All of the employees, and the owner, Joe, are incredibly helpful and friendly. I worked with Cody, Trevor, Joe, and Tara, my car came out of the shop Looking incredible! They really do such a great job, and take great pride in their work Again everyone that I worked with was super friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend coming to them for any of their car needs! In the future, if I have any problems, I will bring My car here!

Joe and his team did an amazing job with my car. My insurance was awful and would not communicate with me at all. Joe went above and beyond, calling my insurance and making them update me as well as calling me himself to update. He kept me posted through the entire process and got my car in and out as fast as possible and in better condition than before the accident. I 100% would go back to Jewell Auto Body without a second thought. Thank you for your help and giving me a piece of mind through everything

I was T-boned in a low-speed accident back in September. They were thorough with their inspection process and reconditioning methods. My insurance company was being very difficult to work with, but J.A.B. took care of everything so I had a few less things to stress about.They kept in touch with me every step of the way so I always knew where in the process my vehicle was during the repairs. My car looked brand new when I finally got my keys back! I absolutely recommend as an honest, reliable, and hardworking body shop!

Had some minor damage to my truck. Brought it in to Jewell Auto and G and his entire staff were nothing but professionals. They provided quick turnaround and I couldn t be happier with their results. I recommend Jewell for all your auto accident repairs.

Being a girl and knowing NOTHING about cars, I was worried glong to any shop. But not Jewell auto body! As soon as I walked through the door, Joe took over and helped me out tremendously! Explained everything in detail, explaining the process, was very thorough, and made me feel comfortable about my decision to come here. He even helped me set up a rental! In the end, I am happy with the fast turnaround, and my baby looks like new! Thank you Joe for all you have done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

We worked with Joe Galvan and had the best experience! He has amazing professionalism, talked to the insurance company for us so they did not take advantage of us. He did such top quality work that we will trust him with all or vehicles.

Hit a deer with my Audi and these guys worked with my insurance and got the front-end looking better than ever. Waited a month for parts, but the repairs were completed in less than a week once everything arrived. I called each week and they were always happy to provide status updates.

I had a minor accident in January of 2022, got into this shop February 26th 2022 and just yesterday July 1st 2022 got my car back fully. It has been seven months of displeasure. First up I was given no timeline on when things would be done. After calling for days I was told, late April. That's alright. I know parts are all on back order that seems reasonable. Then April rolls around and it turns into May 3rd as a pick up date. Then pushed back to May 7th. Then they call, saying the cosmetic parts had come in and that everything could be done by the 16th. No. All but nine of the parts had come in. I was still able to pick my car up, but the body work was sloppy and not well done. I just got my car back in the shop on July 1st with all the outstanding parts in and it was turned back around to me on the first. But after breaking my windshield and not even mentioning that to me and the parts that were put on sloppy not being fixed, I am done with Jewell auto body and would recommend it to not even my most hated enemy. 10/10 bad 0/5 stars good. Sorry I couldn't be accurate in how this horrible establishment should be rated.

Total rude and extraordinarily inconsiderate people. I called for a price range for a part I needed to painted they told me I had to show up in person. So I did. They told me to wait in their rather ugly lobby for an hour while the idiot receptionist just sat there doing literally nothing other than exhibiting attitude likely caused by living a mundane excuse of a life. After an hour, another idiot who was also doing absolutely nothing finally granted me time to explain what I needed. Took one look at the part I needed painted and said no, we don't paint customer supplied parts. Trust me , my time is far more valuable than your sorry excuse of existence. For real, avoid low iq npc "businesses" like this. they are likely barely surviving by doing insurance claims. Oof. btw the part for my McLaren P1 was handled very well by the professionals at caliber collision. I never allowed any of my businesses to operate like this. It's probably why I can tell you the color of MY P1. What a joke a tribe.

Best auto body shop in town. I have used them exclusively for my last 3 accidents and never had an issue. Friends and family have used other shops and get the runaround but Jewell always comes through. Thank you guys!

Seriously, who has a good experience with an autobody shop? Maybe 50% of people, at most. Not with Jewell Auto Body, just look at their reviews, incredible! I can honestly say that I had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Ace towing made the tow process super easy. Their customer service was on point - super polite, timely, and efficient (thanks, Angel!). Their team of mechanics were knowledgeable, efficient, and honest (Joe G., I can't thank you enough!). They worked directly with my insurance and made a really stressful and sad situation not only tolerable, but pleasant. I can't thank the Lakewood team enough. I'll send all my friends your way.

This is the best body shop in the area. They do amazing body work and work with you whatever your needs. I can't recommend Jewell Auto Body enough! Super friendly staff too.

This place is the best! My car was rear ended, and they repaired it beautifully. The staff is friendly knowledgeable. I would definitely use them agian for autobody repair.

Christian and his team at Jewell took excellent care of my vehicle, stayed in contact with me through the entire process, handled my repairs in a timely fashion, and did them at a very affordable price. Thank you guys, couldn't be happier!

I went in for an estimate last Monday 4/8/24 and was told that it would take 5-7 days to get a price quote. As of today 4/17/24 no one has contacted me regarding the price estimate.

I had an accident in Oct of 2022. I would not advise going through this shop with an insurance claim. My car went to their tow yard, Ace Towing. Even after authorizing them to start the repairs, my car sat in the tow yard collecting fees. Once they brought the car in after 30 days of sitting in the tow yard, work began a month after that. They tried to help but after a while they would say parts were not in, but tell the insurance adjuster something else. After 18k worth of billing I received a filthy car. My car was full of dirt and dust, my seats were covered in stains. It was the worst experience. If you are in an accident please go through a dealership or a shop that won t take advantage of you. If you email anyone your emails will go unanswered. The staff was pleasant and tried their best but the experience of waiting 4 months for a car was pretty wild.

