Did an outstanding job repairing my 2022 Tesla Model S. I could see on the Tesla App that they got to it right away and were working on it for the 2 weeks it was there. Their estimation was spot on. Paint was matched perfectly and the car was detailed before being returned. They are pricy but worth it.

DO NOT BRING YOUR TESLA HERE. I dropped off my Tesla after a minor fender bender on September 29th, 2023. It has been 75 days and they still have no completion date in sight. The earliest they could promise to have it done is in January, which in total, would be over a 100 days to fix a bumper. I am beyond frustrated and angry with the delays and run around with Prestige Imports.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service.

Just look at the pictures of my car and decide if you would like any painting/auto work done here. Hood looked great when it was freshly done. Started looking like trash 3 yrs later- paint no longer has any shine and has completely discolored to a yellow color and they won t stand behind ANY of their work. Now I have to get the whole thing sanded down and completely redone. Go ANYWHERE else unless you want to redo and re-pay for everything in three years all over again. Cheers!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Prestige Imports deals with collision repairs in a professional and orderly manner, you're treated right while being kept informed on the status of your vehicle. The final result is a properly repaired vehicle that is flawless and correct. The facilities are clean, the staff professional and friendly. Ira Stafford is a great repair advisor who takes good care of his customers. Prestige Imports is a Tesla authorized body repair facility that knows how to restore them to factory specifications and tolerances, they do more than fix the bodywork, they also repair damage to the wheels, axles, and the associated equipment.

Highly recommend this shop, if you love surprises. You will never be told when your car will be finished, until minutes before it is done. They literally cannot plan several hours ahead. They had my car for 7+weeks to perform 40 hours of labor. They were NOT waiting for parts, except 1 of those weeks. They were NOT waiting for insurance approvals, except 2 of those days (2 approvals, both within less than 24 hours). It seems to me, that they simply take on way more work than they can handle, and you'll notice how the street is lined with cars if you ever go to the shop. I picture one qualified/certified mechanic, and a team of people spinning stories about why it takes so long to finish the work. You may drive by and find your car unlocked, windows open, on the street, like I did. If you like to repeatedly call a repair shop to try to get a clue about what is going on with your car, this is the place for you. You can expect that no work will be done, unless you call and complain about the lack of progress. If your Point of Contact takes a vacation, good luck. Someone else may help you, but they will make it seem as if it's a personal favor to give you information about your car. Even on the final day, when I had contacted the Collision Center Manager, to try to ensure that ANOTHER deadline would not be missed, so I could pick up my car before ANOTHER weekend went by, they could not forecast a pickup time. After emailing the manager, I believe he did try to call me back while I was in a meeting. He did not leave a message or respond to my email, as I suspect he didn't want a written record of his response to the outrageously unprofessional experience I had. The promised phone call time on the last day, came and went. After several more hours, I had to CALL again to understand if they would finish that day (all they had to do was wash the car and inspect it). Very unprofessional service. It wasn't one or two isolated incidents, it persisted for 7+ weeks. Multiple times, weeks passed with no progress. The actual car repair turned out fine, but then again, there wasn't much for them to do (40 hrs, or 6 hours per week, as shown in my insurance receipts where they are required to submit their labor hours). If you don't like surprises, and just want to have reasonable updates on your car, or even a notional understanding of the schedule for repairs, or any sort of basic customer service, then you should probably go somewhere else.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Back in May this body shop was supposed to fix the front bumper of my 2019 Audi Q5. They had the car for over a month and didn t complete the job. After having the car over a month I called the shop to let them know the car needs to be finished because I am on military orders and moving immediately. The Shop manager who I believe was Michael said the car still needed a wash before it was ready to go. So I told him I was moving the next day and I needed it to be completed now and he refused so I was left picking up the car not detailed. The car only needing a wash was a complete and total lie. Now that I have moved over 1500 miles away what appeared initially to be a fixed car was not fixed at all. They left all of the screws used to attached the front bumper completely off and when driving down the road the parts pop off. It requires getting out of the car daily to pop it back into place. For a job that was over 4k to fix this is absolutely ridiculous. Please stay away from this shop. They don t care about taking care of customers at all and will lie to you and say a job is complete when it s not.

