I ve been a number of Autozone across the country . This one is top 5 worse , besides the attitude of the manager on duty ( at least the third person wearing a name tag that said Manager) Demetri I believe his name was they have absolutely no clue as to what autozones policy is or the parts they carry. I do not know why exactly someone would feel entitled simply because they work at an autozone but I m not impressed . In fact I will take my business anywhere else but autozone moving forward. From the store level 3rd string manager to customer service over the phone , all the way to the district manager level it is clear that customer service is the least of anyone s concern . Do yourself a favor and go down the street to oreillys or advance

One of the better Auto Zones I ve been too. Only complaint is the employee with the gold Jeep that continually parks in the handicap spot with no handicap plate or placard hanging from his window. Bothersome that an employee feels they can park in a spot like this and a company that doesn t address it.

Thank you Maria for being so helpful with my car battery! I thought it was failing on me because my battery light was on but it just needed to be cleaned, which she did for me. Very helpful and kind and professional!

Tina is a rock star. I watched her go out in the cold and help an old lady with her dead battery ALL with a big smile on her face. She helped me with a couple wiper blades, immediately after taking what sounded like a mean call from the other end. She let bad vibes from the call just wash off her like water off a duck's back and turned to me with a big and Very real smile. "How can I help you." Tina doesn't let the bad people get her down, which is huge in this world

I wanted one low beam bulb for my 2014 2500 Ram truck this moron tried up selling me to two bulbs I needed one bulb then went to a more expensive bulb past one that I picked out then couldn't tell me which bulb it was because they're two different plugs and had no idea how to figure it out

This place is great! They have helped me fix my car myself multiple times and saved a lot of money not having to take it into the shop. The prices on parts are good and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location

I went in the other day looking for some NGK spark plugs for my GSXR 600. Not only did they have them, but they had exactly 4 which is what I needed. And they were $4 a piece cheaper then the bike shop I usually get my stuff from. I forget the guy at the counters name,But he was super helpful. I asked him if he had any vacuum line and he let me go behind the counter in the back and showed me all the stuff he had to make sure that I got the right size. Now I call that high-quality customer service. If you ever in the Green mountain area and need Auto parts this is the place to go hands down.

Michael R was fantastic! He helped me check out my engine light after it threw some codes. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and quick! He got me in and out and showed me a great product to help with my problem. Amazing sales guy and this is why I come back to this Auto Zone and not other stores. These guys deserve a raise! They go above and beyond all the time and should be compensated more cuz they do so much! Tell your bossman your customers say so! We come back for the awesome associates! Keep it up guys! Y'all Kick A$$!!

The manager Adam really stepped up for us! After multiple days and attempts to get simple misunderstanding/purchase fixed that happened at 5495 W Colfax store I called Adam, shared what had happened and 10 minutes later he had it resolved. Thank you Adam! You're understanding, diligences and willing to help are very much appreciated!!!

I was helped by an associate I think named Geraldo I m sorry I forgot to double check but he was so nice and helped me fix my battery this morning in the cold. I m grateful this auto zone is nearby. every time I ve come in they have been so helpful.

This is probably a better than average AutoZone by my experience.A lot of people who go to these places regularly can appreciate the huge gaps in quality you will experience from place to place. Some workers are incredibly helpful and seem knowledgeable, and the opposite can also be true!But they offer pretty good service here. A solid four out of five star experience, almost five

The most helpful employees I've ever encountered. Had a horrible struggle with my disastrous license plate being stuck and the two employees worked so hard to help me out of a major jam. Kind, considerate, and thoroughly professional. Favorite AutoZone yet! So relieved and incredibly thankful!!!

My car died unexpectedly in the school parking lot and I had to wait 45 minutes for a jump start from AAA. They recommended I get the battery replaced ASAP, which I did. I drove straight to Auto Zone. Anthony got me the correct battery, got it installed, and got me $20 off all in the span of 10-15 minutes. Thanks for the fast and friendly service.

Was in and out in 5 minutes, associate was very helpful and even got confirmation from another when something was weird on the lookup screen in the case that it might have affected my car.

Probably the worst autozone Iv ever been to. Usually they are so apt and excited to help you. Not this place. They were lazy and not wanting to do anything. Don't bother even coming here to get your battery tested or even supporting this location. The manager a heavy man was absolutely useless. He did not even tell me we could do an alternator test. He just wanted to go back inside and look at the wall. Next door is O'Reillys auto parts and I went there after being snubbed by this place and they said everyone says the same thing about this autozone.O'Reillys helped me out and even gave me the correct tools to do the job unlike autozone which did nothing. Ended up needing a new battery and they got a sale. I'm not sure how autozone here is even operating considering their sad work ethic.

I live in Cherry Creek and have been to other AZ in my area and the experiences have been awful.I found this one because my office leased was in the lot next door and now I ONLY come to this AZ. All their staff is super knowledgeable and don t try and push anything on you, they re all very nice as well and if there s an answer they don t know, they ll find it for you.I know it s a bit out of the way for those in the Cherry Creek area, but if you re ever looking for a good AZ this location is by far the BEST one to go to.

One employee very very rude he acated like I was bothering him when I asked him if he could cut the tape on my rotor box so i could be sure I got the correct part. It got really ugly after that! I'll never be in that store ever again. By they way my purchase was $250.00
