Love them here! I drove in after a stressful few days to get an oil change and tires looked at after the snow storm. I was greeted before getting out of the car and out within 20 min. This sign at lobby is perfect as it's how they make you feel.

Super friendly, fast, and efficient! Cali at the front desk was so happy to check us out, and gave us an amazing tip! Did you know, after your oil change if you come in before the next one is due, they will top off your fluids for free? I will never go anywhere else for my car ever again!

Great service, super fast, professional and friendly. I did not feel price gouged or that I was trying to be sold anything extra. They were educational and informative on the diagnostics that come with the oil change. I paid 70 for a change of high mileage oil and a flush. Definitely a good spot for a change.

Lazy lazy lazy I went to this location today and the service tech who checked me in said.. yeah we take wheels fleet as I have a fleet vehicle . I sat in the lobby and 10 minutes later a different tech came out and said I just wanted to let you know it going to be an hour to 1.5 hours as my manager has to call your fleet company to get the approval . There was only one car in front of me so why would it take that long ??? The manager just didn t want to take the time to call the fleet service company which generally take 5 minutes max to get an approval. The manager was just straight lazy PERIOD ! If you got a fleet Service vehicle do not go here , they don t want to be bothered by having to pick up a phone and get an approval .

Why didn t I know this place existed?! I called in advance to ensure I could pop in up until closing and the attendant was lovely; saying they accept Everyone up until a minute to close.Service was quick; I was in and out within 20mins. They shared what they found Re other services that I d want to consider and by what mileage I found this pleasantly unexpected and got two additional services. Prices seem fair to me, coming from the east coast, I will definitely be returning

The team did a great job. The explained the process and had the proper equipment to take care of my air conditioning repairs. The other option was a car dealership where they were weeks out and more expensive. Thank you Grease Monkey!

I stopped by to get an oil change and see how much it would cost to replace headlight bulbs (I had already purchased the bulbs). They offered to do it for no cost, which was so nice. The service was prompt and informative. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Every time I've been to this location they've gone above and beyond. The team is super friendly (and really quite silly in a good way) They get everything done in a timely fashion and are super amazing about cleaning up the car as well. They didn't have to clean my windows for me but they did and did an awesome job. As someone that spends a lot of time in my car, I appreciate the care they took for my vehicle. Keep it up guys

I came here for an oil change for my kids Honda not the best looking car but it gets around they had the audacity to sell me up to full synthetic knowing they could have recommended something less expensive for this type of car also left oil all over the engine looks like no funnels were used I m guessing they saw a lower class car and treated it just like that? I am so unhappy with this experience I believe that you should still focus on the quality of service that brings people in. My money has no less value than anyone else s will never go here again!!!

Had to change to 4 stars. They made me a little nervous by claiming my truck had a CVT when it didn't. Hopefully they get the procedures and training worked out so this doesn't happen in the future.6/1/23 - back on track with the knowledge base.

Was told I had swollen lug nuts .Q: Did you strip out my lug nuts?A: No, no - they re swollen. The soft outer part gets soft and they swell. Like anything mechanical, they wear out eventually.Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys are always friendly and professional. I stopped by today to see if they could replace the front turn signals on my H3. YouTube indicated that the grill would need to be removed, but Hector found another way and had them done in no time. They're a wonderful group of folks and that's why we've been taking our vehicles there for over 15 years!Service: Oil change

Mic was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and helpful staff all around! I appreciate them not trying to oversell me things I really don t NEED and prioritizing what I really do need. Mic took the time to explain things to me in a way I understood and was very personable. I will definitely be back!

I went to this grease monkey because it was one of the highest rated ones in my area, and it was exceptional service. Served me immediately, and gave knowledgeable recommendations which exactly aligned with what I found online before coming for my vehicle. I had a coupon they didn't have in their system so they just gave me an even bigger one for the trouble. Whole process took less than 15 minutes and everyone I talked to was willing to explain anything in detail and was very kind. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Battery, Oil change

Just took my BMW over here for an oil change on my break from work yesterday. They were super friendly and helped me out with picking the correct oil. Didn'ttry to talk me into getting anything I didn't need, which is rare for me (young female). They charged me half of what my old mechanic charged me so I was really happy. They also noticed my power steering fluid was low so they filled it up for me! I can't stress enough how great the customer service was. Definitely made me more comfortable leaving my car there (as I had to go back to work). They also got it done really fast. I will definitely be going back.
