I cannot recommend these guys enough! Within 24 hours they had diagnosed about a million problems with my car and fixed the most important ones to make the car safe again. They have a comprehensive diagnostics showing exactly what I will need done in the future. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful explaining things to me. I will definitely be back in the future.

Loved interacting with Matt & team here. They really go above and beyond to take excellent care of you and I've gotten wiser spending time in the lovely waiting room and chatting with Matt, he is a lovely human being and so is everyone else on the team. My dog loved hanging out here too! The waiting area is wonderful, I was able to connect to wifi while waiting, and enjoyed the refreshments they had sitting out. They really put the heart in heart auto repair, I will drive out of my way to work with them again. Lovely humans so grateful for y'all

They replaced my radiator. A week later it's leaking again. Was told by manager Matt they were too busy and that I have to wait a whole weekend with no car. No offer for a loaner and no reimbursement for having to pay for a rental car. Sufficed to say l am disappointed in how they handled the situation and the lack of empathy they have for a paying customer that is going to have to pay more for a mistake they made.

I love how this shop sends you a file listing the whole inspection and rates (I feel pretty honestly) the level of importance for repairs. They are always easy and pleasant to schedule with, and have been flexible with me. The free shuttle (if close enough) is a wonderful option they offer. Nice and comfortable waiting room and coffee. This place may be just a tad more expensive than other places, but its clear where that cost goes and it really goes back to the customer.

I've never had a better experience with a mechanic. We were provided with an exceptional care and treated fairly, like human beings. Went out of their way to help us make it to our destination. They saved us a bunch of nerves and worries. They were upmost professional and not so greedy like others in the area. 11/10 would recommend everyone to go to them for their car needs. They deserve everything best for them. Can't express our gratitude even more.

All I can say is wow!!! We called for an emergency and they got us right in. Diagnosed the problem. Had it fixed and we were out of there within about 1 1/2 to 2 hours , if that. These guys are wonderful! They found that a spark plug had broken and that was causing our car issues. My car is running in top shape now! I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for great service, smiling faces and fast service. All at a great price too.

Best Oil change I've ever had at anyplace! They are very thoughtful of there customers. Outstanding customer service skills. Super professional. Outstanding work! Just the best all the way around price and everything. They even put a cute air freshener in the car when they are finished. This is place that can be trusted!!

I couldn t recommend the Heart Auto team more. I came in with a power steering issue and after consistent communication and up front pricing I was able to get this issue fixed right away. You can truly trust leaving your vehicle in their hands for any type of service available. It s not often in this business where you feel the care with your vehicle and this place will prove it with something as simple as an oil change. Take your vehicle to Heart Auto Repair!

This was my second time using their services and both times were efficient and accompanied with excellent customer service. The people at the front desk have been very welcoming and informative both times. As a woman, these spaces can be intimidating but I always feel comfortable here. My jeep was making a whining noise under the hood. I really had no idea what it was but I never would have guessed it was the alternator. I took it to heart and they diagnosed it right away and replaced it the same day. I had my jeep back in one day. Very very happy with the fast and friendly service. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thanks you guys for getting this fixed so quickly! Oh, and thanks for the little air freshener...nice touch!

I received a mail flyer in the mail for a discount on an oil change, I needed a tune up and upon inspection it was discovered that my car was pulled left due to a cracked strut. I went ahead with all the recommendation repairs. I immediately noticed a difference when I drove away. I m really glad to have found this company, the team there are polite and most importantly dedicated professional experts. It s hard to find a trust worthy auto repair shop and I m confident in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality company to trust them with your vehicles next repair. If it s nothing major there are plenty of shops nearby and also close to the light rail. I came in without an appointment but that was not a problem. Andrew and Gene took care of me relatively fast. I had to drop my car off and was nervous about getting to work on time. Gene let me know Heart offers a courtesy car service to customers free of charge. I went to 2 Auto Repair Shops in Longmont for estimates on multiple issues. Only when I went to Heart Auto Repair was I shown physically the repairs needed And what was missed by the 2 previous shop estimates. I have no doubt that at the previous 2 shops my vehicle would have been on the lift in process of repairs when I would be told of required work. Best experience I ve received at an auto shop! They were super kind, super helpful, up front about pricing, and gave me a coupon for my next service. They even put in an air freshener! They texted me my vehicle inspection so that I could look it over on my own time, and kept me updated throughout the day on where my vehicle was in the process. Being able to drop it off in the morning before work and pick it up when I got off was super convenient.
