Called yesterday to schedule an appointment at 8 AM for oil change, 4 new tires, and spark plugs. Figured if I brought it in early that it would be done at a reasonable time. Didn't have the tires I wanted but went with the tires that were recommended. Quoted a little over $2k. Went this morning to drop it off. Wasn't told an expected time. I figured two hours maybe three at the most. Went back around 10 to 10:30 AM and my truck was still parked where I had left it. Hadn't been touched at all. Went in and asked how long we were looking at... I was told another four hours because supposedly there was only one mechanic that could do spark plugs.... well I wanted tires and an oil change... that could have been done at least until the spark plug dude was available. No.... another 4 hours. So went to Goodyear down the street. Was quoted less and the customer service was awesome. Not returning to Firestone.

Excellent service, great prices, though it did take a little longer than expected. I very much appreciated that they actually *tested* my brake fluid to see if it needed changing (the dealership insisted it did, based on a *schedule* but no testing) -- Firestone said it didn't need it yet: 8 out of a score of 20, and my car is only at about 20300; they said it wasn't due until 30k. We went ahead and had it exchanged since we were already there, and the brakes feel amazing! Very happy with the service.

I was told that my turbo needed to be replaced back in August which is exactly what I did.A few weeks ago as I was driving from Colorado to Florida , my check engine light came on with the same exact turbo issue that I previously had. When I got to Florida, I took my car to a family mechanic who was shocked by the work that was done and how the turbo was even secured. I had to get a brand new turbo AGAIN!Very happy to have found a mechanic that actually does his job and makes sure that my car is safe and drivable. And I m glad that I ll never have to come back to this place again. What a waste of time and money.

They made the wrong call and couldn't sit they were wrong. Charged me $2300 for repairs. I paid that still had the same issue and they didn't fix my car and then wanted to charge me another $400 to pay for labor for repairs. I have been a client for a long time and have put trust in Firestone for being honest and fair. Until today.

My daughter s tier blew out on 1-25 right before this big storm and we ve always gotten out tiers here. We called them up and were able to talk to Rachel and let her know what was happing she looked up out account 30 minutes later we arrived and they had us in and out in 20 minutes with our brand new tier to get us on the road again! This team knows what they re doing and uses there resources the help customers out in a timely manner even when it s busy.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They told me that both fuel pumps in my car were broken and they couldn t tell me why they thought that was the case. They made a ton of excuses and changed their story five times. When I took my car to another mechanic it turns out that it was only one fuel pump broken. If you want to avoid getting sold more than you need please avoid this place at all costs. The employees are also extremely rude and the Head mechanic is the meanest of them all she can t answer your questions and relies on a tech to intimidate you.

Reading other reviews I see this is a common occurrence with this location . Made an appointment online and service advisor named Racheal calls me and asks if I can bring my car in earlier as the tech who has to do my work needs to leave early . This was important for me to get done that day so I rearranged my day left work early and got there well before my scheduled appointment and when she asked me to show up . I sign in and Racheal tells me it's going to be 2-3 hrs . Cool no problem walk across the street get a hair cut ,grab a quick bite to eat come back 2hrs later and my car hasn't movedI go inside and talk to someone else as Racheal was hiding out on the back . The other girl apologized and said they weren't going to get to my car at all today and Racheal shouldn't have scheduled the service .I come back the next day and Racheal offers no apologies and takes no responsibility for her ignorance and inability to do her job correctly . Didn't even offer any kind of discount for the inspection . Just a rude person who is awful at her job .I would not come back to this shop . Go down the street to the Goodyear or Midas for much better service ,better attitude and all around a better experience . This Firestone is straight TRASH

1. Used app to order tires and schedule appointment.a. All good2. When checking in I was told about staff shortage and the time would be about two hours.a. All good. I can work with that.3. Took an hour walk. When returned car was still in parking lot.a. OK. I was told of staff shortage.4. Sat for another 1 1/2. I was then told tires weren't available. What??????5. 2 1/2 hours of waiting only to be told tires weren't available. Very bad! Tire availability should've been the very first thing confirmed at check in time. If not available offer other solutions. Or make right. Offer next tire up at same price. Something! Anything!I've lived in a third world country for 15 years. This kind of business dealings was pretty much expected and experienced there.Unacceptable! Lost sale! Lost customer! Bad press!