WORST EVER!!!! Extremely shady bad business practices. My Taycan glass roof had a crack and was replaced. Prestige was sub d to do the work by Gerber Collision who USAA required. All three professional reputable companies, right . Although prestige was sub d to do the work they tried to steal the claim from Gerber and cut them out. USAA had already paid Gerber. Prestige decided to hold my car hostage for weeks so they had leverage to cutout Gerber and try to get USAA to pay them. I m the customer and shouldn t even be involved this should have been handled behind the scenes and definitely without making my car the leverage. I m going to file a police report, alert the BBB, Colorado department of regulatory agencies, and make sure anyone looking to buy an Audi or Porsche go to another dealership. Unreal bad people!!!

Never had such bad customer service. And they absolutely do not care for their guests.A few min late and they won't even give 5 min after close to pickup a car. Never had a shop not care like that.

Former Audi owner and bought from Prestige. Learned they're also a Tesla authorized body shop. I got two collisions repaired with Prestige that took Tesla bout 3-8 weeks to get parts both times, because it's Tesla. :(My only complaint is due to the fact the car was sitting in their lot for so long they left it at 0% charge and took multiple contacts to get them to charge it. Leaving the car at 0% charge degrades the battery, as does leaving it at 100% all the time too. My range has decreased about 5-10% due to it. I hope they will keep that in mind for future Tesla repairs and not to leave cars uncharged that long. Otherwise my experience with their repairs has been flawless.Edit: I appreciate the update but you do realize Tesla owners can check the status of the vehicle with their phone right? This was within the last couple of years (2020) so maybe you've updated your procedures since then.Update 3/13/24 Was rear ended and needed repairs in the same area. The mechanic informed us that under the Prestige repair there was a broken fog light, cracked camera, cracked mount and that he could tell there was an attempted repair. While I do not have any proof Prestige didn't repair those things, it does make me wonder whether that was invoiced on the insurance claim and if they pocketed the difference and/or hoped no one noticed. I'll give Prestige the benefit of the doubt but if anyone else has a similar experience I'm just putting it out there. The specific parts were: Distance sensor, front right fog lamp including cracked RT bracket, aim fog lamp, and LT fog lamp.

Multiple parts were broken and some were missing from my car when it was returned. When I called them asking about the missing parts they blamed the tow truck driver and refused to provide any proof they gave the parts to the driver.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Prestige collision center. I brought my Tesla in for a relatively minor rear passenger door and bumper dent repair. For the first month, my car sat waiting for additional insurance approval above what I had been quoted--this delay was not mentioned to me until I called to see about pick up at the end of the month. They also wouldn't place an order for any of the parts needed until after the additional insurance approval, so then it sat there an additional month waiting for parts before they could begin to work on my car. Of course one of the parts arrived damaged so another order needed to happen putting our pick up time at almost 3 months. We then came to pick it up to find that the bumper had not been fixed, which also was never clearly communicated to us. If we had known sooner, we could've contested with insurance sooner but instead it was another week before more parts could be ordered. All in all it took 15 weeks to get my car back. And when I picked up there was a small scratch on the repaired door. On top of that, Prestige charges an hourly service rate above what most insurance companies will pay and they charged me the difference. I was not warned at all about this possibility of being personally charged the difference due to their higher rates. There was poor communication throughout and the bare minimum of service at the highest rate. This is the first 1 star review I've ever posted and feel very strongly about it, hopefully this will protect the next Tesla owner from making the mistake of coming to Prestige.

