I believe the shop went over and above to not only help us meet a very important time line for repair, yet also so warm, friendly, professional and quality work. They have 5 stars for a reason! I went in for the first time today. They checked my car out, made sure it was safe to drive, and scheduled me an appt. Very nice and knowledgeable; they seem to want to only fix what is actually wrong with the car. I ran into two sweet ladies and they both said they love this place and have been coming 10-15+yrs. I think I've found my new car place!

THIS is the shop you want to bring your vehicle to. In spite of having some part issues (not their fault, clearly a part manufacturer's defect), I can't recommend them enough! Everyone there is super friendly, very knowledgeable and it's abundantly clear they operate with integrity.When the serpentine belt that they had replaced a week before failed, I called them and they got me in, fixed, and back on the road the very same day! That's huge in my book. It shows quite clearly that they really care and that when things go awry they'll make you a priority. They were very gracious about it, and didn't even try to charge me for the second repair. I'm very grateful to have finally found a shop I can trust. They will be getting all my car maintenance business going forward.Thanks Dean and Kris, and everyone else at Four Seasons!!

The whole crew at Four Seasons have been the only guys to work on my vehicles for many, many years. They are honest, kind, and attentive. Special shoutout to Frank (especially if you have a European vehicle) and Kris. They are the best in the business!

Four Seasons scheduled my appointment in a timely manner, and they were honest and thorough throughout the process. All a customer can ask for is a concise printout and explanation of what his vehicle requires and the urgency or lack thereof pertaining to it. Four Seasons is a 5 Star facility, and they immediately gained my trust.

Several of us here at Ace use 4 Seasons. They service our delivery trucks and my personal vehicles. These guys are completely trustworthy, knowledgeable, quick, friendly and reasonable. Because of this they are busy sometimes so you need to make an appointment. Worth the wait though. They are highly recommended.

I called them up and was able to set up a time to drop my car off since it was making a weird noise. Kris and his team looked it over told me what was going on and gave me a good idea of what was going on and the time it would take. There was solid communication through the whole process and will definitely be taking my cars there again when needed.

I have been using Four Seasons Automotive for several years now. My family does too. I have found all the people working there to be kind, friendly, efficient and helpful in understanding what has been needed to assure my car is kept running smoothly and safely. Their mechanics are excellent. Dean has been our personal Angel and we so appreciate him in giving us options and advice during a very challenging time.

The entire staff impressed me with their kindness and accommodation. They were booked 3 weeks out and I needed my car fixed ASAP. I was understanding of their 3 week lead time and also hopeful my car would be fixed sooner without any guarantee. They surprised me by having my car fixed the next day. I really appreciate their effort and help. I definitely recommend them and will go back when needed.Service: Electrical repair

I have been a customer of many years. The team is highly qualified, responsive and trustworthy. I am clueless to my car's needs - sad but true. The team recognizes this and reminds me of maintenance needs so I stay on top of it. They are also kind when I call to schedule for a odd noise or issue I cannot explain well. My daughter bought a new used car. Dean and Chris checked it out for us to ensure it was in good condition. The car was a good value and we have had no issues. This was my first visit. I was looking for a reliable alternative to the large dealership's, and I think I found it! I was impressedd by the level of service and the people behind the counter treating me like a person, not a number, and actually listened. I will continue to use this comapny.

They were very friendly and helpful, straightforward and honest with their quote (even suggesting places to compare prices), and charged me less than $30 to take a look at my flat (see if it was repairable) and put on my spare for me. I couldn't be happier with that price! Plus, the office staff were kind and patient towards my very energetic toddler. I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs a mechanic.

We can always count on Dean and Chris and other mechanics at Four Seasons to provide excellent service. My Mother used Four Seasons for many years as she only trusted them to work on her car (which I now have and will only take it to them as well. ) They give clear and concise explanations of estimations and keep us informed as to cost of labor and parts. They gave us a great AAA discount as well. No price gouging with them. I love how everything is explained and they give you a copy and tells you were to start. My boyfriend Ivan recommended me to this place and I am just happy I can still keep my car and it's fixable and it feels better than when I got it. Thank you all so much. I also think the cost wasn't expensive. I been to places where they over charge so it was nice of how much you guys did with the price. Thank you all!!

I'm tempted to lowball the rating because they're so good, and so many people know it, they stay booked up. That wouldn't be honest and fair though, and being honest and fair is one of their key characteristics. Dean and Kris are two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, and their service is outstanding. They tell it like it is and are honest about everything. As a car novice it's sometimes difficult to trust anyone working on your car, but they are very trustworthy and I cannot recommend their service enough!

From the get-go, it was evident that their approach to customer service was rooted in honesty and transparency.When I called to inquire about changing my brake pads, the conversation with the mechanic was straightforward and informative. He patiently listened to my concerns and provided expert advice without trying to push unnecessary add-ons or upsell me on additional services. It was clear that their focus was on addressing the specific issue at hand and ensuring customer satisfaction rather than solely seeking financial gains.To my surprise, the mechanic even offered a deal that matched my budget without compromising on the quality of the service. This demonstrated their willingness to work with customers and find reasonable solutions that fit individual needs and constraints.Although I had a positive interaction on the phone, the only drawback I encountered was their booking schedule. Unfortunately, they were already booked for the upcoming month and were not accepting new customers at that time. I've had my vehicle serviced and repaired at Four Seasons Automotive several times over the last year and have always been very satisfied with the expertise and concern shown by Dean and Kris. I sometimes drive 250 miles a week in an older vehicle and it's good to know they are there when I need them.