They have decent service with a decent attitude for a decent price.Beware of Firestone and Grease Monkey. Went in for some simple stuff and one of these places filled my coolant reservoir with the majority of it being water. Engine almost overheated, good thing I double-checked.The image is it having spewed out after only turning the AC on briefly (as it was majority swamp water)The video contents are the coolant reservoir overheating because there's no coolant

I am unsure if this shop or the Lakewood vance st location is to blame. One of these stores put the wrong rear tires on my AWD staggered vehicle. They are not fixing this mistake they made! Everytime I pay $300 a tire I make it VERY clear about the sizing. Sometimes they think I'm a stupid girl who doesn't know what she's talking about. I know an AWD Staggered car is VERY uncommon that's why I ALWAYS mention it. At this point of owning this car for 4 years I have my tire sized memorized. Anyways when I called to clear things up with the corporate the operator laughed and said this happens all the time and they mess up sizes on Mercedes. Firestone being a large company I am absolutely shocked that after 8 days and me calling 4 times I have heard nothing. So do yourself a favor even if it costs more to go somewhere else!

I did not have a good experience with Firestone at all. Lemme start from the beginning. I was scheduled to get all new seasonal tires last week on Friday, then they pushed it to Saturday, and then they pushed it to the next week on Friday. (Today 11/10) I finally get to take my car in and I had an appointment at 8am, I got there on time/early and I handed in my keys so they could do they're thing, a "few hours" had turned into "a couple more hours" and "a few more hours" I did not receive my car with new tires untill about ~1:30pm. I was not compensated for any of my wasted time and the quote they gave me was way off from what they said it would be. As far as I know the team that works here is completely incompetent, solid 1/5 stars. Would not recommend.

They lied about the condition of my vehicle and quoted me unnecessary repairs. I took my van in for an oil change and basic inspection. When it was complete, they called me back with a list of things they recommended I have taken care of. Thankfully, I decided to check into it myself instead of fork over the almost $1500 they quoted. First off, I was told my rear brakes were "metal to metal" and the vehicle was not safe to drive. They recommended replacing rear brakes and rotors. When I took a look myself, not only was there plenty of life left in the brake pads, but the rotors were completely fine. I have attached pictures of the invoice as well as the condition of my brake pads for your reference. Additionally, I was told my rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. I am no mechanic, but I found absolutely no evidence of any leak around the rear shocks. There was some play around the tie rod on the front left wheel as they noted, which I will get replaced elsewhere. I am absolutely disgusted that this business is taking advantage of people by lying and recommending services that do not need to be done. I will never go back, and I would recommend that if you want an honest assessment about your car, take your business elsewhere as well.

We had an appointment to get my mothers new car inspected before she had to drive it all the way to Idaho and when we got to the appointment the lady at the front desk said she didn t know if she would be able to get us in for our appointment because they were too backed up. I understand if we were a walk in but we had an appointment and they never called to tell us they couldn t get us in. The lady at the front desk also had an attitude. Absolutely horrible service, don t waste your time here.

Don't even waste you're time here both times that I came here they always claim their short staffed because someone called off so it will be a while to get to me. While 4 of them are chatting having a good time. Had a nail in my tire they claim can't be fix I said I have road hazard it happened on the road. They state that road hazard only covers if thread debt was low. Very disappointing 2nd time this has happened. Won't be returning here.

Would give them a lower score but the lady at the desk attempted to make it better. The gentleman named Chris that had a beard should not be allowed to speak to people over the phone. Misquoting me on tires is ridiculous - misquoting me by over 300 dollars is absolutely egregious. I wouldn t have signed up for the tires if I would have known the full cost. His reason was I must have looked at the wrong number is inexcusable. He is trained to look at numbers. He should have read the total cost with taxes instead I was surprised by an additional 300+ in charges. Absolutely disgusting

As busy as I am, prior to going on a family trip I brought my 2016 Hyundai Accent in for an oil change it was in dire need of as well as new tires. Richard got me checked in where I let him know I d like new tires and an oil change. They called me twice saying I will need new wiper blades and a new air filter and a cabin air filter which I declined.I then reminded them that I just want the oil changed and the tires changed. When I went to pick up the car They charged me $90.46 for the oil change and I also got new tires. When I went out to my car it was a dead battery so I open the hood and I noticed it didn t look like it had even been touched. I pulled the dipstick and noticed the oil was black and real low. They put the new tires on but never changed the oil. They never apologize just had me pull it in and took eight minutes to change the oil. On top of that they never put windshield washer fluid in how did they know my windshield wipers need to be replaced. Francisco is the person that charged my card for the oil change And Christian Barraza was the tech. I already put a report in with Jim from customer service at Firestone customer service. I m very disappointed in the lack of attention given to my vehicle at this location.Services: Tires, Oil change

I went in to get a tire patched. Less than 2 days later, the tire was completely flat again. When we took the car somewhere else, they showed us that the tire had another puncture in the side wall. Either Firestone charged us to fix something they knew couldn t be fixed, or they punctured our tire. Not sure which is worse.

