Spectacular service with a big hearts.My car door handle has fallen off. It was probably due after my car wash. I bought the parts at Amazon. My friend from my Firestone shop recommended me to come and check with this shop since they are only doing mechanical repairs. The lady and the owner immediately help without me waiting. Wala! They fixed it in few minutes with zero charges. I cant believe. I work in the state and I highly recommended them. You will not go wrong with their smile and service. Good Karma GodblessMaria

I had a great experience with Lakewood collision! The receptionist and the owner were really great to deal with and I got a great vibe from them every time I saw them. I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back to them if I need to get anything fixed again. Thank you very much!

This place is a SCAM! I dropped my Subaru Legacy 2019 off October the 3rd for hail damage the receptionist up front told me when I called that it would be 3 to 4 days is all! The company lost my car keys I drove my car in to the shop and it got towed out with police escorts. The police are there twice a week! The owner is refusing to pay for a new key! Stupid of course I brought in family members I had to from you guys being stupid about me seeing my car! BTW the police say all the Google reviews are fake we've heard! The owner was nice of course wanting me to cash my I insurance check duh! BUYER BEWARE!

It was heartbreaking when my son called me and said someone had hit his car parked in front of his house. I had no idea that you could hit a car parked on a residential street where the Speed Limit is 25 Mph, and cause so much damage. The guy that hit the car had no license, no insurance and the truck he was driving didn't have a license plate. My son had just got the car in December for an early graduation gift. We only had liability and Uninsured Motorists Bodily Injury Coverage. Yep come to find out the Uninsured Motorists Coverage i had was not for property damage!!! So luckily my mom found Lakewood Collision and they worked with us on a fair price to get the car looking like NEW to my son again. They helped a really sad kid get his car back looking good before his graduation day. I would definitely refer people to Lakewood Collision who need a good honest business to help out with vehicle repairs. Thank you guys. You are AWESOME.

When I got into the accident the day after my birthday I was crushed.I took her into the shop with my head hung low and asked them to just make my car drivable again. I couldn't afford to worry about how she looked.The crew at LAKEWOOD COLLISION AUTO BODY REPAIR went above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for! They went out if their way to make my car look great and made sure I could afford it.I am eternally grateful for their hardwork and kindness. You were truly a blessing to me in my dark time.If you need your car repaired and you want it done by an honest crew here's where you need to go!

John and his staff got my daughters car done in 2 days. The car looks great, looks like new again and his prices was very reasonable. Looking for great work and fast this is the place for you. If I ever need work done again I will definitely be going here again. Thanks guys

Johnny and his crew are by far the best in the business. I was expecting a long wait without my car ,but Johnny had it fixed and ready to go a week early. Even before the insurance had payment ready. They did an excellent job on my Journey and I'd recommend working with him on all levels. I did read the negative reviews on this business after bringing my car to his shop,but after talking to him I had no worries at all. He's OG and still treats ppl how he wants to be treated and now a days that's rare. Did I mention his work is second to none?? Stop by his shop and you'll see some of the coolest cars and bikes he's worked on. I guarantee you'll feel like you've met a new friend, and a real O.G thanks Lakewood Collision! The Best In The Biz!

Ive been going here for 3 years now for multiple panel painting. Always came out great. I had a car with severe front end damage repaired here and the process was long but the car came out looking like nothing happened. I will continue to support this business. The car below had the hood, bumper, grill, and bumper supports replaced.

Lakewood Collision was convenient, fast and my repair looks great! I called for an appointment after the front bumper got scraped against the wall of my garage. The scheduling woman got me in for a quote quickly. They said if I could leave the vehicle then they d have it done in 1 day maybe 2. My car ended up being ready in less than 24 hours. I was also pleasantly surprised with how good the paint and blending job turned out! I d use Johnny and his crew again in a heartbeat.Service: Painting

Mercedes Benz GLC 350 // Had a collision on the week of Christmas. Brought my vehicle for a replacement of bumper and parts and labor were done within 48 hours of contact. Would highly recommend everyone to stop by and have a conversation for anything you would like to revamp on your vehicle. They are family owned and mom and pop shop style with certified services and work well with your insurance. Photos are of bumper installation.

I LOVE Lakewood Collision! Johnny and his amazing crew did such a great job on my precious Subaru Forrester. I was in desperate need for some help and these guys were able to come through for me! Johnny has been the absolute nicest person I ve ever had work on my car! I would trust him with any work I may need in the future. I would also recommend this establishment to anyone who may need any kind of body work done.

I am so happy I decided to stop in as I was driving by, Raquel was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and then I spoke with Johnny and he told me he can get the car done in a week but called me 4 days later to tell me its ready for pick up the Jeep came out so good. My daughter will be very happy as I did this as a surprise christmas gift.

