I believe this is the one off Alameda and around Sheridan anyway they were awesome particularly Ruby!! I had looked up a part online but forgot to add the tax and was a little short on $ Ruby was awesome and helped me out with a coupon if not I would have had to come back another day and I came from the tiny town area specifically for that part which they had so thank you so much ruby you saved me a lot of driving and a huge headache!! You are awesome!! Good customer service is almost non existent these days but I'll be back here for sure just for that!!

I really loved my experience at this autozone. Jesus was really patient and efficient in helping me find the parts I need whether it was at their location or at another one. He called the other locations near me to double check my parts were there. The cleanliness and environment of this autozone was overall a 10/10.

This store is my go to autozone compared to the one on Wadsworth and Jewell. This store gives me a sense of peace knowing imma get great customer service and workers that want to help the guest get what they need. Save yourself the headache and go to this store. Not the one on wadsworth n jewell

Sunday is clearly the day to avoid going into Autozone . Trash customer service . No leadership. Overheard a guy on the phone calling another store talking about a customer and not to help the guy that he just told to go over to . Very unprofessional and petty

Came to the door four minutes before closing time and they had the door locked and five employees just stared atMe. Just needed some emergency Transmission fluid and was the only place supposed to still be open, thanks a lot guys.

Came to get my battery replaced, they said they could not because there was too long of a line. I went to O Riley s and they installed the battery that I bought at AutoZone for free. Taking my business to orileys from now on.

I love coming here, the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I can feel confident that every part I buy will fit and work, and if a special tool is needed, their loan tools program really helps.

This store is very knowledgeable. Steven was able to let me know what to expect and things to keep in mind for doing the timing chain on my car. Recommend extra parts that I didn t believe I needed that saved me later.

My only problem with this place is when i went into the store today to buy breaks, an employee told another employee that he had to change the music. That no mexican music is aloud anymore. And i immediately said that that was racist. Most of your customers are mexican including me and half your staff is mexican. Ridiculous.

I borrowed tools from 2 different locations but the associate that helped me at the assumed store made it smooth and easy. I got my job done and turned the tools back in same day and got my deposit back

Honestly, super great because they know there parts and how to help with different vehicle knowledge. Had to wait a while because of under staffing. And really they need more people buying parts. Their parts are not the cheapest and that's good because from my knowledge that their parts are original equipment manufacturer and quality matters. PLEASE SHOP HERE!

This particular store saved my butt this past Friday, being the only auto parts store open until 10pm. I needed battery terminals and/or posts, at 9:17pm and I had to drive from Golden in order to get my mobile-home mobile. A mobile home that isn't mobile is a studio apartment wherever it gets stuck at... Lol. Towable at that. No thank you. I digress....I had looked at all other stores including O'REILLY'S which all closed at 9 or in some cases, as early as 7:30pm.I strongly recommend making this location your home store and go to for all your automotive needs, albeit, for emergency situations or regular upkeep.

I came in for an exchange without a receipt. I had bought windshield wipers about 2 weeks ago. An Arctic storm had just came through most of the U.S. giving us a good bit of snow. They had me taken care of and damage exchanged my messed up one from the storm. I got a new one easily and quickly.

I needed to use the bathroom here. I was told it was public. Upon leaving the bathroom a male employee was standing outside the door and said "oh no,you got to go' I apologized and said I was told it was public. He then said"not for you" I was completely offended. I didn't dirty it and even used an air freshener. I have never been treated so bad. People like this man should not work in customer service

Im going to fully recommend shopping for car parts online moving forward. This place is full of Edgar cut kids who can't answer a single car part question. No customer service experience other than the ability to type car info into a computer, I can do that at home with no attitude and rude kid acting like he's being bothered from his social media time. I get AutoZone probably doesn't pay well enough to hire competent employees but geez can figure how to make it so don't leave your stores completely aggravated and with the right parts ?

Had an issue with a set of spark plug wire set. Quickly resolved by Adrian. Will drive a few extra miles for the great service. Thank you
