I went in 2 days ago to look at tires and to see if they had the tires I wanted in stock. They said they could order them, but as I was in a hurry to get new tires I asked the associate (Grant) if they had any tires that were comparable to the ones I wanted originally. He showed me a lot of great options and then we stumbled upon the ones that he highly recommended. Grant was very knowledgeable about these tires and let me know that there was a rebate that I could participate in and gave me all of the necessary info I needed. I just got my brand new tires put on yesterday and I couldn t be happier. The service was extremely fast so I was pleased with that. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, I really appreciate a company like that! Also big thank you to Grant for really helping me in my decision to get tired that would allow me to feel safe driving in all types of weather!!

I had my vehicle taken in to inspect it for some loud sounds. My car was diagnosed. An estimate was given that I thought reasonable. The mechanics worked on my car then said that they didn't have all the parts needed to complete the repair. Which I understood. They said that it would take a few days to receive the parts and complete the repair. I had no issues with that but it did not take a couple days. It took two weeks. I was left without a car for weeks with no updates on where the part was until I had to call the shop several times. Once the repair was complete, the price of the work went up by several hundreds of dollars. So I paid more than what I was quoted and also spent money on renting a car to get to work during that time. To make matters worse, the noise returned hours after picking up my car. I called the shop on the weekend to inform them. They offered to look at my car again. They said that they had fixed something that they thought was the cause of the noise but wasn't. Instead of correcting their mistake, they tried to charge me over $900 to order the correct part and to fix what was actually damaged (rear differential). So basically this shop took my money, fixed what was easiest for them, then magically found that twice work that needed to be done after getting paid. What crooks! Please be careful with these guys.

Breck and Allen are the best! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation when they identified why I had a check engine light and replaced that part. Something that the dealership was unable to pinpoint and probably would have charged me a lot more for the repair. They treated my dog great too.

Joseph and the scheduling team inside the store were all amazing! Joseph said he was going to take care of me and he did. What a truly great, professional man. The guys inside the office/store gave me so much helpful advice & information on all of my questions. They were such a pleasure to hang out with. Professional, courteous, genuine and caring. I wish had got their names but you would know by the date and time I was there getting a hole fixed on my tire, Wednesday, Dec 27th at 2pm. I will be back for tires, when needed, and other services. Finding my car team is a bit like finding a good primary care doctor. I am loyal to a fault. Thank you!!!!

I was on my way home when I suddenly got a high temp alarm on my car. The last thing I needed was more automotive trouble. I was able to get home, and immediately called Big O Tires in Lakewood on Union just off Alameda. I explained my problem and they said they would be able to get me in that afternoon. I made it in, and their mechanic told me that the electric cooling fans were shot and would need to be replaced. To make a long story short, Big O mechanics were able to replace the fans same day, and for a lot less than I expected. Because of their professionalism, I was able to make it into work later that evening, so I didn't have to dump a shift. I have relied on Big O for tires, brakes, shocks, struts, oil changes etc., and all my mechanical needs as they have a crew of well trained technicians who take pride in doing a job well done. They took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done, with a very accurate estimate, and I must say I have always been impressed with their professionalism. So if you ever need top quality work done on your car with professionals who have earned my trust, then I highly recommend Big O Tires in Lakewood on Union Ave. Just off Alameda. Bravo Zulu guys.

They immediately gave me a walk in appointment the same day and informed me all that needed fixed. They made it so I could pay for half of the need work and make payments for the rest.I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Mr. Breck Howard was very warm and friendly. I will inform my friends also of how much it was a positive experience. Thank you Big O Tires.

Have a weird tire size and needed a quick turn around (205/55r17 live in Denver work in evergreen, drive to summit 2x a week).I went in person to order around noon. They said they could get it done by EOD-dumb luck. I showed up first thing in the AM next day for install and i was done in 30 min or less.Kind, respectful and informative.Helps to be there when the have the staff and availability to get it done quickly so be kind to everyone.

I had a flat tire and Joseph helped me. He was amazing and his customer service is off the chains. I felt like a valued customer for the undivided attention he gave me. I will be back to shop for my other vehicles needs. I will be back because of him!

