Great people& Friendly service. However, my filter wasn t on tight enough and I ended up having to change my oil myself. (Paying double) Ended up with only 2qts/6 in my engine. Had it not been for the spill outside the house after a 2.30 hour drive, I wouldn t have noticed**ALWAYS** double check before you let some one else drive off guys. I don t mind as much that it cost me more $$$ but this could ve cost me my life.Service: Oil change

I cannot say enough positive things about Havoline. They were able to get my car in immediately, the entire staff was incredible friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

I ve been coming to this oil change center as long as I remember. At least 15+ years, probably more. I remember the name changes, and for the first time ever I had to come to Grease Monkey. I ve gotten my whole family to use your company for oil changes. Your new hours of operation make it impossible to make during operating hours. I tried on a Wednesday and arrived at 5:31 and was told by owner Todd that they were closed (understandable). Today, Friday, I arrived at 5:19 and was again told that they were closed. I apologize for blurting out a swear word in frustration. I did not make a scene. Just an unintentional eruption. I understand labor costs and all that goes along with it, however, closing at 5:30 and being closed on weekends make it impossible to continue our patronage. And I am sorry to say that. Might I suggest opening later and staying open a little later. I m sure your data will drive any decisions. This is bing sent out of frustration in anticipation of having to stop using our favorite oil change center.

I went here for an oil change a few weeks ago. The service was friendly and the oil change was fast, however, they made a mistake and broke a gasket during service. Mistakes happen and this was not the issue that led to this one-star review. Once I realized something was wrong with my car a day later, I took it to my local mechanic down the street from where I live both because of convenience and because they know my car there. He informed me that the oil had gotten all over the engine and other parts of the car and the engine could very easily have been destroyed. Once again, mistakes happen. I contacted the owner to see if he would be willing to pay for the fixes required by my mechanic. I was very clear that I did not expect him to pay for the rental car I had to get while my car was being fixed nor the extra inconvenience this caused with work and daily life. He proceeded to inform me that the most he is willing to do is split the cost of the repairs another mechanic had to make to fix his station s mistake. He also chided me for not contacting them to give them the first chance to fix their mistake. While technically within his legal right to do this according to the receipt s small print, it is a shame that someone would choose to run their business this way. As far as I m concerned, if you make a mistake, you own up to it and you do anything you can to make it right, especially if the customer is not trying to take advantage of the situation, but rather get reimbursed for something beyond their control directly attributable to the business that made the mistake. There is a lot of competition when it comes to businesses providing car maintenance and oil change services. Please consider giving your money to a business that does things the right and honest way. Unfortunately, this is not that business and if something happens to go wrong with your car, the owner of this business will put the blame on you.TL;DR: A $60 oil change may end up costing you closer to $300Service: Oil change

BEWARE. I have had my previous 2 oil changes here with no problems at all, last week I was told that because my oil pan plug was stripped they could not perform service. When I told them that the only people that have been servicing my car was this location, I was met with malcontents with no accountability of their previous service. I was laughed at, yelled at, being told this was my fault...I've never been under a car before. That's why I pay someone to do this. There are multiple other oil change businesses that will 1) provide quality service 2) exercise quality customer service 3) be accountable for their work than Green Mountain Xpress. I'd drive 100 miles out of my way for quality, trusted oil change service than this business.

Love this location. Fast, courteous, and honest. They had to fix an issue from a bad oil change somewhere else - I should have come here first, I knew better and won't make that mistake again. Thank you!

They were so quick!! I barely even had time to make a social media post I was working on at the moment before they were done. They came out to ask and show me my very dirty air filter and of course I was hesitant because I know sometimes you get charged a premium and you could buy it pretty cheap online but actually the price they charge me was cheaper than what I could find it online for my car. Staff was very informative but not pushy about services that my car could use. I'm usually pretty faithful to Grease monkey and I chose this havoline because of the location and it was convenient to where I was going at the time but I will come back again because of the service. Great job.

When your vehicle takes both synthetic and regular oil, they only give you the more expensive option to use synthetic and will not do a regular oil change. I took my business elsewhere because of the strong-arm upsell.

About 5 years ago or so, got my oil changed here. Worked 2 delivery jobs that day, Jason's deli then papajohns at night. Around 8 p.m. my engined siezed. Next day found out my engine was bone dry and pistons had seized. Looked under the car and the oil pan drain plug was gone. So they didn't put it on tight enough and my oil must have drained out pretty early on in the day. I was young and didn't have money for a lawyer. Because when i told them what happened they told me to eff off and they don't belive me. And I would have to prove that they did that. They said I probably took the plug off to get money. I was outraged but there was nothing in could do. In case you didn't know there's almost no fixing seized pistons. So I lost my vehicle. Was living in an apartment complex that wanted my car to be registered or else it would be towed. So I couldn't take the time to save up the money and get a used engine. I had to scrap my 10 year old van for 185 dollars. Like I said I was young and my apartment complex made it practically impossible for me to keep my car. You can also clearly see the owner going through these Comments saying in almost every major incident that "I don't see your name in my records" lol! Like anyone believes that stuff. Just read these comments. I'm not the only one complaining about oil missing after changing it at this place.This place owes me a 2006 buik terrazza

They put the wrong oil in and they said my car was a 4-cylinder was clearly stated 6-cylinder especially on the engine and they let air out of Walmart tires to 33 PSI the tire clearly states 44 the girl that seems to run they need to make a change that's why there's never a line of nobody knows what they're doing inside there I might as well go to a Hot Wheels oil and tire station

Maintenance light came on for an oil change. They told me that I didn't need to change my full-synthetic oil for another 5K miles and sent me on my way. It seems so rare these days that a business tells you that you don't use to use their services at the moment and to come back later. Awesome staff and great service. No complaints, here. Just got an oil change and they were nice. I thought I heard them say there would be a car wash with it but didn't get one. Maybe I misheard.

Service was fine, but before service was supplied, was asked if xyz oil was ik, no mention of price difference at all. Ended up paying twice the cost on the price board. Would've just used standard oil if cost was given up front

Honest guys, they have the ability to fix anything you need as the shop next door is a full repair shop. They re family run, locally owned. I love how honest and upfront they are. I trust them with taking care of my cars! Just an FYI, people come down from mountain towns to get their cars serviced here. Good vibes all around.

Been taking my cars here for years. With my work car I change oil almost monthly. Every time service has been spot on and they get you in and out quickly. Guys there are great and knowledgeable, alway keeping me informed if they see anything that is off on my car. I would highly recommend using them for all your car services.

I ve been coming to this location for years. The techs are quick, professional, and really personable. As a woman it can be really daunting to get something as simple as an oil change done because other places are always trying to push unnecessary services on you, but I ve never had that problem here. DENTED MY CAR!Went in for an oil change and when one of the mechanics, Mike, couldn t open my hood at first he started banging on it right in front of me and placed two dents into my brand new hood! I simply released the hood successfully myself and when I asked why he banged on it with such force he simply said well it wouldn t open! After some argueing with the manager they eventually took just $20 off of my bill and had the dents repaired. In the end they did what they could to make things right but needless to say I will not be returning to this location and will gladly pay just a few dollars more across the street at Big O Tires to have my vehicle serviced properly by professionals who care about customer service and the integrity of my vehicle.Rant over.
