Joe was extremely professional and kind. I had brought my car to two other auto shops to try and fix my A/C. They couldn t figure it out, but Joe knew his stuff and diagnosed it quickly. He called me back promptly and gave me a fair quote. I dropped my car off in the morning and he had it fixed within the day. Would highly recommend Joe.Service: A/C installation & repair

Joe was prompt, professional and honest. After I brought my car in because of squeaky brakes, many mechanics would have taken the opportunity to sell me brake work I didn t need. Joe told me the truth and I ll be back because of it. Glad to have found a trustworthy mechanic in our new neighborhood!

Joe is amazing! I was looking for help on some suspension and brake upgrades for my Tacoma. He worked with me to make sure we had all the right parts and materials and walked me through the process and also made sure it was at a fair price. This guy knows what he is talking about. I am way more than happy with how the truck feels and handles now. He was also gracious enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule during Christmas so I could make a road trip to see my family.I recommend Joe, he is a great, honest mechanic that knows his stuff!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes

Car broke down on a family vacation. Contacted Joe on Sunday through FB and got a response before the end of the day. Got the car towed to his shop and he spent the better part of the day diagnosing the issue. Once it was found we decided it would be best to have the car returned home for the repair. Joe was very helpful and understanding of our situation.. Took very good care of our vehicle and even spent 2 hours helping us get it loaded and secured for the 1100 mile trip home. The problem turned out to be a failing fuel pump control module, being that our 2012 Cadillac CTS-V wagon has had extensive performance modification, we were concerned with finding a shop that had experience in dealing with the added issues that come with a modified vehicle. Joe had been through our same issue with a car he had built and knew exactly what to look for. He helped take a lot of stress out of the problem of being broken down so far from home. Once we found him we were able to get back to enjoying the things we had planned to do in the Denver area. Would recommend him to anyone in need of normal car repair or performance modifications. Thanks again Joe you were a life saver.

Great shop, they will bend over backwards to help make your vision complete. For me, this was a personal project on an old car where attention to detail was needed, so I can t say enough good things. They ve been in business for decades for a reason!

Took a prius here with 70,000 miles for a customer who wanted a pre purchase inspection. They told him the struts were due and that it the engine was leaking oil which is not true. He got me a ticket for running a red light. Hassled me everyday to lower the price $3,000 extra. When I sold it for full asking price he left me a bad review. Not only that but he got me a ticket because he cannot drive.

Joe is a great guy and knows his stuff! Fixed up our truck in a pinch on our way through CO this winter. Joe went well out of his way to help us out. I had called many places getting estimates on repairs I needed done. He was one of the few that called me back. Joe was reasonably priced, honest, and didn t try to push extra services like many mechanics do. He was very professional, quick, and efficient. Would highly recommend! Very nice guy!

Joe is by far one of the BEST mechanics in Colorado. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years now, and will not take my truck anywhere else! My pops always said that a good mechanic is better than gold, and that is Joe at Rapid Car Care and Performance!

I'm leaving him 5 stars because he's deeply honest and does good work, it's a 1-man show and he's always extremely busy. He doesn't deserve a bad rating.However he can also be remarkably hard to plan with and communication and expectations can be extremely unclear (once took 1.5hrs for an oil change). Make sure you clearly and specifically repeat what you need him to do, time frames, plans, and expectations. He's likely just too busy to manage it all himself.

Joe was fantastic! My check engine light was on and Joe fixed the problem in no time! He talked me through possible issues on the phone when I called to make an appointment, I made it over to his shop a couple hours later, and had my car back fixed in about an hour. Thank you so much! I ll be going back for any maintenance on my vehicle

Updated I had a lower control arm and knuckle repaced in 2020 only 10k miles ago. On a brand new 2019 with car having only49 miles on it. I also had brakes and fuel rails replaced. Car now has 36k miles on it and yet needing another lower control arm replaced after 5 sets of tires now. The dealership is now wanting to put blame on this shop but i have a hard time this is the case as the first lower control arm from factory failed. I will stand behind this shops workmanship as the manufacturer has put blame on roads and now other mechanics i honestly believe there is mjor defects in more than the lower control arm. I'm mechanically inclined and cheap, and still recommend Joe/Rapid Car Care. My 93 Jeep ZJ 5.2L had the dreaded "crank but no start". I replaced $500 worth of parts and spent 3 days chasing wires and checking voltages before I gave up and had it towed to Rapid. Had it back to me the next day at a very fair price. As a guy that likes working on cars and thinks he's pretty good at it, it's still nice to know someone that's even better for when I get stuck!

Bought a Jeep from Joe. Turned out that the heater core went bad two days after i bought it. Spoke with him about it, although he had no obligation to do so he refunded me some money. Really cool guy and very nice shop!

If you want a straight forward honest mechanic, take your car to RCCP and ask for Joe.I ve taken my car to RCCP a few times now and have always had a good experience. I scheduled an appointment to get my catalytic converter installed. I was told to call the day beforehand to confirm the appointment, I called three times and left three voicemails with no response. I show up here in the morning and try calling again and nothing, their building looks abandoned. I wouldn't come to this company for work.
