James is a top-notch Mechanic. A hands-on business owner with open and friendly Customer Service skills. He is also a welder and metal fabricator with a high Auto industry knowledge base.James quickly identified a tiny fuel leak on my vehicle, and did a quick change of a pitted fuel line that solved the problem immediately, and at a reasonable Labor cost.A trustworthy and considerate Auto Shop on the west side of Denver, close to Golden. Easy to find.The shop has a friendly vibe with good tunes playing, and a friendly environment. Definitely recommend James at JD's Auto!

I highly recommend JD s! James is an extremely honest mechanic who truly cares about his customers. He shows the parts that are broken and explains why they need to be fixed in a way that anyone can understand. He fixed my car quickly and reassured me that if I had any questions to contact him. James is a truly honest mechanic and I highly recommend!

This place has always been good to me. He does a great job, has fair prices and he tells me what he needs to do to get me back on the road quickly. He knows that I need my car to make money, he gets the car done a timely manner. I never have to ask how long, he tells me when he will start work on it and when it will be done!

The owner is very professional and compassionate. When you enter his garage he always greets you with a smile.He explains each service in detail and gives the cost of each service needed.We were kept updated throughout the entire time our jeep was being serviced. We highly recommend this business.

Gotta call this guy to look at my car. Back in April I bought a used car and 2 days later it broke down on me and I had it towed to JDs. He found out it was my water and replaced it right away at an affordable cost. Highly recommend this place.

JD's Automotive Repairs & Services is a great place to do maintenance or fix issues with your vehicle. We've been using this shop for 6 years, and it's great! We drive 40 miles to use this shop because James is dependable, does a fantastic job, and charges reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this shop for your automotive maintenance & repair!!

I showed up with my check engine light on and needing an oil change. James handled both in about 20 minutes total, including the time it took to get the part. Couldn't have been happier, would definitely recommend.

I'm from Massachusetts, came to JD's Automotive while in the middle of a cross country road trip and they were very honest and great people to work with. Great prices and great work. I'd recommend anyone in Colorado to go here.

Gave a us a very fair price, James truly showed us that he knows his stuff, answering questions, suggesting services and listening to what we needed to have done. Great shop with great folks, and did the service FAST!

Very poor pre/post-vehicle purchase inspection completed by this shop. Completely disregarded any of my concerns and laughed them off as if I did not know anything about cars. Took it to the dealer who found all the things wrong that JD either dismissed or flat out ignored me about. I should have taken $5000 off the purchase of the vehicle in order to fix all the things wrong with it. Very disappointed. Do not take your vehicle here for service whatsoever unless you're just wanting the "cheap fix" like he probably does for the local slimy used car dealers nearby. So funny, he tried telling me, "Oh your brakes are perfectly fine, I don't know what you're talking about". Oh really? Is that why the brakes are incredibly soft/spongey and the vehicle shakes and vibrates when stepping on the brakes at higher speeds? And no, it's not the alignment. Could it be those incredibly rusted front rotors? Oh not in a million years if you ask JD!

DO NOOOOTTTT GO HERE!!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! I paid $1694 to have my head gasket fixed. My check engin light is still on and they gave me the run around. Eventually not returning my calls at all!!! I dropped my car off at 10am and saw them all doing shooters!!! He says he "guarantees his work.. he will find a reason to not fix his mistakes!!! Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS SHADDY BUISNESS!!!

Dont go near this guy when hes in a hurry. This guy claimed to do an hour long job in 20 minutes. He forgot to hook up a vacuum line and left a fuel injector unclipped, and gave it back to me. Why??? Because his nana was in town. If you want your car done right, go somewhere else.Never again!!!

Showed up with a problem. takes a look at it for one second just noticed a screw is about to fall off so he turned it down and everything's fixed. didn't charge me a cent. Honest and great guy.

Over filled my moms car with oil put new oil pan on and used seal and a cork gasket and continues to leak I recommend not taking your car here
