Windshield replacement was easy to schedule, great price, friendly people, done well. He even helped me install a rear view mirror for free months after my windshield replacement. Highly recommend.

We have used Innova for a couple of vehicles now, both chip repair and windshield replacement. They are very easy to work with through our insurance company. Everyone we encountered was super helpful, friendly, and professional and their work was great (and ridiculously fast)! Our latest chip repair was pretty big, so it is still noticeable but much less so than when we went in. Will definitely be returning next time we need auto glass work. Thanks!

Loved my experience here - they were super fast, very thorough, and extremely kind. I wasn t sure what tint my window had, and they had me send a picture so they could be sure to match. Kept me updated on progress, and from taking it in to pickup was less than 48 hours, and they can do it quicker but I just needed a specific partI only needed my driver side back window, not windshield (for reference). Hopefully I won t be back too soon, but if I ever need a window replaced, I ll be coming back

I found Innova several months ago based on positive reviews, and was very happy with the windshield replacement for my Highlander. Great customer service and a fair out-of-pocket price. I returned today for a chip repair -- they got me in for same-day service, right on time, and it only took 10 min. The former 2", starburst crack was reduced to an almost invisible dot. This is the third time I've been to Innova Auto Glass and Jesse has been AWESOME!! Living up in the mountains, I've had a lot of front windshield damage over the years, but Jesse and Innova has helped a great deal!Quick, professional and competitive pricing (when not using my insurance). They go out of their way to help in anyway they can! They also offer mobile services! I'll always use Innova Auto Glass. Thanks Jesse!

I brought my car here to have the windshield replaced. A day after the install, I noticed scratches on the hood and on the roof where they had taken off a satellite antenna. As you can see in the attached pictures, the scratches are large, deep, and the rest of the vehicle's paint is in like-new condition.When I brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of caring, he immediately went to defensive mode and stated "the hood is not our work area and we don't lay tools on it or around the car" and "the area of the scratch on the roof is way off of where we were working". But in fact, the scratch on the roof is EXACTLY where the antenna was.The manager promised me video of the time my car was in the bay. He said he emailed it but I never got it. Convenient excuse. He also said that he reviewed the video and couldn't see anything due to the sun glare. Also a convenient excuse.He did offer me "half the cost of professional buffing". The only right solution to this is total cost of professional buffing, or a free windshield, because Innova scratched my car in two places with careless work.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Such attention to detail! We were in Denver visiting my mom and got a chip in our windshield. We showed up without an appointment. They took us in with no worries quickly fixed the windshield for a reasonable price and did a beautiful job. We were able to get back to my mom and head back to New Mexico without a problem. I highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service and excellent work!

This is the most fantastic experience I have had in a long time. Someone broke into my car and shattered my window to steal everything inside my car, and yet in the middle of a hard situation, finding this shop was the best part about it. I m so happy I went with Innova for my windshield replacement. Lowest price I could find in the area and high quality work! It is obvious that quality, safety and customer satisfaction is their top priorities. Stop searching and book with Innova to have it done right.They were even able to get my apartment parking sticker off the old window (which are hard to remove in one piece) saving me from having to buy a new one. 5/5 would recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

We had our windshield replaced 6+ months ago on our Toyota. They were quick, and the man who did the work explained everything very well and was very pleasant. I highly recommend them! Also the price was way lower than others.

I just used Innova Auto Glass to replace the front windshield of my car. I wanted to support a local Colorado business and saw they had good reviews on nextdoor, so I gave them a chance. They did a great job. They were very professional, pretty fast (the replacement took about 1 1/2 hours) and reasonably priced. We have gone to INNOVA three times now, each time it has been the same: top notch professional service. Jesse handled my insurance claims with ease, and when my rear wiper turned out to be damaged as well, he followed up for me, really sweating the details, so I got every BIT of coverage I was entitled to. Jesse was wonderful. He realized that I had time constraints and was upset over needing to replace my windshield and accommodated me almost immediately! Had a great customer service experience with Jesse today. He was able to get me in on the day I called. He was very kind, professional and knowledgable about his product. I appreciated him explaining everything to me. They replaced my window that had been vandalized and did an excellent job. They even vacuumed up all the glass for me. Using my insurance was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

I emailed a bunch of different places to see who had the lowest price, since I don't have windshield replacement on my insurance and have to pay out of pocket for it. Innova was the first to respond and offered me an average price. In the email, though, Jesse said to look at Groupon and he'd give me $100 off. What kind of business gives you a quote and instructs how to pay less in the same communique? So, I was impressed, and decided it would be worth the 45-minute, 30-mile drive, each way. Jesse came out to the car and inspected the windshield with me, and explained any issues he saw. I was almost uncomfortable with how thorough he was, because I figured he was doing all this to try to charge me more for some additional work! I was prepared to fight to get the great price he had quoted me. No need to fight, fortunately, as he honored his price. This is the third replacement on my car, and it is by far the best looking. I had no idea the molding could be so tight and streamlined. It was quick, too. The work was impeccable, the customer service was excellent. It really was worth the drive to have such a great experience. It seems a lot of companies don't fully grasp that repeat customers are valuable, but Innova truly treats you with respect and are up front about what to expect. I'm a happy customer!

I had a great experience with Jesse and Mike! Jesse was always super responsive and very helpful. Mike came to our place and did windshield replacements on both of my vehicles. He was very friendly and outgoing, and completed the job quickly. He s been doing auto glass work for over 25 years and was happy to answer any questions I had. Can t beat the price and the level of service!

I called Innova and other highly rated auto glass companies. Innova had the lowest price and the quickest response on the phone. They're also very close to where I live and it made it easy for me. I wasn't disappointed. All of my interactions were with Jesse. He was professional, friendly and quick. Our new windshield looks great. I truly appreciate how Jesse handled everything and wish all companies worked this way. Hopefully we won't need a new windshield for a long time but if we do I will definitely go with Innova again.

Innova replaced the windshield on our CR-V. They were super quick to reply to my request for a quote and then an appointment. As soon as I arrived at the shop, they looked at the vehicle and confirmed the details of what needed to be done, promising to be done in an hour-and-a-half or two. I chose to stay in the comfortable waiting area with couches, magazines, a tv, coffee, and tea. Then 70min after my arrival, they were already finished.

Exceptional service and a great value! I worked with the owner who was friendly, helpful and honest. I shopped around for prices and services and found this to be the absolute best all inclusive price for windshield repair. Plus they are a locally owned small business. I highly recommend Innova for your windshield replacement or repair.

They had my windshield in stock, which was surprising for a MINI, and I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They came to my house, making it very easy for me. They tech was helpful and professional. They were on time, and the price was amazingly good. Totally recommend.

I had my windshield replaced by Innova, and since then I have had repeated problems with the trim pieces on either side of the windshield blowing off. The last time this happened they only responded when I posted a negative review, which I later took down. Now a trim piece again became unattached and blew off (for the fourth time since they replaced the windshield.) They have yet to respond to my e-mail and phone messages.Bringing the car to another autoglass shop, it turns out that the work was incredibly shoddy, and now the windshield, trim pieces and retainer pieces will all need to be replaced at considerable expence.Really shoddy workmanship and even worse customer service, as they refuse to take responsibility for their errors. I will need to take the car elsewhere for repairs and take Innova to small claims court to get the situation properly resolved. Definitely a business to be avoided.Service: Auto windshield replacement