Have you ever brought your car somewhere to get an issue diagnosed, and go ahead with the repairs only to find they made the problem drastically worse and hand over your car like nothing happened? You go back in and explain the issue and they tell you their not 100% sure what the issue is, they tell you that you need to find service somewhere else and refuse to give any kind of refund. This place ripped me off for $500.My family has been a firestone customer for nearly 30 years. This particuliar firestone is good for nothing more than tires.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The front desk manager is such a clueless person. Her attitude. Poor management of time. Promises and lack of accountability is astonishing. If you want what your promised or someone that will make it right, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Run!

I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business -Harvey FirestoneScheduled an appointment @9am and its now 13:00, I am still waiting for service to be completed. I am wasting an entire Friday because this location is not fulfilling their organization core value. A honest answer explaining Fridays are super busy is all I needed to hear.I had no problem rescheduling just to avoid this craziness.Current mood-Firestone has been Waisting Humans precious time Since 1926-Hopefully this review is helpful-

Something was wrong with my phone and I couldn't pull up a promo code and the guy was super helpful and gave me it anyways!! When you're on a crunch for money every dollar counts and I was so happy! Also I went there and they were done in less than like 20 minutes it was pretty much amazing. As always, they topped off all my fluids and filled up all my tires and cleaned all my windows. And if my car was clean enough for them to vacuum, they would have vacuumed. thanks dudes and one lady!

Horrible experience here. Made an appointment for an oil change, and got here, and they still said it would take a MINIMUM of 3 hours . 3 hours for an oil change?? When I have an appointment??? And they couldn t even call to tell me they were backed up? The staff were also extremely rude. Will not be returning.

Great job fixed the leak right and fairly quick. If they wouldn't have placed the scissor jack on my passenger leather seat. Would have been a 10.

Took my vehicle in for a --what should have been -- quick repair on a failing u-joint. I was told it would be ready the day after I dropped it offAfter dropping it off and waiting until late the next day, I called to check on the status. Was told the only mechanic who could work on it routinely has the day off. Not complaining about him having time away from work, just that he clearly doesn't work on this day and as such I shouldn't have been told my vehicle would be ready. No big deal ultimately, just have to wait another 24 hrs.The next day I receive a call that my vehicle is ready, and I can come get it. I live nearby, so I walk over, get the car and take it home. Feels fine. Seemed as though they fixed the issue.Wake up and go to work the next morning. (72hrs after dropping it off, less than 12 hours since I picked it up). Get there without any incident, and thought my troubles were over. Leave work, heading home and happy to have my off-roader back and ready for the weekend. Get on the highway, and the moment I start getting up to speed (55MPH) the "repair" joint breaks and the vehicle grinds to a hault. Power lost, traffic flying up behind me. I get off to the side and call Firestone to inform them they've put my passengers and my own life at risk with their improper repairs. They offer to cover towing and the repair, though "every tow shop isn't answering" so I have to figure out towing on my own, or wait for tomorrow for the closed towing shops to open the next day, leaving my vehicle SOL on the side of 285.I found towing within 5 minutes and got it over to Firestone again. It's now going to be another 24 hours before my vehicle is "ready". After more thoroughly going through the receipt I see they've failed to perform and record the post inspection as well as reinspection on the first repair, so by ready, I mean ready to move to another, more experienced and trustworthy mechanic. After all was said and done, Firestone had to send my vehicle to Rocky Mountain Drive Line for a full rebuild, because they are incapable of doing the job properly the first time. The money is not the issue--though this place is more expensive than most other shops around-- Firestone has put put my and my passengers lives at risk due to (as far as the receipts show) complete negligence.A hard lesson learned.

Made an appointment for an alignment, when i arrived I was told they wouldn't get to it that day and to leave it overnight, which i couldn't do. I was then told i should have brought it earlier in the day, despite them calling me to set the appointment. If i needed to bring it in earlier, why would they suggest the time i scheduled for? I've been here once before and the service was barely adequate. Convenience and proximity to my home will no longer lead me to this business.Service: Wheel alignment

Overall, good attitudes from staff. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and they let me leave with the slip cover not completely on. I had to pull over to find that out myself then turn around back to the shop. They said they fixed it again, but the slip cover was still missing pieces. Probably won t be coming back, but decent services.
