Best Mobile.Disappointed I didn t dive deeper into the legitimacy of this company before committing to them.My experience with them started with a $185 diagnostic charge. I called them at 4pm and they arrived at 10pm. The technician Carlton arrived in a slug bug (Not what I expect from a premium auto mechanic) looked at my 2006 Isuzu and in a matter of one minute diagnosed my truck wouldn t start because a defective ignition switch. I questioned how fast he diagnosed it and he said the sound my truck was making led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He let me know that the next day they can make the repair.8am the following morning I got a call from a technician stating he was grabbing the part and would arrive at 8:30am. 10am came around and I received another call from the same technician that he had trouble finding the part, he now had the part and was on the way. 11:30am came around and I called to see why was going on. They acted as if I was crazy and stated that they never said they were on the way and that my appointment was for 5:30pm. Completely wasted my day waiting for them to play games with me. I made sure I was back home by 5:30pm just to have my technician Carlton again arrive at 10pm.Carlton again showed up in his slug bug. A hand full of tools and no light. I had to loan him a light and help him as it appeared he had no clue how to remove the dash. At this point I m completely fed up with this company but I had paid them $557 for my ignition switch and $185 for my diagnostic.After he completed the repair the truck still made the same noise that led him to believe it was the ignition switch. He went under the hood, did something and now the truck started. I asked him what he did to make the truck start, his response banged on a couple of relays . I asked him to show me proof of some sort of test to show me that the ignition switch was the problem and that it was now fixed. His response the truck starting is the only test you need . What a joke of a technician.The next day of course my truck wouldn t start, when I reached out to Jen the supposed manager about where my situation was she responded with another $557 quote for a starter and said her technician made the mistake of not diagnosing the started and the ignition switch.They broke my dash, took advantage of me, won t own up to their misdiagnoses and now refuse to give me my money back. This company is a sorry excuse for a mechanic. As I now dig into their reviews I see people claiming they never left them the great reviews they advertise, people expressing the same frustrations as I have. Can't say enough good things about this company. I was in a bind needing to get an inspection on a new vehicle prior to purchase, and was having a hard time finding someone local who was able to provide the services needed quickly. Spoke to Zach first thing this morning and he was able to get out same day to get the inspection completed prior to us purchasing the vehicle this evening.Zach was friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable with his follow up and inspection report. It's hard to find companies that you can trust (especially same day) but I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Zach and the team. Will absolutely use them again and will refer anyone I know needing similar work done.Thank you!!

If I could give zero stars I would. He came several times to do work on our trucks. And every time he touched our trucks they came back with more issues. He is a scammer. Don t do business with this guy. He also charged us for hours he wasn t there. We monitored with our security cameras and he arrived late or left early and still billed 2-3 hours more than he actually worked.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

These guys are amazing . Did a huge job on my duramax , communicated very well and were always checking on me to make sure i was in the know. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I ll definitely be using them in the future AND highly recommend them !thank you guys!

I was hoping to be one of the good reviews on here but unfortunately experienced some of the worst communication in a business I have ever experienced. I was told multiple times the they could get me a diagnostic check for my check engine light that evening. After having to fight to get a response from them at all I was told over the next several hours that someone would be coming in 25 min, then 30 min. I canceled any plans I had for the evening and waited patiently, only to never hear from them again that evening. Don't tell a customer you will be able to fit them in/check their car when you apparently have no intention of actually showing up. Luckily I found a different excellent mechanic that has surpassed all expectations in contrast.

My radiator and temp gauge went a couple Sundays ago on our way home from work. These guys were more than super helpful. They came out to our car where we were stuck and it happened to be just a few miles from the shop. They got us in really quick and it was such a good price for the quality of their work. Had some questions after we left and they were able to answer easily. We have some more work we'd like to get done on our car and we're definitely coming back here to get it done!!! We had Wes helping us for the most part, but the work they all did was great.

I don't recommend this business for roadside assistance. I waited 2 hours for no one to show up after they assured me several times they were "on their way", "we will be there in less than 10 minutes". I canceled and called another mobile service that was there within 15 minutes of my call.You might have better luck just going to their shop, but I wouldn't know since someone else has earned my business. I hope they don't waste your time like they did with me.

Just had the best experience with a young lady from your company. She gave me a comprehensive inspection and let me know I was in need of vital fluids and a tire replacement. I support women led companies and applaud this company s initiative. WILL BE REFERRING TO EVERYONE I KNOW!

Thank you for making this already stressful situation less stressful. I was panicking at 1st but after talking to Zach he completely reassured me. They had my ignition switch fixed and made sure I was safe. The aftercare follow up has been a true gem. Thank you Best Mobile team!

This place is awesome. The staff here is on point . Work gets done and at a great timely manner. Thank you guys for your quick responses and great attitudes. The lady who assisted me on the phone was so nice and so accommodating. Again thank you all at Best mobile for this experience. I will be back for sure and will tell all my friends or anyone in need about you guys.

They went over and beyond to help with my F250. I had a mobile company give me an outrageous estimate. These guys were truly professional and even had a female tech performing the inspection. Very well rounded. Thank you Best Mobile!

1st time using a service like this and you guys made it exceptional! I ll never go to a traditional shop again. Saved me so much money! Amazing job guys!EDIT: I did not leave this review. I do not know how this review got on my google account. I ve never heard of this company. I would be suspicious of the legitimacy of any positive reviews on this business.

I cannot say enough good things about Zach and Wes at Best MBL...these guys are the express definition of great customer service! They not only promptly solved my car issue, but went out of their way to save me money. I will be a lifelong fan and will most certainly be a return customer!~

My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon, and these guys were the only ones I could get to even take a look at it. Man, am I glad I did! Not only did Wes come to my house (super convenient), but he was super knowledgeable about Subarus, and he genuinely seemed like he was trying to save me money. I was expecting a mobile mechanic to be twice as expensive as a shop, but they ended up being much less expensive. I will definitely be calling these guys again when we need help!

