This group of mechanics were awesome. They tried their best to help us get our car running. But felt it was out of their capabilities. Which FYI to the guys there.. the U0100 code was right. It ended up being just a simple fuse that needed replaced. But thank you guys for your help. You guys rock!!! Sincerely from the couple with the White Chevy Traverse and pull behind trailer!!

I had some work on my car in March. That was when I found out that my car had an oil leak. They sent me a photo of the underside of the the engine, then I check the garage floor no oil puddle so I told the manager that I would be back. I called Midas for an appointment this morning and spoke to Fred the manager and he said to bring the car over and found a leaking valve cover gasket. They called me when they were finished buy 6:00. They have also suggested a few more possible problems that they would check on when I get back. I have lived here over 30 years and have been taking my car to Midas since I found out they work on everything. I have been treated like family, whenever I call to get something done. If I show up ever ever 5,000 miles or every 2 years. I always tell people that I take my car foe everything.Thanks Midas for all your help over the yearsLee Gross

I got my oil changed at Midas yesterday. Don and Fred were so wonderful! I know Midas is a huge corporation, but both Don and Fred made me feel like I was in a small, family owned business. I felt like a long term valued customer my first time in. They were so friendly, helpful, and were knowledgeable about all of my questions. They also seemed to genuinely care about how my day was going. That kind of stuff goes a long way. I ll be a regular customer at this Midas from now on thanks to their welcoming personalities

Awesome experience! I arrived needing brakes with no appointment and I was all done in a shorter than expected time. Lori kept me with great conversation while efficiently helping other customers and calls. Great customer service all the way around.

This place has the most amazing customer service on have ever experienced!! My vehicle gave me a service alert and I spoke to 2 people at 2 different places that couldn t give me a straight answer so I called Midas because I ve had my oil changed here I spoke to Fred and he told me to come on in and that they could see me right away! On a Friday that s unheard of! As I m approaching the store, my vehicle literally died completely! They got me in for some test and are able to do my repairs right away and guided me towards a financing options so it wouldn t break me!!! This place is is and will always be my go to place for any of my mechanical needs!! Thank you to all the staff at this Midas location!!

My boyfriend typically does my oil changes for me but was busy and I was over due so I came here. The wait was fine but when my car was done they told me I needed new brake pads and rotors pretty urgently and that it would be $450-500. They were trying to pressure me into scheduling my appointment right away but I declined. I had my boyfriend check my brakes when I got home and he said they re not even half worn down. Very disappointed by this up charge, don t know that I d trust them with my vehicle again.UPDATE: I got a call from Midas a few days after my review. The gentleman on the phone said he felt like my review was a bit harsh. When I went to explain to him my experience and what my boyfriend said he tried to gaslight me and say that they told me the same thing (that my brakes still had about half their life). I explicitly remember being told they needed to be changed within the next oil change and the mechanic said I should be careful. The gentleman on the phone also said that on the sheet they have the brakes are only yellow meaning they were just on their way to be needing to be replaced, I was never given anything to indicate that, just my invoice. He just kept saying that my review was too harsh and basically trying to guilt me into changing it. I also don t think that I ever got an apology for them trying to up sell me nor did they take any sort of responsibility. Had they apologized and taken responsibility I may have given a star back.

My husband and I have always been treated with kindness and respect at this location. We send all of our neighbors here and they're as happy with the service as we are. It's wonderful to have a neighborhood center we can rely on.

I've been coming here for a few years now and don't have a single bad thing to say, just go here. Just had them repair a tire that had run over a nail, did a great job and only took them a couple hours and I didn't even have an appointment. Really awesome and trustworthy service.

I've brought all of my cars here for years. They're solid. When I'm too busy to get it done myself they always pull through for me. Recently, I went in with my truck for an oil change, and they rotated my tires as a courtesy, and it was done quick. Appreciate you guys!

I really feel like I was scammed. I took my vehicle for an oil change and paid the extra money to have the fluids topped off in my vehicle. About 4 days after, I noticed a burning smell coming from my engine. When I looked under the hood, there was spilled oil from the oil change. I usually take my car to Emich on Wadsworth and Jewel but I wanted to try Midas since it was a little more economical in price. I had to get my engine cleaned to avoid the smell. Also, when completing this process, I noticed that they NEVER topped off the fluids in my car. Coolant was still at the same level as before. When I called, I spoke with Frank and he insisted that my coolant reservoir is cracked because his staff did fill it. Nope, its not cracked, it was never topped off. I do not trust this place. Staff was initially nice when I took my car in but when I encountered problems, I was basically called a liar.

