Honest, reasonable, reliable. We have been going to Rivera Auto Service for about 7 years. Mike and Chris are always most helpful and friendly. We have several vehicles amongst our family of five so we see them many times per year! We highly recommend them.

Hand down the best group of guys that have worked on my vehicles. I have been here a few time the past 2 years and both my lbz duramax and infinite qx80 are always well taken care of. Mike Rivera and his son are great businessman and owners/ mechanics and is always transparent about everything !

I have been coming here since I was in diapers with my mom when her car needed fixing. I am now 43 years old. I have taken every vehichle I have ever owned here to be worked on. I can't say enough great things about Mike Rivera and Rivera Auto Service. My wife and her family have been taking their vehicles to Rivera for years. We've always found them to be honest and straightforward about required service, at times saving us a lot of money on recommendations from the dealer or other shop that were later deemed superfluous. They can be busy at times and require a bit of lead time to schedule appointments, but they still find time to help address emergencies and urgent fixes. And once you do take your car in, they turn it around quickly and on time. Overall, they are good mechanics, trustworthy, and a great partner to help maintain a vehicle.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Mike and his crew are hands down the best mechanics I've ever encountered. When I first moved to the area i took my car to a nearby shop and was quoted an outrageous price for some work, that led me to Rivera and I haven't taken my cars anywhere else since. I have taken several different cars and trucks in for work and Rivera is always professional, straight forward, diligent, and knowledgeable. I have also reccomended them to family and friends and have heard nothing but good things back from them. Mike has been my family's mechanic since I was a teenager. He's honest, does great work, and provides great quality and customer service. I cannot recommend Rivera Auto enough. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

This is a great over 40 years family owned car shop that I highly recommend. Mike and Chris are very nice guys who always try to do their best to help you with your car. I trust their recommendations and advice.

It s difficult to know who you can trust when your car needs service. I ve encountered a fair number of shady mechanics around town, but the guys at Rivera Auto Service are as honest and trustworthy as they come. Unless I m out of town, I ll never take my car anywhere else.I dropped off my 2000 Ford Escort ZX2, a glorified hunk of scrap metal, with a laundry list of maintenance items that needed to be performed. I spoke with Chris, who listened to me ramble about the numerous electrical and mechanical problems I was experiencing. He was very reassuring and told me that all of the maintenance items I listed would be thoroughly investigated and taken care of. The guys in the shop quickly got to work diagnosing issues and even took time out of their busy day to call me with status updates. No maintenance was performed without my approval, so there were no surprises. The car was finished sooner than I expected and the bill was much lower than I thought it would be!Rivera Auto Service has been in business for a long time with good reason: they know what they re doing, and they know how to give their customers a great experience.If you want a mechanic that is honest, friendly, and professional, give Rivera Auto Service a shot. Mike and his crew are sure to impress.

Mike is the man. I took my car in originally to have my CV axel joints replaced and of course my service engine light came on and I scheduled a diagnostics check while I was there.Turns out not only do I need my axels replaced but a new transmission as well. And instead of charging me for the cv axel mike suggested I take it to Nissan and have them fix both. Which is also covered under an extended warranty I have.Mike! Thank you for being a solid dude and honest salesman.Top notch 5 star cigars and champagne all around for this service center.

Mike and his crew take great care of my vehicles. Truck, hybrid, RV - they work on it. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We have found them trustworthy and nice. They explain the repair and fix it in a timely fashion. They even figured out a customized exhaust system on my ancient RV when no parts could be located. I highly value the reliable care my vehicles get. They have a realistic appointment schedule so you can plan your time.

All of these guys are very knowledgeable and great at what they do. What I like most is that they re honest. I also recommended them to my mom and my cousin, they were both happy with the work and relieved that they didn t feel taken advantage of. I don t live in Lakewood but It is worth the trip, they make you feel like a friend and not just a customer.

Have used Rivera automotive the past few years and have had exceptional service! They have fair prices and do what they promise. I have had both my Honda civic in for work plus my Honda accord and have walked out happy every time! Both Mike and Louie are great and I highly recommend Rivera automotive!

I'm a do it yourself kid of guy, know my way around a tool box, keep it on a budget, but sometimes you need a pro with the right equipment and experience. I was a first time customer this week and I couldn't be happier with the results on my vehicle. I had control arms replaced on my vehicle. The service was timely and done at a fair price. These guys are professional and focused on customer satisfaction. 100% I'll be going back to them in the future.

Did a great job on my Jeep, kept me informing throughout the whole process. They were always straight up with me and were honest, didn't try to hide anything from me to make an extra buck. Would highly recommend this place! Great company!

I have been a customer of Mike's for 20 years. He is a great mechanic and a great person. I do a lot of my own mechanic work but when I need an honest quality mechanic I take my vehicles to Mike. I have recommended him to my family and friends and they have all become raving fans!

Every person at the shop is nothing but nice, kind, and honest. I went in for my 90,000 mile maintenance on my Subaru and some other issues my car was having. They kept me updated with the status of my car and only did what was needed for the 90,000 mile maintenance. For an example of how honest they are, I change all my own air filters and yet whenever I took my car in to the dealership I was always told I needed new air filters even if I had just changed them. Mike at Rivera s was the first mechanic in the last five years who didn t try to take advantage of me and told me my air filters looked great and didn t not need replacement. I really appreciated this honesty and it made me trust him even more with my car.

I'm a 58 yr old shade tree mechanic and have a LOT of experience in working with professional mechanics when I come to the end of my limited skills or tools. Mike at Rivera is one of the most pleasant, honest, competent, professionals I have found. He runs a great shop and a great business.

Mike and Louie and crew are the best! They do not upsell or gouge prices! they really know the auto service business and professional and clean shop! Stand behind their work and warranties! Never dispute if I have to come back for the same problem! they just take care of it! stop going to other places and come here for the best experience ever and honesty! I am a customer > No relation!

Very honest, very reasonably priced, and excellent service. These guys fixed my Expedition for about 10% of what the dealership was going to charge me (and the dealership was going to fix a bunch of stuff that didn't need fixing)! I won't take my Ford anywhere else as long as I live in CO.

Rivera is great! Came in for a 60,000 mile service on my Tacoma. They only charged me for what I needed and finished the repair in a timely manner. I called and was told to bring my truck in on Monday. They finslly checked it out on Thursday. I was given the excuse of , we had a rush on several transmissions to work on. I had to keep on dropping in to check on progress. I had brought a list of of services I needed done. The list was ignored. Long story short it took them three weeks and part of the services on the list was ignored and I was told the reason it took so long was i had brought my truck on without an appointment. I paid then to turn off the check engine light which came back on shortly after the truck was returned. I wrote the owner a letter. He called and all he would do is apologized. He did not offer a refund for work that failed nor any compensation for time lost on my part . He would not take ownership for inadequate customer service.

This was recommended by a co-worker of mine. Quality work at a reasonable price and they even fixed my door handle without me asking!!!!. I have finally found a mechanic in Colorado I feel like I can trust and will bring my bronco to exclusively.
