Yeppa yeppa amigos. I go here regularly for my vehicle's maintenance and repair. I drove off empire Nissans lot with a used car. That experience in itself was not a good one but their parts and repair department is top notch. Especially if you like to keep the same car company working on your vehicle.They offer nice price bundles of oil changes and tire rotations. Especially if you are constantly paying for the maintenance. It may be a good look. My used car came pretty beat up on the inside. The prior owner abused this beautiful vehicle, But their parts department helps me defeat this by offering replacement parts. You can get new tires and awesome, helpful people.

We arrived at 1pm and were told our car would be done by 2:30. The service department continued to lie to us and tell us the car was almost done. Then, when it was well past 2:30, the department informed us they hadn t even started on our vehicle yet. Not only was this a huge waste of time, but it could have been avoided with honest communication. We will not be bringing our Nissan back to this dealership because we cannot trust that they will be respectful of our time or provide accurate and honest updates on our vehicle.

Bought a used vehicle got exactly what I was looking for just wanted an AWD SUV lone and be hold there was a rogue and it was fully loaded with tow package and premium sound couldn't have found a better pick on my own and shout to chase for walking me through the process and checking up on me I am absolutely thrilled he did a great job even though I was being some what difficult as a first time car buyer I couldn't be happier come and ask for chase when you need a knowledgeable helping hand thank you again Nissan team!

Nicholas did an amazing job diagnosing my car after an awful experience I had with a body shop not correctly fixing my car. He really helped me clear things up with my Insurance company and is just such a great guy overall! I will 100% be staying with the Nissan family and this dealership as I search for a new vehicle because of Nicholas.

Sold me a defective Alternator and didn t have a replacement in stock. Said it was backordered and didn t have a timeframe on when it would arrive. Waited a couple of weeks and they still didn t have it. Had to buy a new one from a parts store. They wouldn t let me return the defective one and wouldn t return my calls. Horribly unprofessional.

Any business can claim excellent customer service as a priority, but these guys ACTUALLY practice excellent customer service! Jacob (service manager), Ty ( best tech EVER) and Nick ( great tech with a GREAT attitude!) Are the dream team when it comes to quality work,top notch customer service, and winning attitudes every day! Give these guys your business, you won't regret it!! I am busy and this show up whenever does not work for me need to schedule things. Weird that you have to fight them to take your money? I mean we all know it's overpriced anyway, and they don't always do the work they bill you for. Oh well like your tech said Grease Monkey is better, so that is where I will go take my money.

Only place I will bring my 18 Nissan Rogue. No appointment necessary for oil changes, first come first served. Ryan was my service advisor and was super helpful in an efficient transmission replacement as well.

I made an appointment for this place on either Friday or Saturday for Tuesday (today). I rented a car and an airbnb thinking my car would be in the shop for a few days! I received two texts confirming my appointment and when I called today to be late because of the snow they said that I did not have an appointment and questioned why I would bring my car there if it was not purchased from there and not a Nissan. I googled Japanese car repair near me and this location popped up as Service Department UNLESS you scroll down and in tiny print it says located at Lakewood Nissan. So I called, told them my problems, what I drive, and the guy did not hesitate to help but today was a different story.

Been having transmission issues and finally brought it into Nissan. Ty was extremely helpful and communicative during the entire process and got me in and out without any hassles. I had been taking my vehicle for repairs elsewhere for years but will use this service dept moving forward.

My 2019 Armada had some issues starting and Ty Campbell and team were professional and quick fixing the issues and getting me back on the road all under warranty! I'll be back.

AMAZING FAST SERVICE. They quickly helped us out when we had roadkill stuck under are car, we truly thought this was going to ruin our trip to Ohio but this has been the highlight.

Tried upselling me then tried over charging me for a simple oil change. Acted dumb when confronted. Go somewhere your business and hard earned dollars are treated with respect.

I bring my 2019 nissan pathfinder on March for regular service and the technician leave the air filter open my car stop working and I spend money from my pocket to pay tow truck
