Usually trips to car dealerships are dreaded but I had the best experience here at Stevinson s. Lazarus and the whole staff were very helpful and kind and explained everything to me in a way I could understand which is very much appreciated. They are understanding & I had a great experience buying my first car with them!

Outstanding communication began with a Sunday inquiry about a vehicle that was potentially in their inventory. My sales rep, Lazarus Romero, replied on a Sunday and continued with attentived, detailed responses to my questions throughout my purchase process. I don't live in CO, but continued updates felt like I was local. I appreciate Lazarus, Rick Borzileri and all the Stevenson Chevrolet staff for a wonderful experience.

Received a message from Chevrolet in September on my phone app to let me know that the module/chip they did not have available when I purchased my Colorado in April of this year was now available. Made an appointment for the 21st of October for installation. Figured that would give Stevinson a month to order the part. Received a call the morning of the 21st of October letting me know they didn't have the part in stock, but it was available! Which, I, of course, already knew. I was unhappy because they FORGOT to order the part and discovered that morning that there was an appointment requiring that part. I rescheduled for the 22nd of November, today, at 9:00am. Dropped the Colorado off for what Chevrolet said would be an hour appointment. Stevinson said it would take three. OK. So, I picked up my daughter, who had taken the truck in, and awaited a call from Service. Dropped my daughter off at 4:00 in the afternoon. Received a call that the truck was STILL not finished. I picked up the phone and spoke to Gene who said he would check with the technician. He called me back to let me know that they were in the process of installing the module (some 7 hours after we had dropped the truck) and that it would be an hour or so yet. I asked Gene why the truck was not started earlier in the day, and was he aware that we had an appointment a month earlier that we had to miss because they did not order the part. He said he was aware. That was it, no apology, no urgency. I told him I run a business and when I know there is a customer who has had a problem, we make them a priority. His answer lacked any kind of concern!!! An hour later, I am still awaiting word that the truck is finished, no word yet. My salesperson, Lazarus, was great! But I would recommend AGAINST taking a vehicle to Stevinson Service Dept. You WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I made an appointment for 8am to get a new key cut and fob programmed. At 1030am I inquired about status and was told they were about to start. I told the sevice consultant to go get my truck and I will go somewhere else and was told I need to be patient and cut them some slack. Why do we as consumers who have jobs to schedule around make appointments in the 1st place? Very disappointed with this dealership and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Kirk is the best. He worked with me to get my truck finished in time to k leave on a very important family gathering. We will be leaving tomorrow with the confidence that the work was done right. Ian Carter was amazing getting my car in at the last minute after I mistakenly made my oil change appointment for the wrong date!!! Thank you so much to him and that open tech who serviced my car!! Always going to come to you all for my car's maintenance!!

Really awful customer service in the service department. I called about a bad warranty and explained that I live far away and will need to buy a new battery to get there. The agent tells me no problem, just bring it in. When I get there, they told me that the would not help me without an appointment and the battery had to be back in the truck. Just arrived at another Chevy dealer, they helped me no problem. Say goodbye to my business Stevinson.

I visited Stevinson Chevrolet on 9/9/2017 for an oil change. When I arrived, I asked Joe Knobbe if they could wash the vehicle after the oil change was complete. The car wash was advertised as a benefit included with the oil change. The service was done in about an hour and a half. Upon completion, the vehicle had not been washed. I pointed this out and Joe personally took the vehicle through the onsite car wash. They did not dry the vehicle however, so I had to use the shop towels in my vehicle to dry the windows.On the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection report, the tech noted "found drain plug to be tight upon removal and replacement but no issues tightening". My next oil change was on 3/3/2018 & was completed at another shop. The service advisor quickly came to me and asked where I had my previous oil change completed. I told him "Stevinson Chevrolet". He said the drain plug in the oil pan had been cross threaded. The plug was also wrapped in tape and there was silicon all around it. Since the threads were destroyed, he said the oil pan would need to be replaced. I called Stevinson Chevrolet on 3/3/18 and left a message. The onsite service advisor per the voice mail system was Cory Metheney. In the voice message, I explained what was found on my vehicle & asked Cory to call me back. At the end of the next business day (3/5/18), the service department at Stevinson had not returned my call.I received poor service and incurred damage to my vehicle when I brought it in. I also did not receive a follow up call from anyone at Stevinson by the end of the following business day. I will not be returning to the service department at Stevinson Chevrolet and I'm warning others to steer clear as well.

Went there for window tint. They forgot to do the top strip on the windshield so docking a star for that. Otherwise the work was done well, nice area to hang out and drink coffee.

Excellent service, I like to take my car when it needs an oil change or something else. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Excelente servicio me gusta llevar mi carro cuando necesita el cambio de aceite o alguna otra cosa. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento.