A very big (overdue) thank you to Breck at Big O Tires for getting me set up with some new snow tires on short notice! I did some comparisons for quotes online and found Big O to have competitive pricing, I scheduled an appointment online and very quickly after that got a call from Breck. He said that the didn't have the tires in stock, but would get them to the store the very next morning for me! I was so grateful for the customer service since I wanted the snow tires on my car before a big storm that weekend. The snow tires definitely saved the day this past MLK weekend, and I will 100% be back for more service at this location.Thank you Breck! :)

I was on my way out of town when my Jeep alerted me I had a flat. I wasn t too far from the Lakewood location so I drove straight there. By the time I arrived, I had lost another 6 lbs. of pressure. Breck and the team told me to pull right up to the bay and they d help immediately. They quickly diagnosed it was a cracked wheel and the tire wasn t damaged. They put my spare on and had my wheel repaired in a few days. They even kept my tire while it was getting repaired. I highly recommend this shop! They dealt with my problem with urgency and went out of their way by keeping my tire and remounting it for me after the wheel was repaired.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone, the people that work here are the worst. I called to ask if I could leave my car overnight because it had a nail in the front one and it was supposed to be cold the morning of my appointment and it made me nervous to drive on, I got all 4 new tires. They said yes no problem bring it over. So I dropped my car off during open hours. The employee Grant is the one that checked in my car. As I was leaving I walked out with Grant so he could get the information from my vehicle to finish the check in for the appt. My ride got there at the same time so I left Grant sitting in my car. The next day I pick my car up from my 8 am appt at 1 pm. I take it next door to fill it with gas and start cleaning the random trash out of my car, only to realize my very full car I dropped off was completely empty, it looked like a crime scene. I called back to ask if there was any reason they would need to clear my car out for my service. They immediately mentioned I left my car overnight and maybe I left it unlocked and they would check the videos because they did not take the stuff out of my car. While I am waiting for them to look at the video we call back in to let them know I did not leave my car unlocked because Grant was still inside my car as I was leaving the property. Whoever I spoke to at this time said that the tech let them know the doors were unlocked when he went to get my car to start the service, this fact was never brought up to me or even mentioned until I escalated all of this, yet I am still be blamed. I eventually get a call back from Grant later that day saying it looks like someone cleaned your car out around 3 am. He then said and I quote "it takes him a couple seconds to get into the car so we are not sure how he got in." I asked to be sent the video which they do. In the video you see a homeless guy who looks sketched out looking back and forth a couple times before clearly just opening my unlocked car. The door was not damaged in any way and the video has sound and no lights blinked, no alarm went off. Grant did not offer a solution to this problem let alone an apology. After not hearing anything from them after this we called in Monday the following week asking to speak to the manager. Who said that it is not their liability because I left my car over night. I agreed with him that it would not have been their liability if they had not left my car unlocked. Still not a single apology. He then gave me the email to his manager that I reached out to and have not heard back from. I forgot to mention that my tire pressure light was still on when I picked my car up so the service was not even completed well. I hate people that leave bad reviews but I literally got robbed and then told we do not care what else am I to do?

This is the first time i have visited a Big O. I decided to give them a shot. They had a great buy on a specific tire i had been looking at for a couple months. Now, after completing a transaction/ experience there i will always return for future tire needs. Breck and his staff were wonderful! They got me in and completed my service well before my scheduled time. Overall just a great experience! Thank you Breck and Team!

I recently came into get my 2015 Jeep Rubicon some new tires. I had mud terrain tires originally and we wouldn't have great traction in the snow. I went into Big O and spoke to Devin about what our options were to make sure we would be safe in the snow and offroading.Devin was incredibly knowledgable and took the time to walk us through a multitude of options to find the perfect fit for our needs. He answered all of my questions and was incredibly patient with me. He recommended some Mickey Thompsons which we love.I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received not only with Devin but with the other staff that worked there as well. I will be recommending this Big O specifically to my contacts who have questions or need anything tire related. Thank you!

My low tire pressure came on, and upon inspection I found the head of a nail in the treads of one of my tires. I called several places, and being that it was late Friday afternoon, no one could see me. I talked with Devon at Big O and he was able to get me in immediately. Good news is the nail didn t actually puncture the tire, so no charge for anything except the tire rotation. I was extremely pleased with their service, and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour. Thank you for your help!

