The gentleman who helped me went above & beyond! The battery I purchased with a 5 year warranty has now been replaced twice in 3 years, which seems unusual, but the staff here always do what they can to correct it & install it again for me. I don't recall his name, unfortunately, but he has a long beard & a redneck tattoo on his arm, thank you kind sir!

Matt is awesome, and I REALLY appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! From opening the door for me to helping me find the right taillight for my vehicle. Because of his phenomenal customer service skills, AutoZone now has me as a 'regular customer.' He was truly great and should get a raise!

I brought a battery in to be charged. The battery could not be charged due to the age of it. I asked the store associate how much I had to pay to have the battery recycled. The store associate explained to me that I would get a store credit: that AutoZone would actually pay me for the old battery. The store associate then checked the inventory to see if they had the battery I needed in stock. I could not believe how much the price of batteries has gone up. Wow!!A day later Stephen M. called me to see how my in-store experience was. I explained to him that I appreciated the honesty of the store associate in explaining AutoZone's policy in buying old batteries, but I could not believe how the price of vehicle batteries has risen. He notified me of a store promotion that could possibly save me a little bit on the battery in addition to the store credit.I have never had a retail store manager of any kind call me to see how my in-store experience was, and I was very appreciative of Stephen letting me know of a store promotion which would help me save a little more on the purchase. Truly exceptional customer service that I will not soon forget. I hope AutoZone corporate reads this review and recognizes Stephen M. for being an asset to the organization, and for training his employees on embracing the same characteristics of quality oriented customer service. Thank you Stephen and team. You are my go-to auto parts store from now on.

Battery went out in this below 0 weather. Jumped my car and went to AutoZone Auto Parts near me. There was another guy waiting to get a battery put in and lots of people coming out with container of windshield fluid.The employee helping the other guy with the battery told me that my battery was probably under warranty. I had no clue and would have paid $250 for a new battery. I called Stevinson and they said to bring it in and they would test my battery and replace if it failed. It failed and I got a new battery with a warranty for 4 years.But the main thing is the honesty of the employee and AutoZone Auto Parts.I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.I will now always go to that store and will be a loyal customer. This auto parts store is fantastic. Leslie greeted me and was so welcoming. Sean worked hard to find the right windshield wipers for my car, which was no easy task because Subaru likes to make things hard. Joseph installed them for me for free, despite the freezing cold and snowfall. They were all simply amazing!

These guys were great! My check engine light lit up and they gave me a diagnostic and some suggestions for free. Much better than Pep Boys nearby who told me it would be $100 and that they could get to it in 2 days.

Stephen & Celina are absolutely amazing! I needed to replace some batteries foe both of my Excursions, everything was covered under warranty and they made it simple and quick! Great service, super friendly, highly recommend....

The gentleman at this location was friendly and very helpful. If it wasn't for his fast customer service, I would have been walking around the store forever looking for something that I missed as I walked in.

I went to pick up a can of paint. The shelf had one left and it was priced at $9.99. got to checkout and it came up as $14.99. The associate went to the aisle with me to confirm it was the same skew. It was the SAME skew. She asked whoever her coworker was on how to address it and they only told me they can't change any price and the best they could do was give me 10% off of a price that was clearly labeled. They shrugged it off and said they must have missed a price change with no apology. I definitely will NOT be back.

Selena, manager in training was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind enough to do an exchange on some headlights after initially purchasing the wrong ones. This autozone isn't the closest one to my home but we will definitely return to this one knowing we'll get the help we need the first time thanks to Miss Selena

Save yourself the headache and drive 2 miles north to the Alameda AutoZone. This store is consist at providing poor customer service and lack of urge to help the customers. Alameda store is always on their game

Awesome store with awesome employees , went in to get new bulbs for my headlights on mine and my wife s car and they got me taken care of quickly but what really set them apart was the interaction with my 8 year old son and hooking him up with a diecast McLaren Car !!!! Store manager is awesome along with the store employees

This is probably the worst auto parts store in Denver by far There s a guy named Matthew who works there dude is an absolute joke knows nothing about auto parts and was on his phone the entire time I was in the store they never have cash drawers open and it s such an inconvenience for customers who pay with cash. I had to wait damn near 20 minutes just for brake cleaner. I appreciate the teenage girl that was assisting me she was kind she also had more knowledge than the older guy that worked there who seemed to be there longer than her I will not be going back to this establishment what a joke

The store manager, Stephen was very helpful today. I had a very dead and corroded battery and he helped me to remove the old one and install the new one, even cleaned the terminals off before putting the new one in. Thanks for the excellent service!

Mariah did a diagnostic test on my car and told me what the diagnostic test was saying on my car that is possibly could ve been the thermostat. For her age she knows what she s doing and I was impressed with how much knowledge she had on cars. I also dealt with Matt. He helped me with the antifreeze in my car and we noticed where the leak was coming from and he had determined by that leak that it was my water pump so he went back in the store and print it up what a water pump would cost for my car. I took it to the mechanic I deal with and let them know it was the water pump and sure enough it was the water pump. I was impressed with Mariah and Matt. They are truly good assets to the company.

My Mom was stranded with a dead battery near the store and Stephen, the store manager, helped her a ton. He was very kind, professional and down to Earth. He offered multiple solutions and related to us on a very friendly, mother-son level. Going forward, I'll go out of my way to head to this location for any car needs my wife and I may have. Highly recommended!

Stephen, who is the store manager, went above and beyond when I was stranded outside the store. I was pleasantly surprised that I received such excellent service from both he and Sean. In this day and age when so many store managers don't seem to care about the customer, Stephen made sure that I was taken care of. I would definitely go back again and very highly recommend this store.

Girls got too much attitude. Called on my way there, she says hold and hangs up. I show up, there are no customers just four employees chilling at the front. She put me on hold to chat with her colleagues. Got the wrong part, I call she says hold again, I said wait just a quick question, she got annoyed that I asked her for correct part number. Some kids just want to get paid to do nothing. I ll just order parts online or csk.

Unfortunately, I was stranded in Lakewood due to a dead battery (completely unplanned) and had another hour drive back home. Not only was I able to purchase another battery at an affordable price, but the men were able to save the day and replace it for me. Five stars isn t enough, they really saved my day!

Can I get a visual?No really, write down the part number if You need to and actually get back there and see if You truthfully have it in stock.This "review" applies to almost every part's store with employee's who do not meet expectation's.Spread the word and save us more time instead of slackin.Not a technical difficulty, technically not working..

Needed a new battery and they just handed me the battery and a toolbox to install myself in the parking lot without offering any help or instructions. I ve never installed a battery before and had to go back to eventually get someone to help me, even though there was only one other customer in the store
