Subiesmith is exactly what I was looking for; professional, honest and knowledgeable. They communicated with me every step of the way during the repairs. After I paid the bill and left the shop, I still recieved follow up communication from them to make sure everything was running smoothly. It runs great now! Thanks to the Subiesmith team, I have information about preventative maintenance I can perform in the near future to save money in the long run. Any and all repairs I can do I want to do through Subiesmith. Thank you for everything. You all are champions!

Ace the manager, and his team were awesome. Did a transmission service at Subiesmith for my 17 yr old sons WRX. They checked the entire vehicle and gave us a report on everything. Very knowledgeable about Subarus. One visit will convince you about the individual one on one attention to detail, compared with a dealership. They "Aced" it. Thank you. !

We can t rate this place high enough. From the prompt service to the competitive prices, not missing out on the helpful and friendly staff. This will be our go to garage for all things Subaru from now on!We had ongoing issues with our Outback and they really helped us out and got it sorted. Super knowledgeable. I have decided to stop wasting money at the dealership and couldn t be happier with Subiesmith in Lakewood. I feel the shop and the guys who work there truly have knowledge of the work they preform. I also feel they want to keep your Subaru on the road and are honest when it comes to cost. I will be continuing to go here for life.

Had extensive work done on my Subaru Impreza here. They performed an entire engine swap as well as several routine maintenances for me. Nothing but great customer service, quality repairs, and knowledgeable staff. Ace helped me out with finding good parts and good prices. I ll be going here from now on for anything Subaru related.

I had a great experience at this shop. I hit a median and bent my control arm on my Subaru. They got me in quickly and fixed the control arm in a few days. Buddy was very helpful and regularly updated me on the status of my vehicle. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Subaru dealership service centre (Autonation West) would only offer to book the vehicle in they would not tell me the estimated cost or timeline for a first service on a new vehicle (bought from them) and no promised call back to confirm details. Subiesmith answered my call, gave me a price, told me what was involved in a first service, a timeline and told me their availability. I used them, had a super easy experience and won t go anywhere else if I have an issue come up again. Highly recommend.

Subiesmith is always excellent with their services. They are usually closed when I m free but their after hours drop off and pickup is very easy and convenient, which is what I normally do. They ll thoroughly inspect your car and provide pictures and detailed descriptions that you can go back and look at through in a link they send you. Staff is always very friendy and inviting.

Could I make it more than 5? From 300 miles away I had a local dealer deliver a car for purchase inspection. The speed, care and attention to service in arranging the job were incredible. The service was, well, like Subarus...pretty darn amazing. The time they took to go over the report, share their expertise and really work with me to help me understand everything and make the best decision was beyond expectation.

This shop has a customer for life. Honest service and excellent customer service. Not only do they do a free inspection their prece were fair they got the work done same day. Now not every issue will be this way but they arent about dragging their feet. Amazing business.

One of the best mechanic experiences. Had to make an appointment one week out but worth the wait. They were clear, honest, didn't upsell, and the process was super efficient. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely Amazing Shop!!! A long review but I am just so impressed with this place! This place truly takes care of your Subie - they don't try to force any repairs, they don't make you feel stupid for asking questions or try to take advantage of you.I took my car here the first time due to an alignment issue with one of my wheels after the previous owner hit a deer. Every other shop told me it's "not repairable, there is nothing we can do." While it wasn't exactly repairable, Subiesmith was able to improve it!The honestly on this most recent time, sold me and I don't want to take my car anywhere else. I was having an intermittent squeaking and was hoping to get a proper diagnoses. Since the sound decided not appear at the shop, they weren't able to give an exact cause. I came to pick up my car and when I turned it on, the belt slipped out of place and it started smoking (thank you, again, to the poor guy who was just trying to go home and got stuck with helping me after hours). They could have gotten away with telling me a lose pulley was the cause and could have given me a bill for repairs. Instead, they honestly told me none of the pulleys had enough play to cause this and they might have shifted the belt off its track. They replaced the belt due to the damaged caused to it and sent me on my way.I wish they worked on other car makes, it would be nice to have such an amazing shop work on my Husband's car as well.

It's easy to simply say a business has great customer service. My justification for this location providing second to none service was the in depth inspection and the fact that Todd (I think it was Todd) really took the time to go through details of every aspect of the repair and I didn't feel rushed. I was texted reminders and followed up with and it really provided a comfort and trust factor that is so important when you consider the at times expensive experience of maintaining a vehicle. It's just a costly aspect of vehicle ownership. As long as I have a Subaru it will come here for service.