Needed to have door handle covers painted and replaced. Contacted Jesse who was beyond helpful in getting these done and color matched for my Audi. Very responsive and I had my handle covers back to me within 2 days. Will be going back here if I need any work done in the future.Service: PaintingService: Painting

In September, I was in an accident with significant damage to the front of my Audi 3. The earliest appointment I could get to drop my car off at Prestige Imports was December 15 due to a staffing shortage of aluminum-certified technicians. They kept me updated throughout the process, which took about two months due to supply chain issues. I picked up my car this afternoon, and I was blown away by the quality of the repairs. My car looks brand new and is detailed inside and out.I highly recommend Prestige Imports Collision Center.Service: Auto body & trim repair

We scheduled to drop off our Tesla for a rear trunk/bumper replacement. Communication was nonexistent. Staff turnover was constant. The parts were not ordered timely, and it was not a matter of insurance holding it up, it was a matter of the staff dropping the ball. When parts did arrive, they were "damaged" and had to be ordered again. All this time there were additional parts that were needed but yet still not ordered. The waiting game was so hard to handle. They did not offer any consolation in the form of a rental car or credit for their delay in service. It was hard to get a return email or a return phone call because the staff would turn over again. We felt like a hostage to their poor process. When we were told it was ready to pick up, we arrived to find the trunk door button would not work and the rear camera would not work. The fact that these were not tested after installation is beyond me. We left with the unfixed car because we don't have a spare vehicle and we've been without for 2 months. We returned a month later to have it fixed and they insisted the issue was a software update, which we told them we've already tried which did not work. They won't admit fault for the issues and keep wasting our time. This company is beyond horrible when it comes to service. I would highly recommend trying another shop before resorting to this one.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Currently, this business is holding my Range Rover HOSTIGE! I believe that the repairs have been completed for more than a week now. I was in an accident where I wasn't at fault and disclosed this to Prestige before I brought my car in for repairs. I've been in the loop with the emails between Prestige and Safeco and the issue is that Prestige wants $249 or $259 per hour for repairs. Body shops have always been crooked but Prestige is taking this to whole new levels. I actually don't want Safeco to pay this crazy hourly charge. I would like the State of Colorado to come in and investigate Prestige. We have laws against usuary and outrageous fees and it's time to close Prestige down! There are only 2 body shops that repair Range Rovers in Colorado. Don't use Prestige even IF you are NOT at FAULT- they will still try to screw you. #BEWARE OF PRESTIGEServices: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement

Horrible experience. Made an appointment online for a few weeks out but on the day of, after emailing them my insurance quote, they said I didn't have a reservation. I did a double-check and was able to make a same day appointment, but I didn't get a confirmation of that one either. Before driving all the way down there, I called and not only were they extremely rude, but they didn't care that their on-line reservation system wasn't working. They were unable to assist me and said I'd have to wait another month, even though I had a valid reservation. So much work to set up insurance and rental to pick me up at this location, I will NOT use them again.BEWARE of ONLINE SYSTEM. It does not work and the people who work there could care less!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

let me just take a moment to say I'm not one to really leave reviews. let me also say the work they did was good my car does look brand new and they fixed the electrical which was my biggest thing I needed fixed. but as for communication please be warned there lack of communication is my biggest thing. i only got like 2 updates while my car was being fixed the rest of the times i had to call myself to see what was going on. and every time i called it seemed like i was being a bother to them. my car also was there for nearly 3 months which for what was being done i didn t think it should ve taken that long, but hey i m not a mechanic or work on cars. also when i picked up my car there was a code on which my car didn t have codes on before i took it in, beside the electrical ones for the headlights and stuff and i was livid when i noticed it.when i called they passed me off to service and told me they couldn t guarantee they could fix it for free. then my passenger door wasn t working either (the electrical on it) i mean they fixed it but i just don t understand why send a car out before making sure it all works? and my last issue is they sent me my car back with 0 miles of gas on it BONE DRY. the could ve at least put $10 worth in it. i know i had gas before it took it in too. again overall the work is good but these are a few bad things that happened in my experience .Edit: I wasn't talking about the headlight codes. My car came back with a whole separate code an EPC code. When I called nobody knew apparently what it was. My car had never read this code before. And I was made aware I'd have to come out of pocket for the other headlight issue. But this was a whole different code whole different thing.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

