Never ever go to this repair shop if you have little knowledge about vehicles. I had an engine check light report from Autozone. The report said the car had battery voltage issue and some crankshaft sensor issue. I went in there with the report and said to look in to it. From the very beginning the guy was adamant that it was crankshaft sensor issue and I needed to get a new sensor. He quoted me around $800 for both the repairs; a new battery and a new crankshaft sensor. I didn't have too much money and I also needed the car urgently so I just told him to put on the new sensor. He charged me $450 for it and said to pick up the car after 2 hours. Days after the repairs, I researched a bit and found out I actually had been scammed. That guy never actually replaced anything. The only problem I had was with my battery and it just needed some recharge and I think that's all he did. Also there was no way that the new sensor was just lying in his shop or he could get it from somewhere else in 2 hours.So, what was just a battery voltage issue, the guy made it look like sensor issue and pretended to replace it.So, don't go this repair shop If you have very little knowledge about cars and if you want to get scammed!!!

Honest and does very great work all my family and friends go there I highly recommend GS auto satisfied customer and Cassie is awesome very pleasant to be around keeps it clean just like the mechanic

I was going to try to find a way to say this politely and diplomatically, but my patience is gone. I am tired of giving "free-passes" to bad businesses.This mechanic is either not able/competent enough to properly diagnose complex car issues or is trying to scam people out of money for repairs they don't need.This shop decided to go forward with an expensive turbocharger replacement on my 2012 VW Toaureg, which two independent shops verified was not required before and after GS Auto did the replacement. Not only was the repair not needed, the newly installed turbocharger leaks oil and the replacement did not fix the original symptoms I reported (the car enter limp mode under *any* load).There are many mechanics shops in this area. Take your money elsewhere.

I am from out of town and my water pump broke as we were heading to Denver on a Friday night. They got us in on Friday to confirm they could actually fix it. I took it in Saturday morning and got it back Monday afternoon. They stayed in contact about any issues and questions. Very nice people. And pretty good price as well. I was lucky to find them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using GS for years and recommend them to anyone who needs car help. I just had $1700 worth of suspension work and 100k mileage service. They went above and beyond what I expected also resetting my tire pressure light for no charge. Gilbert is a great man who has old school business ethics! Do not take your car here for any repairs we brought our sons car here to get the timing belt fixed about 6 months ago his car started Making a loud sound in the motor we took his car to a different mechanic to find out Gs auto service mixed new parts with old ones and didn't use the entire new kit for the timing belt repair so once again we had to pay for a new timing belt!! They rush to fix your car to get as many cars in and out of there. They are over priced and crooks!!!

Took our PT cruiser in for water pump replacement. Everything worked on this Little car. But when I picked it up I just had a feeling something was wrong. I paid got in the car turned on the A/C and no cool air!. I didn t even get out of the lot and I turned around an told the service manager.he said oh I forgot to tell you and showed me a picture on his phone if a smashed up sensor. I told him the A/C worked fine before he just looked at me an said I don t know looks like who ever put in the radiator broke it . AGAIN I said it worked fine before. He didn t know what to say, but sure didn t take Ownership and offer to make it right ,like a deer in the head lights. Imagine if the manager can t make it right what other things go left broke and not fixed. You d think if the had time to take the picture he d called and asked if it was ok to repair with it being there already? Being the picture was taken I feel like they knew they broke it and hoped it would go unnoticed!! Beware of the business

I thought I had found a super good honest close to home mechanic for both my vehicles. Took one for oil change, oil percentage light came on with still 2k miles remaining for another oil change. Took to family mechanic and they showed me the blackest oil ever. Not sure if the oil change was even done being that they just changed it not that long ago.Took another with 40k miles on it for oil change and check engine light came on next day immediately after car sat after oil change. Took to family mechanic again they said that the wrong oil has been put in the car and that it has messed up the car. I had been taking the car to dealership prior to finding this mechanic shop 5 mins from my house. Please do your research before choosing a spot. Cheap and convenient is not always best. My car has 40k miles and is now sitting because repairs are going to be too much to fix at the time. Sticking to my family mechanic, just thought that I can get oil changes done closer to home.Service: Oil change

My heater core went out in my jeep. i needed it replaced wich involves removing the entire dash. These guys did a fantastic job. The price was perfect, the staff is friendly. Il definitely have more work done by them. A huge Thank You to GS Auto

Fast service, great job, changed alternator, battery, oil change and windshield wiper motors and headlight. Van is driving great so far and price was very reasonable. Plus they take snap finance otherwise my van would still be sitting. Thank you Gilbert and staff!! Taking wife's van on Monday for some repairs.

In and out quickly at a great price. Tired repaired in about 15 minutes.Not a place that you would normally notice passing by. I'm glad that I was able to find them!

Scheduled repair through Repair Pal for June 29 for:1. AC controls not working and locking out passenger side windows2. back up camera not working3. exhaust leak when car idolsWas called and told car was ready yesterday (11 business days, 13 days total)AC controls were workingBack up camera turned out but did not have full functionExhaust leak was not addressed despite listing it in Repair Pal and telling Gilbert about it when I dropped the car off and in a phone conversation on Tuesday July 9.They repaired pulled a part, ordered a part, installed part one at a time.I will now have to spend my time on the phone with the warranty company explaining why I won't go back; why I have to find another place; and why I won't pay another deductible.I had to pay my deductible over the phone as apparently no one but Gilbert can handle a transaction and he wasn't there when I went to pick up my car.They were friendly though.Overdue update: i added a star as I found out that there was no exhaust leak, I just wasn't used to the sound of the Turbo. The camera was installed correctly, just not programmed per Ford Specs which was not something GS Auto could have addressed. I did not have to pay another deductible

We have her PT cruiser service great job. Gilbert did an outstanding job. We had to have our water pump replaced which included replacing the timing belt.

Great shop, as mentioned previously Gilberto goes over and above to make sure your vehicle is running properly and safe. Work is done right and on time, and are have very fair rates. Glad i found this shop.

The Worst ! It 1 I took my vehicle in and when I picked it up after being there for two months and notes good Nation my vehicle is worse than it was before I can get them to do anything about it and the warranty company that I use I've already paid him and they say that's all they can do to you so now not only is my vehicle not running right it's not worth anything because I can't get it fixed and this is done by the owner there Gilbert Sanchez