Pulling into my parking spot in the garage recently my distance judgement was a bit off and I ended up leaving some of the front side of my car on the concrete wall. Needless to say, I was not happy! I was anxious to get the car repaired and wipe that unpleasant memory from my mind. After calling several local auto body repair shops, all of which required estimate appointments scheduled over a couple of weeks and repair appointments 6 weeks out, I called Lakewood Collision Auto Body Repair. They were able to give me an estimate promptly and even better, Johnny could schedule the repair the very next day. The entire job was completed within the day and the result was excellent! I was very happy and the unfortunate accident was behind me quickly. Johnny does terrific work but combined with his amiable manner and dependability, you know he is a person of integrity. I am glad that I found Lakewood Collision Auto Body Repair and I recommend that others in need of auto body repairs to make managing their similar circumstances easier by going to Johnny.G GoodwinServices: Painting, Body & Trim

UPDATE AGAIN:We ended up eating the cost and paying 7k out of pocket to a legit Mazda shop, who had to fix the original repairs, and additional damage done by Lakewood collision. If it takes a year to respond to a serious accusation like mine here, which also happens to be the most "upvoted" review, that's... not a great sign. Just to be clear, this is negligence or incompetence, it's intentional, well-practiced scamming. Dude really is quite a rat. Oh and I registered their LLC because they haven't been paying fees and filing reports, making it available (see the photo). Does this matter? No. Is it funny? I think so?UPDATE: they still have not responded, and seem to screen my number. They also sometimes disconnect their phone line to stop me from annoying them when I call 20 times in a row (because they won't answer.. try it yourself, it's fun!). We finally have a lawyer and are working on suing, but just another fair warning to stay away. They also do not respond to BBB complaints, and have had 4 in the last year. Dude is obviously running SOME sort of scam operation, perhaps to get an influx insurance money to pay off other debts? IDK but if you see this and have had any problems, please submit a complaint to the Denver DA's office.On month 7+ of not having our car. Nobody ever answers the phone, and if you do get someone on the line, they just tell you the car will be ready "next week" (we heard this 4 months ago).We reaaaaly don't want to deal with a lawyer, but seems to be going that way. Truly the worst car experience ever.TLDR; If you hate yourself, hate your time, and hate your money - bring your car in! Otherwise, stay away.

Thank you, lakewood Collision, for the PDR it got done so fast. It was surprising considering the amount of damage that was on it. I didn't think PDR could fix it differently. I would recommend coming here for PDR.

Great fast service from Johnny and team! Painted, fixed dents, replaced damaged side mirrors for my Toyota FJ. Don t know how they did it so fast with such great quality! Highly recommend!

I needed my car fixed immediately due to wrecking it because of the snow. I called multiple places in Denver and I couldn t get in anywhere within a timely manner. When I spoke to the owner, he was completely booked. However, I explained my situation and he got me in immediately fixed my car and got me going. They were very professional and respectful. I recommend Lakewood collision to anyone who is in need of good service. thank you all for your help. It s greatly appreciated.

They had my van for 3 months to fix a bumper. They kept telling me it will be ready Friday every week. After the first month they stopped answering the phone or they would put me in hold then hang up. I would have to show up for updates. The color was also off. One of the customers there also told us they have been waiting for their car for 6 months. I guess that's what happens when work is prepaid for.

I had to get some repairs done and this shop was able to get me in faster than any other shop in the Denver area. Johny, the owner, gets your work done quickly and does not over charge like all the other auto body shops out there.

Maybe the best paint job and body work ever!! Not only a great paint job, they also removed a bunch of dings and dents. This is one busy shop, and they have a great attitude and are amazing painters. If you can make my 1996 Astro Van look this good, even replacing my bondo door with a replacement, then you can paint all my cars. New cars are easy to paint, older cars like my Astro are tough due to the dings and wear. Lakewood Collision fixed it--- and it looks like a new car.

Johnny and his crew replaced my front bumper and painted at a great price. Great quality work at a very fair price! He also took care of some scratches on my other car while I waited and did not even charge me! He also replaced a head lamp a week or so after and had to remove my air filter unit to get to it, and again no charge. Johnny went above and beyond to take care of me. He kept me informed and texted me along the way to let me know what was going on. A very satisfied customer! I will be back for any body shop needs!

At least it runs, but the trunk does STILL leak. Would not recommend trunk work from here. Its also 10 miles from me but we had to make like 8 trips over the span of a couple months for it to get worked on and reworked on again after continuous leaking .

You know how badly you feel after doing something stupid in your car? I backed into a brick post and needed repairs. A friend highly recommended this place to me and I'm SO happy I listened. The customer service is outstanding and service is the fastest I've ever experienced. Johnny was friendly, knowledgable and quite humorous! The prices were so very affordable. I will never go anywhere else for car repairs and have recommended it to my friends. I have never written a review before but couldn't NOT tell you how amazing the work and staff here are.

I took my Tesla Model Y here for repair of a dent from a falling object on my right front panel right next to my hood. Another shop in the area wouldn't even give me a quick glance over for a week. I called on a Wednesday morning, dropped by that afternoon, dropped my vehicle off on Thursday, and received it back on Saturday. The repair (body work, paint, blending) looks great, and you can't even tell that anything happened. I loved interacting with the staff. No BS related it to the vehicle being a Tesla. Reasonable pricing. Answered all my questions and even showed me some more stuff related to the craft of collision repair. Extremely personable. They also have a gated lot for storing vehicles overnight if you have any qualms about the area where the shop is located. I hope I don't have to return, but I'd happily spend money on collision repair in the future if I'm in a position to have to spend money on collision repair somewhere.

The owner Jon, is not only a gifted and talented auto body restoration professional, he is a kind, compassionate and blessed human being. His work product is not only the result of an artistic perfectionist and creative genius.he strives to make every project an extension of his passion and dedication. Johnny is a good man and an amazing person. I highly recommend him and his work on your project.