My insurance company (Chubb) recommended them for body repair to our Mercedes GLE 350. I was a little concerned when I first drove up to their facility, as it is a little edgy and cramped. But the repair rep (Matthew) was very responsive and they performed the repairs in a very timely manner and kept me advised every step of the way with informative text messages. They also gave me a ride to the Enterprise Car Rental facility when Enterprise failed to show up at the appointed time. I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

I really enjoyed working with prestige. A car came up and I contacted prestige and they got back to me extremely quick. I went to look at the car and felt no pressure to buy. Every other place I had went to tried to sell me a car, prestige let me make my own decisions. I ended up buying the car because it was priced correctly. I didn t have to negotiate at all. The only reason I didn t give it five stars is because the windshield replacement took 2 weeks to happen. However I was given a very nice Audi as a rental for the day while my windshield was replaced. Next time I buy i will check Prestige Imports first.

This is is the second time that I have had my vehicle repaired at Prestige, and I do NOT recommend this business. I returned because my first experience was great, and the quality of work matched my experience. Currently, my vehicle has been at Prestige for 64 days, and I have been getting the run around the past two weeks regarding the completion date. I know that there was a delay due to parts being shipped, but I the past couple weeks I have been getting nothing but word salad and verbal gymnastics as to the completion date. I was told yesterday that my car had been at the dealer for a week getting calibrations done, the dealer claimed they had not had my vehicle in since May for an oil change. I drove over to the shop last night and low and behold my vehicle is in their parking lot, collecting dust. I stopped into the shop this morning and got more of the same run around and blame shifting - at this point I feel like they do not value my business - or the $8k that the repairs are costing...Service: Body & Trim

Prestige Imports Collision Center provided the worst service I've received from any auto service shop. My car was towed there on a Friday with tie-rod damage. I requested an estimate that day over the phone and in writing (email). By Tuesday morning they still had not looked at the car. My insurance company recommended another service shop and offered to tow the car there, so I accepted. When the tow driver arrived at Prestige, Prestige would not release the car unless that driver wrote them a check for $625. Prestige purported administrative fees and storage. Prestige had provided no service other than holding my car hostage. The other service shop subsequently provided the most professional and reasonably priced repair that I'd experienced in years. Prestige's profit was probably four times what the good shop made on this repair, and Prestige provided no service. I did call Prestige to appeal, but they were intransigent.

This was by far the best experience I have had getting a car repaired after an accident. I reached out, sent them the insurance estimate, took it in a few days early due to my schedule, they were able to get started early, handled the insurance stuff, and in the end delivered the car on time. What really impressed me was the consistent and regular communications that go out in each step of the process. The car repair was excellent and everything was simple. Comparing them to a direct competitor in the Denver area for Audi repairs they were prompt and if anything over communicating whereas this other place could barely return our call. Not that we want to get our car hit again but if so we have a place we will gladly take it for getting put back to like new condition.

Beware-once the bill is paid, this business LACKS. I find that customer service is most important when a business makes a mistake and it's time to "fix the issue " for the customer. We've so far had 3 issues post pick-up and when the first issue was brought to their attention- comment was made by Prestige- that just doesn't happen by itself. The ENTIRE left panel inside our Porsche where they made repairs- FELL OFF. The window is scraping when you try to roll it down, and the trim they replaced on out Porsche is glued on and FALLING OFF!! BEWARE...

This is the place to go for any repairs to auto collision damage, hail damage, etc. Their work is extremely professional and thorough! Their staff and facilities are extremely well equipped to deliver quality results for many types of luxury vehicles! I highly recommend these guys!!!!From the estimation process through the entire repair process, I received regular text and email updates! I really liked knowing which stage of the repair process my car was in etc. They handled the entire process with the insurance companies/claim process, which makes the entire car repair ordeal much less stressful!!I thought the time to complete the repairs was completely reasonable. These guys go the extra mile to deliver a quality end result!!Absolutely top notch customer service too!!
