Took a 1961 bubble top impala there. They said they worked on old cars and would love taking it in. They had it for 3 months. Put a thermostat in and cracked the intake. Tried to fix it with silicon. Put caps on the headers with silicon. Picked it up with $2000 bill. Died on the way home which is half mile away. Found massive leak in carburetor. Now having to fix all their mess ups. Never will recommend or trust them with a vehicle.

I've Spent a year searching the USA for my Dream car. Never would i have thought my Colorful state of Colorado offer me my 1990 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR. Larry at Auto Star was an amazing person to work with in making my purchase. These guys are amazing! i never give anyone 5 stars, but i really cant give them anything less than 5 stars, They do outstanding work, i mean top notch , Larry is amazing to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and they bend over backwards to help. Ill never take my exotic cars anywhere else.

Our car broke down over 20 miles from our home. We did not have a Automotive shop that we normally worked with. Our parents and brother-in-law both recommended Auto Star USA. We had our car towed to the shop on a Saturday night without notice to the owner. Auto Star treated us with respect and care. They double check the cost with us several times and had our car fixed in 1 business day. The price was amazing and the service was outstanding. We are very happy to have found an honest and reliable Automotive shop to care for our vehicles. J. Fox

An honest auto repair shop. Doesn't jack up the price of parts and does not overcharge for repairs like auto dealerships.

Larry and Walid are incredible business owners. They were so generous with their time, even coming to my house to try and remedy the issue from my driveway. My car would not start, and they were helpful, communicative, quick and affordable. They helped get my car to the shop, diagnosed and repaired within the day. I feel super fortunate to live nearby for all my future car needs. Thanks again!!

I have been using Larry as my mechanic for years and I have to say Larry and his team are the only people I trust to work on my vehicles. He is honest and priced fairly.I also purchased a vehicle from them this year and it was the best decision I have made! David was easy to work with and not pushy at all. They truly make sure the vehicle is in perfect condition before you sign and if you ever have any questions after your purchase they are more than happy to answer them. It s always hard purchasing a used vehicle but they made it easy and now I have a very reliable vehicle that ll last me years.I love my vehicle and I will always come here when I need work done!I recommend purchasing and getting service done with auto star to anyone needing an honest and straight forward mechanic and/or dealership!

Being a female and new to the area, I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited Auto Star USA for my car problem. This is my second time taking my car to them. They took the time to explain things to me in simple language so not to confuse me and gave me options based on my budget and needs.I highly recommend this place. These guys know what they are doing and they do it with care and professionalism.

I would rate this place 10/5 stars if I could. Was getting estimates for a cv axle replacement and labor and the Audi dealership/indie shop would ve charged 2-3x. This place definitely values honesty and will give you a more than fair price for their labor/won t nickel and dime you. Larry is a great dude and will do a great job on whatever you bring in.Highly recommend. Going to be my mechanic for as long as I stay in the area.

I am incredibly impressed with this place. It's a small lot, nothing fancy, but the service is top notch. We worked with David and he's just wonderful. Super nice guy. Did not pressure us whatsoever. He was happy to let us take the truck we were looking at over to another mechanic to get it checked out before we purchased it. Everything went to smooth and quick. I'm still amazed at the great deal we got on our truck. It was the first time I've bought a vehicle and did not feel ripped off in any way. These guys are honest and straightforward. I absolutely will be coming back to them in the future.

My experience with Auto Star USA was first rate! David Young was incredibly patient and knowledgeable with the cars I test drove, as well as the financing process. Once I picked out my car, (they had a great selection) the process and financing was quick and easy! He didn't encourage me to spend more than I could afford, which says alot for the integrity of the dealership. I loved my experience! I will be back and would certainly encourage my friends and family to buy at this dealership!

The guys at Auto Star USA are awesome. I had some car troubles and needed an engine rebuild. I met Larry at a Firestone and he first recommended another shop to me. After talking for a little bit, he said he had a shop and could potentially save me some money. He called me later that day and told me he might be able to get the car done in a few days. He did just that. I'm so impressed with their timeliness and integrity. I'll be recommending Auto Star USA to anyone who needs it.

I bought my car at Auto Star USA after my sister recommended it. I was extremely pleased with the service given. No pressure. David was professional and transparent and made everything go smooth. Quick to respond and made the financing process easy. I had a couple questions after my purchase and they were quick to answer. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! David was very patient with me, had the car pulled up and waiting for me. I felt next to no pressure to buy from them, which makes things ten times more comfortable and is so refreshing after being pulled around by other dealerships. One of the mechanics, Larry I believe, was even kind enough to ride around with us to help us figure out an unfamiliar noise in the car (hint: it was nothing). I've yet to experience any trouble with my new ride. Know that with Auto Star USA, you're getting amazing service and great prices on stellar vehicles!

