I called Stevinson Lexus Service Department 3 times between February 7th and February 9th 2024. Twice I was told I would get a call back. The 2nd time I was told my message would get to the Service Manager. I never received a call back. The third time I called I was connected to a Service Representative who couldn't answer questions about a transmission service. The Service Rep. was not able to answer my questions. I was told "please hold, I need to call down there". When the Service Rep. returned, she told me the transmission service price for my Lexus vehicle would "start at $289". Frustrated with the lack of Customer Service from Stevinson Lexus, I called Kuni Lexus Service Department. The Kuni Lexus Service Rep. I was connected to was very helpful: he answered my questions and provided me with firm service price quotes for several maintenance services we discussed. I won't call Stevinson Lexus again to service my two Lexus vehicles (one was purchased from Stevinson Lexus).

Stevenson Lexus may be the only Lexus dealership that does not provide car washes. I have had my car serviced a couple of times --no wash. I have been in several times asking for a complementary car wash, as every other dealer provides -- Stevenson will not wash your car. Went to change my winter tires to my regular ones and perform a 30k service. After one hour they told me my other tires were discarded due to the thread left and they did this without telling me. When they removed the tires during the previous service, the agent told me I still had enough thread in my tires to last another season! I am very upset. I told the assistant service manager about this and no resolution other than a "sorry this happened". I have owned several Lexus during the last.20 years and never had an experience like this. Will call corporate and complain!!!

I bought a car today from Stephen Conley. He was welcoming, warm, kind and genuine. He found a needle in a very large haystack which was the perfect car for me. Thank you!

My service advisor was Doug Scott and he was awesome! It was near the end of day and he had no reason to care about the car wash but he did it anyway - 10 out of 10 for customer service!!!

They were able to get my oil change done in 1 hour. Checked my vehicle to make sure that it was safe. Great service.
