I have a hard to find parts for bike but these guys always get my bike in and done correctly leaving me free to enjoy my rides knowing they do a great dependable job at an honest price thank you guys

I love this place! Great service, super friendly and just a laid back bunch doing solid work on every type of motorcycle imaginable. While 1D4U isn t typically booked out as far as some shops, they are worth whatever wait there may be because the work will be done right. Perhaps my favorite part of going here is the fact that I m talking to a person doing the work rather than an adviser between me and the mechanic when scheduling. Honest, straight forward, skilled work with integrity is what this shop is about, and I ll be taking my beloved two-wheelers here from now on.

Really liked the customer service and the work done on my bike. Ive only been here twice and had my bike worked on once but I feel like this is a good shop and these guys are pretty down to earth and easy to get along with.

I took my bike to another mechanic after these guys had it for a tire change. I had to buy a new carburetor (old-school, I know) and a new battery after these guys had their hands on it, whereas it was running fine beforehand. The guy didn't seem happy or even ok with servicing my bike or helping me at one down, four up. I'm sure I was polite and courteous, so I don't know why. Don't recommend it.

Highly recommended!! Not only did they do a great job of mounting my road 5's, they made sure my cables and chain were in good shape and adjusted.

I dropped my bike off in June 2022 for a pretty simple diagnoses and repair. It's now March 2023 and I still don't have my bike back. That's 275 days and counting. They don't pick up the phone. If I want an update I have to literally drive to the shop to ask. I haven't heard from them in months. I legitimately don't know if the shop is still open. I was very patient and understanding with them for months, but this is simply unacceptable.My WR250R was having a hard time starting. It probably needs a new fuel pump. It's a very common and easy to fix issue for this model. I should've watched a 15 minute YouTube video and done the work myself.I can't remember the last time I gave a 1 star review. But I also can't remember the last time I've been this confused and frustrated by a business.I'm all for supporting local business, but take your bike elsewhere.

I was having some trouble finding a mechanic for my 98 Shadow that I recently purchased. Party because this is the busiest time of year and partly because it's a 98. My call was immediately answered by one down four up, the gentleman was very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to take my bike same day. It had been sitting for two years when I bought it. They flushed the fuel lines, changes the oil, fixed front fork seal issue and cleaned the front break. Cleaned the carburetor and installed new spark plugs. THEY CAN ALSO GET THE BEST TIRE PRICES AROUND!! Turn around time was good and pricing was fair. The bike is running like a beast now. I highly recommend!

Installed my bearings incorrectly. They didnt sed them correctly causing my wheel to pull to one side, so my rotor was rubbing on the caliper bracket. I had another shop do my repairs and they informed me that the wheel bearings were not seeded correctly. Causing damage to my rotor and caliper bracket.they had to install a new rotor andrear brake pads. That cost me more moneyThan i planned . I addressed 1 down 4 up of the situation and they didnt seem to care. He told me that it wasnt his problem. They could have atleast helped me out with part of the tab. I will not ever use them again. I suggest that people read the reviews before they use a shop.i gave them 1 week to get back to me and they never did.Service: Tires

Was told they'd be able to look at my bike in 2-3 weeks. Didn't touch my bike for 3 months, called multiple times and never got back to me. Would appreciate better communication as I understand it's a hard time for everyone in the industry.

If you care about your bike, don t take it to these jokers. I had 2 tires done and fluids changed. The tires were mounted but not balanced, and they didn t even bother to remove the old wheel weights. They literally just mounted them and sent it. Also, neither drain plug gasket was changed and they were both leaking when I got home with the bike. You can see in the pictures that the gasket is destroyed and they just sent it. Just lazy. Save yourself a headache. Go somewhere else.

These guys are awesome. Brought my bike in for steel braided brake lines, found out I already had them but were coated. They found leaking seals,fork and shift shaft seals. My bike has never run better. Highly recommend this place

They had my bike for 3 months and never even looked at it. They left it outside, uncovered and dropped the value of my bike with wear and tear from the weather as I always covered it. Now there's rust on the engine, seat damaged, buttons not working and sticking, and my bikes worth s$#t now thanks to them. Please steer clear and save your bike. Dont take it to them. The dont care... and it really shows, sad.

Had my bike here for repair over 6 months and my bike never got fixed or repaired on top of that my battery has been ruined. My experience with this business was very disappointing.

set up the weekend before. dropped when they opened, my new front wheel and tire installed, rear tire installed and brakes while I worked. no complaints here.

Communication is difficult with this shop. Prepare to wait for weeks to find out whats wrong. Takes days for a call back too. They are nice but maybe just too busy?

Not happy with them at all purchased tire's next-door had jay and his guys put them on as well as seals on the front and brakes on the rear mouth down the road had a rear flat do to a simple valve stem witch they did not replace took bike back for them to fix just to be charged just under$200 for something that should have been replaced in the first place tell me your thoughts

Couldn't fix our bike in 3 months and still haven't given us a return date. Had to tell them to just put a battery in, so it was drivable, then take it somewhere else to get fixed.

If you need you bike serviced this is the place to go!! Very thorough, very professional and reasonably priced!