As a tire tech there I would say that the management is good understanding people that have knowledge vehicle tires and will point you in the right direction. And the back end of the ship there is a crew that will and can get you and car wearing tires the proper way and one of the best mechanics I've seen in action handling dam near everything else. And I'm just a HVAC installer that is killing time working there. So I hope you stop in and see what we can do for you.

I went to this location to get my tires, that I had shipped to me, installed and they were literally twice the price of another Big O a few miles away. The previous time I went, I had all four tires swapped for $10 more than they are charging for one now....what the heck happened?Edit: My reply to Big O Union's Reply: Nothing to discuss... I call your store and ask how much and you say $45 a corner. I call the BIg O on Colfax....and they say $27 a corner. I call Discount Tire and they say $22 a tire. I call Walmart and its $18 a tire. I needed some tires installed on 18" rims about 2 months ago and it was $65 a corner... Discount did it for $100...so...April of 2022, I had 4 of the exact same tires on same size rims installed on one of my other vehicles for $59.88 (I looked it up) at this location. So what changed?Had it at 2 stars at least...but unhelpful response gets it dropped to 1 star.

My review below was a year ago and I gave my rating 5 stars. However, today, I am giving my review 1 star. As my prior review says, I've been bringing my vehicles to this location for the past 4 years and have always had a pleasant and quick experience.I called prior and made an appointment for today at 11 am for an oil change. I arrived at 10:50 and Graham told me all the bays are full. No mention that the wait may be a little longer etc. I could clearly see it was busy. At 12:01 my car finally got pulled into the bay. I patiently waited for my car to be done. Gabe brought in my keys and set on the counter where the Manager Breck was and my keys sat there unacknowledged for several minutes. He finally called me up to check out. After waiting an hour OVER my appointment time, I received no thank you for your patience, thank you for waiting etc.This is the first time my car has ever taken more than 30 minutes for an oil change. I asked if there was any kind of courtesy discount for waiting so long even though I made an appointment and Breck told me oil changes take 2-3 hours. He told me mine took 1.5 hours, I did good! I asked Breck what was the point of making an appointment if I'd be waiting just as long whether an appointment was made or i walked in. No response.....I felt Breck didn't care if I was an unhappy customer or not and there was zero effort trying to ensure I left a happy customer. Managers prior would always apologize for the delay or give a courtesy discount if there was any delay and just overall provided great customer service.Breck needs some additional Customer Service training, especially if he's a Manager. A simple apology for the longer than usual wait would have been sufficient.I spoke with Gabe, who did my oil change outside to ask him a quick question regarding my car. He was very helpful and I expressed my dissatisfaction of my experience with Breck and Gabe was apologetic and tried to make the situation better. I appreciated him listening to me and trying to make the situation better. Gabe told me that Breck just got back from his Dad's funeral (I had heard them talking about it in the lobby). I'm an understanding person, but this reason is not a good excuse for poor customer service.I was disappointed with how I was treated by the Manager of this store.The rest if the employees were all very professional and have always been nice and helpful.*****************************************I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for the past few years.I had called and spoke with Justin (the Manager) to see when I had last brought my vehicle in. He scheduled me right away. My appointment was at 4:30 and I was done and checking out just after 5pm. Justin, Samantha and Wes were very polite and professional. I will continue coming to this location for any further needs.

We had to get new tires & an alignment done on my car. The whole experience was really uneventful, which is a good thing. I made an appointment a few days in advance and when we showed up at our appointment time they were basically ready for us.I say they were "basically" ready for us because (and this is why I rated our experience with 4 stars instead of 5) when we got there we were told the whole process would take several hours. But we made an appointment? We're just getting new tires and an alignment, why is it scheduled for so long?In either case, the prices were competitive (better than Goodyear), the customer service was great and the product was as expected. We'd definitely be going back to this one in the future.

It was expensive and worth every penny! The dealer did not balance the snows I just purchased, plus I had a leak (flat) from a bad valve stem. Big O got me back on the road safely! Thanks Big O Tires!
