They were really awesome and helped a single mother out. My car isn't completely fixed yet.. key word YET but they made it safe for me and my babies to be back on the roads I'm most definitely coming back to finish the rest of my work. Also John you're awesome I didn't know what I was doing and you definitely helped me out thank you so much guys

I took my car in for some light repairs, only to discover I had some major repairs that needed fixed ASAP. Brian was not only patient in helping me understand what issues I was dealing with, but he also helped me prioritize those issues so that I could safely drive away at the end of the day! It was fantastic working with people who understood my financial situation and only emphasized the importance of my safety. I didn't feel too overwhelmed by the issues at hand, and I can say that is thanks to Brian! Will definitely be returning!

Patched my tire with swiftness and speed. I mean these guys move like their mothers life depended on it. Handsome fellas too, be careful if you have your girlfriend or significant other with you because they might make you look like bum in comparison. But fret not! Your auto care needs will be dealt with quickly and flawlessly. Salute to Midas boys

Mike & Clayton were knowledgeable & fast. They coulda charged me anything, considering I don't know anything about cars, but instead they didn't even charge me. They fixed the issue in less than 30s & this location has earned my loyalty as a customer for such honesty.

Huge thanks to the staff of this shop saving my family by securing the skid disc on our honda civic after it broke loose in the snowy weather. They were quick to help and simply did it out of the goodness of their hearts (no charge!). We appreciate you!

I called to schedule an appointment and before I could say a word the person told me to book online and I was hung up on. You do not get confirmation online right away which is why I called in the first place. I called back and a different person answered the phone who seemed annoyed by my call and when I asked how long the service would take he said an hour or two because everyone wants to wait in a snarky tone. I find this very unprofessional and I have been going here for some time and they will never get my business again! I called the Midas on 6th ave and they were very polite and helpful in assisting me with setting up an appointment.

I ve been coming to this Midas for about two years and Brian took care of me so well !! had a break emergency I have a small business and need the vehicle for driving all over Colorado and was able to come in last minute and treated me like I was a family!! He got me a decent price on rotors and brakes on all four wheels plus an oil change Within an hour and a half wait time and last last minute b4 closing

Marcus was able to get my car in right away because I thought I needed breaks. After the inspection he informs me that my breaks were fine and didn t need to be replaced at all. I really appreciate the honesty from Marcus. I don t know that most mechanics would be as honest and trustworthy. I ll definitely be back when I need work done on my vehicle.Service: Auto brake replacement

I had scheduled an oil change and it was done pretty fast in about 30 minutes while I choose to wait for my car . It was also not busy at that time which was around noon. Professional service and friendly personnel . Will definitely return when another service is due

We had my girlfriend oil changed here on December 20 2023. Not only did I feel it was over priced the car is white leather and it now has oil stains on the steering wheel and door. We recently had the car detailed so I know it wasn t there before.

This place will try to take advantage of you if they think you know nothing about cars. I took my car in for an alignment and about an hour after I dropped it off I was told that they couldn't do the alignment until they fixed the "suspension" there is nothing wrong with my suspension and the suspension has nothing to do with an alignment so of course I said no. When I picked my car up i was then told it was the control arms and ball joints which is steering. When I go home I jacked my car up to see if there was actually any issues and there is none both the control arms and ball joints are in good shape. This shop tried to scam me out of $2500 all because I am a woman and they assumed that I had noknowledge about cars. I would give them negative stars if I could.Edit: they called me this morning and went to argue the fact and treated me like an idiot, I did say some choice words that I am not proud of but I will never take any of my cars there again.

Theses guys are awesome. Found a nail in my tire as we were getting ready for a trip. I tried to fix it with my tire patching kit for safety and couldn t get the hole plugged. Spilled oil all over my engine during an oil change. Did not tell me at all when I picked it up. Had to call to find out why my engine was smoking. Offered no apology. Told me I ll just have to wait until it all burns off which is what I m doing now, just breathing in fumes until it s all gone. Will never return. Accidents happen but have the common decency to let the customer know and do your best to remedy the situation.

I had sudden car trouble en route to the mountains. Mike took care of me right away. He checked the air pressure, lifted the vehicle and found a nail in one of the back tires. I was on my way within minutes and he refused to charge me. "Just leave a google review," he said. So here it is. Great, professional service! I'd drive to come to them with car trouble the next time!

These guys were very nice and helpful. I came in to get an oil change and they did a courtesy check as well. It turns out I needed some new filters and needed to have my tires patched. I thought about posting not posting this, but everyone's life was put at risk . I took my truck in for maintenance and ended up spending thousands. About a month after the work had been done, the front tires started squeeling at low speeds. I figured my tires were shot. Finally, one day pulling out of a home depot, I lost control of my steering! Come to find out the mechanic who worked on my truck last hadn't put a pin need to hold the tie rod in place. Thankfully, I had been going about 15 mph. Had it let go on the highway, it could have killed me, and whoever is reading this now! When I called the shop about it first, they denied doing the work "bad computer records."Second wouldn't come out to inspect the truck, no offer to pay for my tow, just a ticket for a free oil change, and a promise that they scolded the tech. I definitely would not recommend if you value your life! You can keep your oil change midas. I'm afraid you'd for get the plug!

After losing my friend who was a mechanic, I had to take my car to an actual shop to get the ac fixed. The repair was affordable, and they found where the refrigerant (can't remember if that's what it was called) was leaking, then replaced that part along with filling it back up.The guys were great and had my car done before noon on the same day! Definitely recommend.

I had nail in my tire, took it in to Midas on Alameda in Lakewood, they were very attentive. I waited only 25 minutes and was on my way. I couldn't be more please. Highly recommended!

Very honest shop. I was misinformed and went in for some brake work that it turns out wasn t needed. They cleared up my misunderstanding and didn t charge me for their time. I ll definitely return if I need any work in the future.

Accurate diagnostics. Good repairs. Be sure to get the name of the person who inspected your car because if you have any questions, no one else will know anything about it.

I love this Midas location! I will never go to another mechanic ever again! I have been having some car issues for the last few months and the assistant manager named Mike B. is the best! He is so helpful and knowledgeable! He has my business for the rest of my life!

Had a big job done, felt safe leaving car for a week, mechanics were straight forward, kind and educational. My car feels brand new!! Love the options for financing & they work on VW which is awesome and hard to find decent deals. Great place for ladies that need car care

They did my husband's brakes on our Tahoe and the brakes are metal on metal now. The hardware wasn't put in correctly. And they will not replace them. My husband Marc Pyne and I will not ever go back. Even though the brakes were under a life time warranty through them. This was not safe to drive on at all and I drove to grease monkey on Alameda and Oak in Lakewood where I used to work. Borrowed a friend's truck then went back and got my truck later and drove it home off Mississippi and Wadsworth. Where it's been since Wednesday.

When my husband and I first moved to Denver, we were a little overwhelmed by how difficult it was to find a solid mechanic & auto shop: enter Midas on Alameda.Marcus, and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. Any issue or need we have for either of our vehicles - this shop is our go to.