Let me just start off by saying Wow!!! I was mainly working with Angel and Joe & this team is AMAZING!!!! My car was repaired within a Month and it was a pretty big repair! They kept me in the loop with updates on them coordinating with my insurance and my car repair! I couldn t have asked for anyone better to take care of my car & repair it. I am beyond grateful for your hard work guys!!! Also, Joe noticed that there was bubble in my tire and called me the very next day (after picking up my car) to let me know that I should get it fixed before I have a tire blow out. So 10/10 for me! Thank you Team I am soooo very grateful! (:

I was in an auto collision and sustained pretty heavy damage to the front end of my car. Unfortunately I had just cancelled my full coverage and deduced it to liability. Now, as a self-pay, I was daunted with the task of finding a body shop that would be fair in their pricing and do a good job. I contacted three companies before I was fortunate enough to find Jewell Auto Body. The staff were phenomenal from start to finish. As anyone knows it's difficult working with strangers when you're talking about dishing out a significant amount of money. I was quoted a price which I felt was more than reasonable. Need I say more, I left my vehicle in their hands. The day came to pick up my car, I was absolutely elated. Upon inspection and review of the work order invoice, the car looked better then when I first purchased it. All the way down to the tire that matched the other three perfectly. It wasn't just the exterior of the car that looked great. It was the interior as well. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes in complete awe of how clean and spotless it was. I do not recall ever having my interior� looking that good. It's been over a year now since the repairs. There have been no issues with my vehicle, I could not be more pleased. Highly, highly recommend.Because Google does not allow you to rate a business twice, separately, I am adding the following. Fast forward one year from my previous rating / review. Because of the excellent experience I had with Jewell Auto Body, I returned to have my vehicle detailed. I was wowed once again. The detailing was beyond my expectation, and my expectations are high. Thanks again to all the staff at Jewell Auto Body.

I was rear ended and choose Jewell Collission to take care of my repairs. They had great reviews and a mom and pop vibe. I am so happy I did! They were very communicative and detailed with me about the work and easing my end with the insurance company. They made the process easy and we re super friendly when I had questions or concerns. My car was returned BEAUTIFUL! They did an excellent job, I would HIGHLY recommend them for any body work your car needs. Thanks again the crew and staff of Jewell for your fine work and customer service!

Do not go here! These guys charged me $900, didn t do a single thing that we agreed on for them to do, then when I went to pick up the car they REFUSED to give me any kind of a receipt as to what work was, or was not done! Told me they d give me a receipt if a police officer came and asked them for it but not to me, the one who PAID for the services!! Will be filing with the BBB and then small claims

I took my car in a couple of years ago for detailing. The service and the end results were excellent. So, when I banged up the front bumper of my new car a few days ago I stopped in to get an estimate to repair the damage. I walked in and stated what I wanted. The guy I dealt with looked up from his computer screen and asked me gruffly if I had an appointment. I said that I didn't. He practically yelled at me and said that he was "busy". I didn't understand why he was so busy because there wasn't another customer in the office. He told me I could either come back at 3pm that afternoon or 11am the next day. I told him neither will work because I won't be back.... ever.

I spoke initially with Em. He was extremely understanding and professional. He helped me with the entire process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. They also kept me updated on the process and timeframe. Overall they did a completely wonderful job! They took great care of my car and I would recommend them to anyone! It's nice to know that I now have someplace to call if I have any other work that needs to be done! Thanks so much to everyone at Jewell Auto Body!!

Can't speak highly enough from my experience. They were quick on getting with me to get my vehicle in and get the parts to get it fixed. Even with inventory being horrible across so many different businesses, they communicated very well on what the best plan was. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful, understanding, and on top of the responsibility. I think I mostly dealt with Joe, but the whole staff was great. I hope I don't need another trip to the body shop, but if I do I'm definitely coming back here.

I am so thankful and grateful for the experience I had with this company! I recently had a car wash scratch up my vehicle and not take responsibility. I took my car into Jewell Autobody and not only did they do a phenomenal job getting the scratches out, they gave me exceptional customer service! I was treated like royalty here! I highly recommend this place for any automotive repair.

Unfortunately I have had to use Jewell Autobody Shop for damage to my vehicles. However, they have done excellent work and job on all of my vehicle's. They deal with most if not all and major insurance companies. The best thing is I don't have to do anything with the insurance except file the claim. They do all the communication with the insurance companies for me. They have always provided great service and customer service to me and my family when we have needed them. Everyone is nice and friendly also welcoming. I like to over look my vehicles before I take them home, if I see something I don't like or a worker missed. Christian calls me eagle eye because I look over my vehicle's with detail and if I see any imperfections I don't like, Christian takes care of my car immediately. I use Jewell Autobody unfortunately to do the body work on all of my vehicles, that everyone in the office knows me already when I walk in the door. But that's ok because I trust them with my vehicle's to do great work on them. Christian is good at running the Shop the way he does, in a very good professional manner. Christian and the staff give great customer service. I have and will continue to send referrals Jewell Autobody. Thank you Christian and your staff for giving me great customer service I appreciate that very much. I hope Allstate sees this and puts Jewell Autobody on their preferred list cause that's where you belong.