These guys just want to gauge you. Charged me $450 for diagnostics and a new battery. Turns out it was the alternator that was bad, the battery was probably fine. But they wanted $950 for the alternator not including installation.We left the shop to go kill some time while our car was being worked on, and after waiting so long we decided to just show up and see how it s going. We walked in and said hey how s it going? And the repair man replied oh it s going great, for me. with a snarky attitude, like he s enjoying our suffering. He then gets on the phone and orders said battery that he determined was needed 4 hours prior. When I confronted him about why it took so long to order the battery he claims that the computer says they have it, but they can t find it. But this should not have taken 4 hours to look for it and determine they do not have it. I really got the vibe that they throughly enjoy screwing people over. Just go somewhere else.

I got some repairs done at the Arvada location and they just ended up making the problems worse. Decided to take it to this location because they had sooner appointments and figured maybe they would actually fix my car. Turns out after getting my gas line flushed at the first location, it caused a tear in my gas line so I had to bring it back to this location to get it fixed. I also asked them to fix my windshield wiper fluid because it wasn't spraying. They didn't even fix the windshield wiper fluid even though they said they did and the two guys that were helping me were extremely creepy. They kept going on about how they like tall women and telling me they were leg guys after seeing my height. If you're gonna be sleezy creeps towards women, the least you could do is actually fix the car while you're at it. Currently trying to get refunded my $400 from Midas because they didn't fix anything and just made all of the problems worse. You guys suck.

A 5 plus star for me. These guys are great. I noticed a review that was from a Lola Dame, I do not think that that was the customers name that I heard while sitting in the waiting area. This person, Lola, came in with some issue about his car, something about a drain plug?? which was last seen at this shop that I overheard was April of 2022. A young man came in from the garage area to see if he could help. I believe he got they keys to look at the car, after a few minutes he returns and tells the guy that they can get the he went over the price of basicilly an oil change and new drain plug the guy signed it and away the tall blond guy went. He later came in from out front with the keys and was ready to check the guy out. That when Lola though a fit a said he wasn't paying. I feel bad for the Midas worker because clearly "lola" had something wrong with his car, Midas Fixed his car and Lola complains on GOOGLE and gives a poor rating I hope karma catches up to "lola"These guys at Midis are GREAT and Honest.

Brought my car in for an oil change, to check a leak and to get the TP light off the dash. They changed the oil and that s about it.I got a call halfway through the service saying they can t find a leak and it was probably leaking from my last oil change. They said it wasn t a leak, just oil leftover from the last service that was under my vehicle. My last oil change was months ago, why would it still be leaking? So I said okay. They said they would call me when the car was ready. 2 hours later I show back up since I hadn t got a call and of course my car is sitting there ready to go. They reiterated that there was no leak and they had no idea what I was talking about.I got in my car to leave and my tire pressure light is still on. Drove over to discount tire and they filled up my tires and the light came off. Literally took 2 minutes.The next day I checked under my car and of course, it s still leaking.I didn t like how they did nothing to fix the leak and were quick to dismiss my issue. Won t be bringing it back.

I will never use Midas ever again. Your mechanic stripped my oil tank plug and when I called about it. Management didn t want to take responsibility for it. It didn t leak before I took it for oil change so it s obvious that your mechanic stripped it while working on my vehicle. But for your business not to take responsibility for the damage and trying to charge me four hundred dollars to fix plus another sixty dollars for another oil change was absolutely ridiculous!! I will let my family and peers know not to take they re business to Midas.

Had an appointment at 11:30, even came a bit earlier. 3 hours later my car still hasn t been worked on yet hahaha gotta be kidding me. What s the point of scheduling an appointment if other reviews say came in without an appointment got out in an hour Update: I had a problem with my car and Fred really helped me out on something s which I really appreciate. These guys are good I was being an impatient jerk before.

Lori is down right rude. Never met a ruder human. How is this person in management she has zero customer service skills and doesn't seem to understand the basics of automotive. I was appalled by the way I was treated. In addition the manager is never there, and no one answers the phone. I wanted shocks and struts replaced couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when they finally did i was talking to Lori and she was impatient, rude and sorely lacking in auto knowledge.

Customer Service was great from all but Tyler. Had interaction on multiple occasions. I was also pleased with the work they did, time in which it was completed, and the communication when we fell out the time frame.I have been meaning to to rate Midas because I was pleased with their service when I left. But my Mom passed 3 days after I picked the car, had another mechanical issue and wanted to contact Midas with issues found regarding the additional work. I contacted Midas today, had to talk to Tyler again, he advised the store manager is not in today. I apologized for not calling sooner but my mom had passed and proceeded to explain the Squealing there had previously advise me of, was a pulley that needed to be replaced that ended up being a tool tray they had left in the vehicle when they were doing the repairs, see the attachments for the repairs.I m not looking for any compensation, but Tyler s responded, OK .The response is unacceptable as I it appears they may have caused an issue to cause a reason to charge more. I left there confident my 18 year old son has a reputable company I can trust to do the right thing with me on another state.The reason for my concern is that if they already confirmed the issue was the pulley and just didn t have enough time to fix it, then why wasn t the tray seen prior to diagnosing the vehicle and having me set up arrangements to have that fixed with Midas.

