This shop is INCREDIBLE! They have the best customer service and do the best work for such an affordable price. They are reliable, communicative and fast with their work. This is the only place I take my car. They have done a massive overhaul of work on my car after an accident at the Hertz rental car place where Hertz's insurance was involved and Front Range Auto handled it all for me. They have replaced my brakes and completed a fluid flush. They can be reached via phone or text and they provide you a full comprehensive digital report of the work they recommend. From there, you can accept or decline specific work and even pay online once you decide. They are also incredibly fast and so easy to work with. They offer after hours drop-off. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Do yourself a favor and drop your car off here next time you need anything done and they will take care of you.

Front Range was recommended by a friend of mine who called first to see if they had the parts on hand to replace my brake pads/rotors. Mike (owner) said he could get me in the next day. The service was prompt, professional, and excellent. We will definitely call Front Range our new GO TO for all future car repairs & service!! Thanks, Mike!

In my years of driving and dealing with auto repair shops, I have never been able to say that I ever really trusted one until now. Mike (Owner) and Sid (Master Technician) are the most honest, diligent, dependable people I have ever met. They do everything they can to make sure the problem is fixed at a fair price. They take care of your car as if it was their own.An auto repair shop is easy to find; there is always cheaper. But an honest or trustworthy repair shop is much harder to find. Stick to these guys!

My family used to use this place frequently. Frankly, the service went south. I'll spare the list of issues we had with the old ownership, they were significant. I needed some simple car work. I looked up this place randomly on the net and saw it was sold off by the old owner. I decided to give them a try. Now...I noticed when I walked in, I saw one of the legacy mechanics there. I wasn't sure what to think. I know as a long term people manager, sometimes new management styles change things. I went forward with the service. For that particular service it was my "baby" car. Pristine, and I love. They completed the work. The price they charged me was super fair in my opinion. Less than what the previous folks had charged for the same work pre-Covid!? To date I am thankful for them and their work. They completed a job today for me. Dropped the car off late morning and it was ready before 5pm, but of course project time may vary depending on what you need done. They are also helping me out with a frustrating motorcycle trailer issue. The team at this place seems willing to help if they can. If I can recommend them to my family - I can recommend them to all.

Mike at Front Range Automotive goes above and beyond for his customers. He has had my Honda CRV in twice as I must have bad karma when it comes to vehicles. He waited for over an hour for me past his closing time and had a loaner for me to use while he figured out my latest car issue. Friendly customer service with experienced auto mechanics is what brings me across town so Mike can take care of my vehicle.

I had my blazer towed there to get it running. When they called my mom. She approved having the battery replaced (under 3 years old and still holding a charge, though he did give it back), The battery terminal was loose, on the older vehicles It's a clamp that goes onto the wire (I have replaced this before. It doesn't just become loose. It's not like newer vehicles), They said they did a full inspection of the lights and even argued saying that the running lights do work. I have gotten pulled over for them not working and also checked it as soon as it got dark. They do not work... I got charged $700 for an oil change and a battery that I don't thinkneed to be replaced, especially after being pressed because Suddenly a bolt was loose on the battery and that's why it wasn't good when before It was just not good anymore..... And a battery terminal that is two screws in a clamp. I should also mention that not long prior my mom took her car in and they told her the issue was a bad battery and a loose battery clamp.. Never seen that in my life and now it's happened to two cars in a row at the same mechanic shop and on speaking to multiple other mechanic shops afterwards, it's a little suspicious especially since my blazer is a side post battery which makes it even less likely that anything like that would happen. The top post batteries it is common but not every car you own common. They also recommended engine maintenance that according to even the manufacturer's website does not recommend using it unless you're showing symptoms of an issue, but he is using it as preventative which it specifically says it shouldn't be used for.EDIT I Guess I forgot to mention the list I already had of a diagnosis to my vehicle done by a mechanic who was unable to do the work...... And the transmission speed sensor which needs a code to diagnose...which given the year of my car and the fact it wasn't driven enough to trigger a code it would be impossible to do...especially given the fact the code history isn't not saved on a 92 Blazer ...the assumption was I wouldn't know about cars I get it. My elderly mother approving unnecessary work like an engine flush in an older vehicle that are some of the few that rarely ever need it if ever...says more about your company then anything... Social media has also gone rampant with good mechanics explaining these exact tactics...my next step is to see if the main fuse was mearly changed as that seems to be the symptoms I was experiencing and commonly the reason many shops have been caught doing this exact thing... But don't take my word for it go to the 1 and 2 star reviews

They listened to my concerns and confirmed my suspicion. Went to good year first and good year just reset my check engine light and told me everything was fine. Front range fixed the issue and was very friendly and thorough.

I had a great experience getting an alignment on my Mercedes sprinter van here! They were friendly, pricing was superb compared to a few other places I called, and they were so nice to give me a ride. I ll definitely use them for future work!

Completely satisfied. They found the coolant leak at the backside of my V8, then replaced all the hoses (at my request) in a timely manner. At 150,000 miles, it was time.

I will definitely be coming back! Mike is extremely welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. The work they do is always reliable and I never have issues. I rarely write reviews, however, Front Range Automotive is a great small business that I thought deserves a 5-star review. The new ownership under Mike has been great to work with. This is an honest mechanic shop willing to work through things and take on responsibility if needed, as well as do a great job on your vehicle. I appreciate their patience and superb customer service.

I was referred to Mike by my long term Auto Broker to evaluate replacing the rear suspension on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. As soon as I walked in the door, Mike and his team were super personal and professional. Throughout the whole process, they were efficient, consultative, honest and fair! Without question, I will use Front Range Automotive for servicing all my vehicles!

Great guys- unlike many shops, they know VW's inside and out.Had great experiences here- the customer service is excellent. They stand behind their repairs.They are not the cheapest- but quality work never is. They are fair and straightforward.The owners daughter was nice enough to give me a ride home when I dropped off my Touareg since she was going in the same direction. I am helping a daughter move and using a Traverse that I use when in town. I lived here for many years, but the driving with screens and 3 times the traffic is difficult. I discovered that my left, rear signal wasn t working. I stopped to see if they could tell me if it was just the bulb and if so would they sell me the bulb. They were slammed with business but when one of their mechanic was in- between two things, he checked it for me and put in a new bulb. His name is Sidney as in Nebraska, not Australia! I m Janis, as in Joplin and I m grateful, what a great shop! Thanks so much Mike, Sid and the sweet woman who was busy answering phone calls. Kudos!