I had my vehicle serviced at a local Walmart and shortly after I started having mechanical issues. I decided to have a professional take a look at it.I called best mobile and booked my appointment very easily for that evening. Sean was the mechanic who came out to see my vehicle. He discovered what was wrong within 3 minutes and fixed it on the spot, what excellent service! Very satisfied with my experience, would recommend this company to all. 5 stars! :)

I came in to get my vehicle inspection updated and the guy inside were fast. But Zach, the gentleman who inspected my vehicle really made my experience incredible! Please keep him around! I always want to see his smile!

Used their Auto pre-check service a month ago and had great response, so I tried them again. This time I paid my $120 have not yet received any reports and cannot get in contact with anyone. (recording says their VM has not been set up, but I was able to reach them a month ago.) Do not use their services as their practices are so inconsistent. I'm going to see if I can get my CC charges refuted as I did not receive anything for my $$$ and will probably loose this car to another buyer.

Called these guys and they initially didn't have time to check on my car that day, but when I told them it was an emergency they prioritized me in their day. They arrived about two hours after my first phone call and when it turned out nothing was wrong, they knocked a chunk of the diagnostic fee off my bill for me. Very nice folks.

My AC was not cooling properly on my secondary (work) vehicle, 2015 VW Passat. I took it to the dealer and was advised the repair would be over $1200, Best Mobile was able to provide mobile repair services at my home for significantly less. The repair was very time efficient and the technician was professional and polite, answering any questions I had about the repair. How does anyonwe get a reponse from these guys. My husband tried for 2 and a 1/2 weeks via emIl and text as we were told, got the bid but never the invoice for deposit to get on the schedule. No response after the invoice was sent. Did they die? Are the still in business? Who knows, no reply

Uncommunicative and unhelpful. My car broke down and I was told that they could help me. I waited a solid 2 hours for someone to arrive to fix my car. They charged me $65 to read codes, even though I had already done so with my own reader and communicated this to them. Then I was told they needed to go back to the shop to give me an estimate and they could be back in 2 hours to fix the car. Never got a call from them with the estimate, and after calling multiple times with promises of someone getting back to me I was told that they had taken another job 30 minutes away and they may be able to get to me in another 2 hours, and someone would call me to let me know. Nothing. Again I called and called. And was eventually told that they didn't have the parts to fix my car and they could get to it tomorrow. So after waiting all day long beside my car, after they told me they could help me today, I wasted $65 and a massive amount of time. And my car still isn't fixed. The only person who was helpful, and the only reason I found any thing out at all was Janicee.

I called on Friday 5-3-19 to make an appointment for them to come look at my truck on Monday 5-6-19. I text them my info after a brief phone conversation with them saying they will get in touch to schedule. I received no phone call. I called again Friday afternoon and again, I was told ill get a phone call to schedule. Still no phone call. I ended up calling another mobile mechanic to have my truck fixed. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but i had to, to post the review

Best Auto?? Are you joking? They are the worst automotive service I have ever dealt with. They are not knowledgeable about automotive repairs. If you have young kids, your 3-year-old daughter would better repair your automobile than these so-called mechanics. I hired them to fix my SUV that would not start. Over a thousand dollars later, it still does not start. This was after paying a $185 diagnostic charge. My mechanic named Will had no clue as to what was wrong with my vehicle. He guessed several times and was wrong each time which cost me money. They are also nonpunctual. They will set an appointment time but not show up. They also require a deposit before making you an appointment. Red Flag number 1. If they don t show up, they already have your money. They will only communicate by email or text. This should have been my Red Flag number 2. I asked for a written warranty document for the work he had done. He left my home without providing it and never came back. Please do not use these worthless mechanics! Update - They could not show my bank that they actually did work on my SUV so my bank refunded to me the money that I had paid out to them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Worst company I ever worked with. Doesn't complete promised work. Messed up billing. no communication. They are a nightmare. I promise your money is better spent anywhere else. This is probably the only negative review I have ever left of any company but these guys are so bad!!After your reply I have called 2x texted once and emailed and no reply? Come on! This is crazy

Oh where oh where to begin. To make a long story short, not a single thing went smoothly when dealing with this company. Needed a Sunday night emergency diagnostics done since everyone else is closed. Now it is Tuesday 12:30 and I have still yet to receive my diagnostics report or the scheduled repair. Tried calling about 20 times in those 2 days and every time was told 20-30 minutes. My advice is to just take your car to an established well known mechanic. Not worth the risk!

My starter went out on my 2001 Lexus the day before I left on vacation OVER A MONTH AGO and after having multiple mechanics down to attempt to replace it after it had already been taken out it seemed like all hope had been lost. I got a hold of these guys and they finally got the job done. They were funny and friendly. I would say the only thing they need to work on is communication but overall they're great :).Thanks again guys!

I'm very satisfied with the service they provide,My work truck broke down Saturday morning so I called many mobile mechanics and their response was we will wait until Monday. When I called Best mobile auto & diesel the owner was very helpful and had a mechanic out with in 45min of my phone call.The mechanic was great and very knowledgeable he took care of the issue.I highly recommend best mobile auto & diesel for any inconvenience you might have.Thanks guys!.

Called this company in the morning to schedule a repair for mobile. Took off work to wait for them, said they would come and fix my vehicle. They stopped responding and when I reached out they said I live too far. I gave my location when I first called and they never said I was too far.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Had a tough headlight to replace for an inspection. Usually do this stuff myself but hadi no tools. They were handy and the mechanic removed the bumper and worked 20 minutes and got it fixed. Great team They get 5 stars from me
