I have to Drive 200 Miles each way to have the correct service completed on my Cayenne, Prestiege always goes above and beyond. Wonderful Dealership Great Staff.

Outstanding service by the service team. They are always focused on their customers and find the right way to do the work. I truly appreciate all they have done for me over the 9 cars and 15 years I have been going there. Sales is a whole other conversation. Very nice people in sales but seems somewhere up the line in management above the Porsche GM there seem to be people who could care less about their good long term customers and just want to take the highest bid on the more difficult cars to find. They need to learn the importance of word of mouth in CO.

I bought my 2013 Premium Audi A4 Quattro at Prestige 6 years ago and I couldn t be happier. I go there a couple times a year for cleaning supplies, merch, service, and multipoint inspections. Prestige also offers a comfortable waiting room, business center (finished some homework), coffee, and complimentary snacks. Let s just say, I never dread going to this dealership.Services: Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have come here for years for several vehicles. The facility itself is top notch and makes waiting while the vehicle is serviced realistic. The technicians are all highly capable and the advisors are no nonsense and always provide clear, actionable advice. Great communication is built into their process so you always know where you are in the process. And they actually keep to the timeline promised! Overall it is a high quality, customer focused experience that keeps me coming back, although I now live 90 minutes away!

I can't speak highly enough about Ryan and Christian. Ryan has been my service handler for about 5 years with an A4 I bought from Carmax. I had the Maxcare warranty, and he would take care of all the calls, issues, and even hooked me up with a loaner.After the A4 hit it's 10 year anniversary, it was time to upgrade. This is where Christian hooked me up with an AWESOME Q4 lease. He was responsive, clear, and guided me through the process without using any of those annoying "tricks" I've experienced at other dealerships. Prestige Imports... way to go!

As I mentioned in my last survey. My recent Audi service was very good. Dave Ficca looking after my service was great. He got everything done that Saturday instead of the follow-up 2nd service. A poor experience in 2023 made be question returning, but Dave renewed my loyalty.

After bringing my cars to Audi Denver for years, I switched to Prestige. They managed to diagnose a problem that the other dealership couldn t figure out after multiple times in the shop (and thousands of dollars spent), and they fixed it for less than $300.

Took my new Audi for my first oil change to Prestige Imports. Over 20+ years, I've dealt with several car dealerships in Denver area - including BMW, Carmax, Honda, Acura and even Hyundai! I can tell you this is by far the worst dealership. Since the service was prepaid, they wouldn't provide a loaner, or Uber ride. The term the service manager used was "you do not qualify". That was strike one! This oil change was scheduled to be done in two hours. Yes, simple oil change normally takes two hours there. Mine took three. No explanation, no apologies; but she took pride in how busy (read mismanaged!) they are. When I got my car back, there were visible scratches at a specific area. I brought it back to her. Her immediate reaction was that "we have video at check in." I understand things happen, but what rights do you have to treat customers like this? This was strike two. Their detailers buffed those scratches off and I was on road driving back to home. The engine lights came on. I've only 300 miles on a brand new Audi and engine light is on right after a oil change! Took the car back to dealership. This guy comes up without any context tries to push back how n-number of things can go wrong due to my bad. As it turnout half hour later, the technician who did the oil change did not put the dipstick back. This was strike three! I wonder what else they messed up? How come they did not catch this in final inspection? Did they actually drive the car after the oil change? If so, why did the engine light didn't come on then?BTW, I've given my number to the general manager to rectify the issue for future customer. Crickets!Save the headache and take your business somewhere else.

I took my Audi to Prestige and Dave and his team fixed the problem. They did make a mistake that ended up with me taking it back for more repairs, but they admitted to the mistake. It matters more to me that Prestige admitted to the mistake and fixed the mistake at no cost to me, over the mistake occurring in the first place. It is nice to see honest business practices.I do not hesitate in recommending Prestige Audi's service department to anyone considering having their car serviced. They installed a dash cam that I purchased through the dealership, and installed a front license plate bracket. The experience was good. The website for the dash-cam manufacturer is quirky and unhelpful, but that is not the fault of the dealership or the technical advisor that I worked with.Later, they swapped the tires for winter tires, did an alignment, and an (early) 10k service. Alex Mueller was great to deal with.

I've been utilizing this dealership since I had my Audi TT. They've been professional, competent, and consistent through all my interactions with them. I've enjoyed the experience with them enough to purchase a Porsche Cayman from them and have put 94k miles on it in 3 years. Due to their superlative qualities, I've continued to have the vehicle serviced by this service center and they've never let me down.

Lucas is amazing. He takes all of my best interest into mind and works his hardest to get me in and work around my hectic schedule as I come down from Vail. I love the effective communication through text, and the laying out of options and timelines for work needed. My only request, which is out of Lucas's control, is that there be more loaner for people like me that try and maximize my time getting service while in Denver.
