While I had a positive experience with this business in 2020, my recent visit was deeply disappointing. The technician who fixed a tire leak damaged our rim, and the associate who processed the payment offered no apology or attempt to rectify the situation.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend King of Kings to others. The lack of customer service and accountability for damage to personal property falls short of expectations.

It took me 2 weeks to desire about the 1 star review, but it is necessary. They try to rip me off with a set of 4 tires that cost everywhere else between $450 a d $550 dollars , they wanted me to pay $1,900 dollars plus tax, i understand that as a business we need to make a living, but this was insane, off course i didn't got them there, but it's embarrassing to encounter people like this, that try to steal from people, those are the right words, i usually don't use the 1 star review but this time i think it is necessary so other people think twice and research before fall for this ripping off business, please God forgive them, they don't know what they are doing

I ve taken my family s vehicles here for oil changes a few time over the years, and they ve done a good job. They always bring my attention to things I may want to pay attention to without the pressure of getting it done there and then. Honest work and very friendly.

They tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. What they did "fix" was shoddy and done with a second hand rickety part that didn't work and needed to be replaced a week later. I would rather eat my own vomit before I let this chop shop anywhere near my car again.

I went to king of kings for an exhaust on my car. I don t know what he did when he changed it but it s now melting my bumper. I now got stuck paying more money to have the exhaust fixed so it won t melt anymore of my bumper and will now have to pay for a new bumper. Will never do business with them again. So disappointed

This is an honest auto shop for all car issues. Alignment, oil change, tires. Breaks, engine, transmission, anything that your vehicle needs, Roberto will fix. I have been bringing my family cars here since 2014. Always good, honest, fast service. Thank you, Roberto!

Bad quality rims and tires. Bought a new set of rims and tires and the next day of driving my car one the the new rims broke and they said the warranty doesn t cover it. Just say that your products don t have warranty and your selling cheap quality products

These guys were awesome!! I told them what I wanted on my SUV and they nailed it. Ended up with some work on my ball joints, oil change, alignment, nice rims, new tires and a lift at a reasonable price. I didn't have to wait more then a week or leave my ride over night to get everything done! Very satisfied definitely will go backService: TiresService: Tires

Thought I was taken advantage of for the set of four wheels and tires I bought, $2300, cash of course! But they looked fantastic on my truck!$300 tire blew out after one year of use. Called, emailed , no response.Found out he either sold out or ran out of business. The owners name is Robert and he had two tire shops, still no one returned an email.

We took both our cars in, one for an alternator and serpentine belt then the other car for a gasket replacement and fluids topped off. They charged $120 for labor and $650 total for a serpentine belt install. The second car they tried to charge us $175 for the $20 gasket that was brought to them. After arguing about how the gasket was brought to them and not even purchased by them, they finally removed it. Then we go home and the fluids are still low. They never even touched them. $120 for an hour of labor is ridiculous. Car dealerships don t even charge that much. After reading other reviews it s obvious it s not the first time they ve done this to people. I don t recommend doing business here.

I came in to get pricing on my Dodge Challenger and spoke with Daniel who I asked to get pricing for multiple parts and planned on spending a good amount of money but never received a call back. when I called and asked to speak to manager I was told there was none! I guess they don t mind loosing buisness and money.

Rosso was very very helpful in assisted me giving me information outside of the matter I was even asking for. They stayed late to make sure my tire was fixed and were very kind in doing so. Jose did a great job fixing the tire and was very friendly in showing me what had happened to it.

I wouldn t recommend taking your car here I came in for an oil change and got the oil change package where they would change the oil and filter and they would clean your front windshield as well as vacuum your car and add air to tires. Well not only was the filter not changed but they also didn t place the oil drain bolt correctly because my oil was leaking the next day they also didn t even clean my front windshield or vacuum my car or add air to my tires. I called to speak to the manager for a refund and they said he wasn t there and to leave a message and they would get back to me of course they never did. Waste of time and money!

Never going here again, went in for an oil change. Lady told me it was $65 for synthetic when I went to pay my total was almost $93. When I let her know she told me $65 she looked like she was comfy and said no I said $85... Don t think so!

Tried to stop in and drop my car off for an oil change today. Waited for about 10 minutes at the counter, Nick finally walked in and was incredibly rude for no reason.I like to support local businesses and this location is incredibly convenient to my new home, but with the way I was treated I will be going to one of the chains farther from my house.You're better off going anywhere else.

Make sure to keep your receipts and double check you got what you paid for. Friend trusted them with a leveling kit, rims, tires, and alignment for $3,000. Come to find out the leveling block is missing.

I went here for a tire repair that should have been 15$ max after research but was charged 50$ and they took advantage of me i guess it s my fault for not being educated but last time i go there. if you need your tires fixed/ patched discount tire will most likely do it for freeService: TiresService: Tires

After getting serviced, my brake light, antilock brake alert, cruise control and check engine light came on. I took it back and they got the lights off but claimed it had nothing to do with the servicing. They charged me for a cabin filter and didn't replace the air filter saying they didn't have 1 in stock. I won't let them touch my cars again

Great customer service, decent prices, and a quick stop to get your oil changed. They also let me run home to grab my wallet when I forgot it the first time, trusting me to come back and pay. Has a small town feel to it.

Long story short. I bought wheels and tires for a truck having a lift kit installed and unfortunately the bolt pattern was wrong, I told the manager about the problem and without hesitation he worked to remedy the issue, honesty is hard to find in the auto repair industry but this place is the exception.
