I made a appointment for just a oil change, and waited for almost 3 hours. When I dropped it off,they said the technician wasn't busy and would get it done quickly.My bow tie was laying on my council when i picked it up. You would think they would of glued it back on when they slammed my hood to make it fall off.Service: Oil change

Last repair order they ever get from me bad place. Lots of lies no updates on repairs. Better service at taco bell. Oh and i never threatened anybody. You can take that off my account. It states when i check in wirh service screen says do not work on his vehicles.Good luck

Just fantastic! I've had other problems with dealer service, but Emich is great! Service was taking a little bit while I was waiting and Victor came and checked in on me and let me know. Fantastic communication. Easy to schedule, always positive, great communication!

Car in shop with multiple issues. Transmission (cover by warranty) gasket, hose replacements and a shock. In the shop for three weeks. Text yesterday to pickup vehicle. Left work early. Dropped rental.Picked car up and within 5 miles check engine came on.Have to start over I guess!

My family and I have been patronizing Emich for 30 years. Joe in service has taken especially good care of me. When the radiator in my 2014 Silverado had a leak several years back and needed replacement outside of warranty, Joe got GM to provide the replacement free of charge to me; I just had to pay the labor. Cut the cost in half. Pricing always seems fair and without unnecessary markups. Work is always done right the first time. I attribute the longevity of my truck to the quality of the build, my care of it, and of course the great service and relationship I have with the service department. I hope to be able to continue this relationship over the long haul with this truck and future ones!

The service and work done here are quite good. Kade is a solid advisor. 3 stars because they charge a premium for any work done. Tempting to go elsewhere because the prices are so high but it's semi comforting to have the dealership where I bought the truck do the work.

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience at Emich Chevy service dept. They had my car for 2 weeks. the service writer NEVER once called me. The tech who said he worked on my car, DID NOT do what I asked him to do. He ignored my requests. They charged me $210. for NOTHING. I thought Emich had a good reputation, but my experience was TERRIBLE DO NOT take your vehicle there for service. You'll have a bad experience.

We bought 2 cars there so far and there s No where else we would go. Marc and Angel were so patient and so helpful! They were so dedicated and made everything such a smooth process for us.We also only use their service department when it comes to our vehicles because they are so reliable and trustworthy.

Told me I had a leak in my radiator that 3 other mechanics verified I did not. Wanted $1400 wrapped in my loan to pay for something I 100% did not need. Do not recommend for service department.

Bought a used 2018 suburu forrester drove it for 4 days then the transmission blew. Cost me 5000 to get it driving again and still haven't made my first payment on the car. That's just the facts. they probably didn't know it had transmission had issues, but the transmission blew anyways.

needed front end work done, the part was not available at your warehouse, but Joe at Emich on Wadsworth was great and follow up finding me the part for my car. I have an older car but very low milage and I have always taken care of it. So when Joe was able to work with GM to get the part, this was really great customer service. I bought my car at this dealership, and they have been good about every visit, but this one was up and beyond so thank you and to Joe.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my 2015 Corvette in for an oil change. I made the appointment over the phone. The gal that set up the appointment was very pleasant. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was greeted by Scott, one of the service advisors. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the Corvette. He got the vehicle in and out in a very timely manner and I was extremely pleased with the service. The final bill was even less than I was expecting. I will certainly return for further service needs. I called another Chevrolet dealership, (JOHN ELWAY) which is much closer to my home and was quoted $83.00 more for the same oil change. Scott and Emich will get all of my future Corvette needs. Scott is definitely an asset to the Emich organization.

Terrible service. Took my car in for an Ac diagnostic test and oil change. Once I received verbally the condition of my ac and price, I postponed the fix and proceeded with thr oil change. When I checked out, I didn't even receive a sheet normally In diagnostics what other things are wrong with the car; it would have red, yellow, green boxes when an oil change or things that need to be done The guy who attended looked new. Once I got the keys I saw the tire light on and approached the man who was behind the counter again and I said why is the light on? He's like your tire sensors need replacement, I asked, why wasn't I told this when they ran the diagnostic test. He responded, you werent here and didn't ask for it. That was the most ignorant, lazy remark ever. This is not my first time I came to the dealer and if I pay $200 for a diagnostic test regardless as to why I requested this diagnostic , I should be notified of other things that are requiring repair in the my car. I turned around and left. I've been a chevy owner for over 40 years and I will never come back to this dealer.

Purchased a car (used) over 9 months ago. I was very happy with the car. The price was right, great sales person and the finance process was smooth. Fast forward too a week ago and all of that changed because of the customer service after the sale. All I can say, get it in writing..

On-site experience: excellent! The amenity is good, the staff are welcoming and very knowledgable. This part deserved a 5-Star review!However, the online experience is still lacking on following up with customer. I scheduled an oil change and a transmission diagnostic appoinments back to back on the same day. When I replied to the confirmation email saying that my appointments were intentional, not accidentally booked twice, no one replied back nor to tell me transmission appoinments were not available until mid september. I was only told so by the service rep when I arrived there. This is also the 2nd time it happened. The first time was when I chatted with service rep online, and was told they would follow up with me via email, but no email ever arrived in my inbox.Service: General repairs & maintenance

During our travels from California to Colorado towing a trailer with our truck the brake controller failed. Despite it being 3pm, Austin went out of his way to help me and my family. He took us in same day and fixed our vehicle allowing us to continue our trip. Austin is a credit to your store and should be recognized for his excellent customer service. Made a Saturday afternoon appointment to get the oil changed in my Corvette. Scott, the service advisor, was there to greet me and check me in. They got right on it and it was done in less than an hour. I sure appreciate the Saturday service "overtime" as it was a more relaxing experience for me. David