Business responds to inquiries submitted online very quickly. Very fast scheduling. Fast service. Great communication. Constant updates about status and updates. Amazing prices compared to other local shops. Completely honest about repairs needed. Comfortable and clean shop.I will literally never bring my car anywhere else for maintenance and repairs. Great service, great pricing, fast scheduling, and unbelievably good communication and trustworthiness.

I m have 3 Subaru s that I bring here for both minor and major repairs. The stuff here is extremely professional and fast! The shop was also filled with mechanical technicians which is always a good sign. Ace has always been an excellent service advisor and has all the answers to my questions. Love this place and it s the only shop I trust working my Subaru s

I needed routine maintenance before a roadtrip and my normal place (dealership) was no longer an option (too many lies / exaggerations about costly work). Subiesmith got me in. Did great work at a fair price. They did give me a list of maintenance items I may need to have done, but there was no pressure (some places will make you think if you don't get the expensive repair you'll end life on earth as we know it). They even followed up with me a few days later to check that I was happy with their work. Seems to be a quality, ethical shop. I suggest you plan ahead better than I did - they're popular and there are just a few Subarus in the greater Denver area.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Highly recommend working with the folks at Subiesmith. Their quotes are accurate and include any taxes and fees so you know what you are paying. They are great at labeling recommended services as high or low priority in case you are on a budget and can't fix everything at once. When troubleshooting a check engine light in my Outback, they replaced a sensor and let me drive the car for a week to see if that was the fix. When the light came back on and we realized it wasn't that sensor, they put my old sensor back in and credited the cost of the new sensor towards the next repair we tried. I went to Subiesmith in 2019 for an issue I could not afford at the time. instead of dismissing me, the staff worked with me in explaining all of the details of the repairs I needed, prioritizing them, and putting things in a realistic and easy-to-understand manner. They even brought me back into the shop to show me what they were explaining. I got the repairs done eventually, and they remembered me by name despite some time passing. I have been a returning customer ever since, and every time I am impressed at how each staff member speaks to you like a human, sees you eye to eye, and genuinely wants to help. It is rare that you find a vehicle repair shop that can match to professionalism, quality of work, and timeliness that Subiesmith delivers every time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Do not take your car here. They will rip you off. Customer service is friendly and they leave you with a confident feeling that you're being well taken care of. However, they sabotaged my engine causing a severe oil leak and they charged me way too much to install a new CV axle, which was not new, not even rebuilt. They charged me $250 for the part plus $200 to install it. The "new" CV axle that they installed was actually a junkyard part. It was rusty and worn. The boots were pre-torn. I didn't realize this until the part broke leaving me stranded in Highlands Ranch. Fortunately, I was able to get the car to a friend's house where we were able to replace both CV axles, at a cost of $131 ea. I missed 2 days of work in the process. Thanks, Subiesmith.

I don't normally write reviews, but since I had such a great experience with the Lakewood team I felt like I had to write a review. Long story short, as a woman who does not know a lot about cars, I felt very comfortable and included by the Subiesmith team. I did not feel talked down to or like I was incompetent. Next to this, they had the most speedy responses and turn around time. For example, the common dealerships and such had estimated a week out for inspection, while Subiesmith got my car in within a day, and back within a day. It was just a bearing replacement but I am still impressed. Ultimately, I would highly recommend it's just too bad I don't have any friends that have Subarus.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My 2006 outback had the typical head gaskets leaking oil like so many do. This was completed within a few days along with several items that were recommended to do since the engine had to be pulled out anyway, and it made these other items easier to complete. Such as other seals, timing belt, spark plugs, etc. It definitely paid off, since there has been zero issues with any of the work they performed, and it has been 1-1/2 years and 20,000 miles since then. I highly recommend their work.

My first visit was great, very happy with their willingness to help me out on short notice. Now I know how to access my rear bulbs to replace them with ease. I just can't say enough good things about the folks at Subiesmith. I mostly have taken my Outback in for oil changes, and everyone is always friendly, helpful, and speedy. I've never had to wait long at all to get in for a change. Where the team really shines is in their customer service when things go wrong with a vehicle. I've run into issues with my battery a number of times, and they have always been so helpful - charging my battery overnight the first time, as well as helping figure out the best, most cost effective plan for attacking the problem this second time around. (The issue with my battery is absolutely the car, not relating to any service I've received at Subiesmith, just to be absolutely clear.) I always feel heard when talking to the team on the phone, and they are very patient with my questions and concerns. (Thanks, Todd!)