Called for a last minute oil change and they got me in immediatly! Great customer service and with the coupon provided on there site, I got an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection for $19.99! While I was there they even replaced my air filter! I will not go anywhere else, amazing shop filled with awesome people!

Only one there. Took an hr and a half for a simple oil change. They took there time and then said they found $2500 in repairs on my car. Nonsense. A bunch of themes. Will never go there again. You totally can't trust them!

I was on a time crunch about to head up to Telluride and my car hadn t seen love in awhile. Asked if they could do a quick oil change and some air in my tires and they said 45-1hr. Service was done under an hour.My only gripe is I had a maintenance reminder on my Honda which they turned off sometime while doing the service. I know that reminder was for much more than just an oil change, so I wish they left that on.Great and easy service. Good manager. Good price. Super convenient.

Super awesome people. Got a flat tire Saturday night and had to park my car here overnight. They didn't have my tire in stock but they were super helpful and gave me a jack and a wheel key to help me get off my wheel. They even recommended tire shops around the area and I got my car back on the road again, thanks to them. Great service and great team of techs.

Great customer service and always on point with all of my vehicle. I will miss Rick, however, the staff is awesome in their jobs, however, now whoever the service managers are they like to misquote and then try to charge you extra on other repairs as they so call suggest. The service my CRV and they cracked the oil pan Near the relieve value and it was due to over tightening and they do not want to take responsibility for the leak and it was never leaking until the last time I took it to this Midas off Wadsworth and Hwy 285

Went to different midas because last location was horrible. Explained my experience to manager when I arrived. Brake issue continued after last location. Fresh start and please do oil change. No issue with oil change. They inspected brakes and stated bleeding brake might fix issue. Midas does Not warranty other midas work. Maybe pads but not labor. Ok do the bleed. They called and stated a few lug nutsare bad or missing.(not all) We need to relace. Ok fix. Call when done for pick up. Received call 30 min before close and in a snow storm. I stated will pick up tomorrow at 2pm. Showed up at two. All of the parking lot, sidewalks and 85% of care are snow free but mine has 6in of snow on. Go in, Manager on duty is on personal phone call sitting watching TV. Does not hang up but takes my payment $415. Report stated replacement of 9 lug nuts needed. They replaced all 20 for $152. Without stating they were doing all. ($30-40 from anywhere else) i then clean vehicle off and drive 2 blocks. Exact issue is still happening. Return and arrange a ride. Window rubber was now stuffed into door so window did not operate correctly. Manager states her boss will be in tomorrow and will call you. No call. I call 2 days later and was told that manager did not communicate anything to anyone. Then was told "expert" would look at it and get back today. Shop closed. Got a message 35 min after close that not sure what is problem but would have to "guess maybe^ be abs board need replaced $736 but I am off tomorrow so yeah I "guess" that it is the issue. Some one will be in touch. No call from anyone. I had to call 1.5 days later. and the manager did not see a problem with lack of communication. Was told it would take 3-4 days to get part. (6 days already in with 1 day of actual service) After the complete disregard for customer service, lack of professional skill, over charging, wasting my time, ignorance and just general disrespect to me. I pulled my vehicle. I gave midas 4 chances to fix an issue, $1200 later, many days, 2 shops and basically learned Midas does not have skilled labor, does not have customer service and management that does not care. They just want your money and will nickel and dime you (dollars) all the way. Good bye Midas. I will never be back and will spread the word on all your bad business practices.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Definitely was overpriced for oil because they knew I didn t know anything about cars. Trying to charge me 30$ for changing a taillight that I had the bulb for too? Will never be coming back. If u have the extra money, good service but I felt scammed. Told me I HAD to get the most expensive oil or my car will blow up.

In Colorado for a visit. We had car problems and I took my car in for diagnostic screening. The mechanic said everything we did was basically wrong. We should have bought dealer parts. First the gas was too lean then it was too rich. Then he said don't engage the turbo on my car. Yet when he test drove it, I heard him gun the engine and the turbo engaged. He said I probably ruined my engine. He replaced the spark plugs we had just put in. Yet one of them was defective and a different shop had to dig the broken pieces out of the head. Needless to say I wouldn't go back here if I lived in Colorado.