David was great he did everything he could to help us get into the vehicle we wanted and gave us what we needed for our trade. He was very patient while we waited on financing from the bank. I highly recommend this place to buy a car and have your car repaired. They are very reasonably priced cars and go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from Auto Star USA, and it was a breeze. David, their sales guy was super helpful and never once pressured us. The two owners of the company were both around and were very personable. In all it was a very easy, no pressure, experience. We definitely recommend checking them out if they have a car you like!

The purchase of our vehicle was quick and painless. The van we bought was priced fairly and was exactly what we were looking for (and they were able to accommodate my unique trade in). I was impressed with how quick it was to drive off the lot. No surprises with this dealership, and I sincerely appreciated the customer service given. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Auto Star USA. David listened to what I wanted and had the vehicle waiting for me when I came in to make a deal. David showed me the truck, took me out for a test drive and without the ridiculous high pressure tactics I've had to experience at other dealerships. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Will highly recommend him and the Dealership to all my friends and family!!5 Stars all the way

Great used car buying experience! A lot of small used car lots just play "pass the trash" and you never really know what you are getting. But this mechanic-owned shop only sells great quality vehicles at great prices. The honest, friendly and helpful owners bent over backwards to make sure even the smallest details were right before I drove my car home. I would buy from Auto Star USA again.

The guys at Autostar USA are some of the most genuine and helpful dealership staff I have ever worked with. From my first experience looking at the car I wanted, to the close of the sale, they were kind, thorough and made everything incredibly easy for me. The prices are fantastic, the honesty is something to be admired and the cars are 100% reliable. Took my car to this place because I was losing coolant. I had explained that I had fixed the radiator. Larry then took it upon himself to replace the radiator without even doing an inspection of the vehicle. Shame on me for not demanding to see the leak. The new radiator solved nothing. $500 For a year I just added coolant. Then a water pump went out. I was quoted $350 to replace it and I was charged $545. Then 3 months later I took the car in to have the head gaskets changed. It took 33 days to get my vehicle back. The day after getting the vehicle back the service engine lights came on. Now after driving the car a week coolant is escaping from the engine block. The cover to the EGR valve was found behind the battery. The thermostat was put back in with a ripped gasket. A few screws were found by the battery as well.. They also wanted to charge me for parts I supplied. The car is screwed up after $1900 bucks! It is not repaired and is now leaking externally. Small claims court is always an option. So, you want to try your luck with these guys? Good luck!

As a first time buyer, I was a little intimidated by the horror stories you hear about aggressive salesmen, dealers attempting to hide problems, and just the overall stressful experience that many people seem to have when car shopping. This was not my experience with Auto Star. They may not have the massive inventory or fancy facilities of a big dealership, but they're honest and kind people, and that's worth a whole lot more in my opinion. I never felt pressured at any time, and I could tell even from brief interactions that David, Larry, and Walid really go the extra mile for their customers. This is how car buying should be. These guys deserve your business, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices, clean cars, and a great buying experience.

Recently bought a car from them and they were so nice and helpful. Its a small shop owned by mechanics with great service. It didn't take very long which I really appreciated. Had a few small issues with the car after purchase (12 year old car) and they fixed them right away. I am very impressed! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Auto star USA is a small dealership at this time but I think with their talent and their concept they are soon to be a much larger one. I found my 2014 Mustang there that I wanted and they gave me a good trade in value for my older Corolla. The sales and service Personnel are very nice and professional did a really good job of taking care of me and following up on one small part that the car was missing and they made sure to get that to me ASAP. I would certainly recommend them to you if you're looking for a used car or they may be able to fix your current car. So thanks to Auto star they are definitely All Stars.

Great place to purchase a vehicle from! David and Larry are both friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Rubicon from them at a fair and honest price. I would recommend Larry and his shop to anyone! In just a couple of weeks, he has helped get several issues fixed on my car! Larry is accommodating, helpful, honest and so much more affordable than any other nightmare mechanic I have worked with in the past. I m no longer scared or anxious to to take my car to a shop because I know Larry and his crew can be trusted. I appreciate their shop and service so much!

David at auto star was so awesome!! I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted and he got my credit score and told me exactly which cars were in my price range and got me approved for the car I wanted in like an hour! I ve never had a better experience buying a car. David even got me financed through a bank for a cheaper payment per month after I left! Super awesome and I will recommend them to everyone!

Incredible individuals! Got a 2018 Toyota Camry SE fully loaded for $22k, big dealers wanted $27k. Even gave us a military discount and also met us half way on the trade in. Wife forget to sign the check and they came all the way to the Springs for her to sign. Also, brought new windshield wipers and we did not even ask for them. Then they called and said not to buy another key fob because they ordered another one that they will mail it to us. It is a small dealership and you may be afraid to buy because it looks like a buy here pay here. They are official. My wife and I thank them for keeping it transparent. They will show u all and anything about any car you purchase. And for a small dealership they keep a great deal of newer cars.
