the alternator is bad. They're set on the fact that it is not. Well while my buddy and I were sitting at my house, the alternator started knocking and wobbling the pully. The alternator whines while running and you have to jump the jeep to start it since the alternator is not supplying adequate power to the battery.These mechanics are incompetent. I would not trust their judgment. So good luck if you take your car into this shop for anything more than an oil change.

Ryan, Louie and the team of mechanics at Complete Auto Repair on S. Union are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and do excellent work. They helped me at a very challenging time and went above and beyond for which I will always be grateful. They are good human beings. My cooling system is now working great, thanks to them. I highly recommend this team at Complete Auto Repair.

Had my old jalopy in there twice this month. Mike and Andy are very nice and know their business, I trust them which is very important to find. Close to home and they will be my mechanics for life!
