Friendly, Fair, and Informative!I had another fantastic experience at Alpine Automative. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They listened patiently to my concerns about my car and provided a clear, honest estimate for the repairs.While the final cost ended up being higher than the initial estimate (which can happen with car repairs), they honored the original quote without hesitation. This level of integrity is hard to find these days!The customer service here is truly top-notch. All of the staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what my car needed in a way I could understand. They were informative, but not pushy at all about getting unnecessary work done.Plus, they have great coupons that are actually for useful services, unlike most car shops! Their prices are also very competitive and fair.Finally, a huge thank you for treating me with respect! Unlike other shops that talk down to me because I'm a woman, the staff here explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had.Overall, I can't recommend Alpine Automotive enough! They're the perfect choice for anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and friendly auto repair shop.

Never had work done here, just interactions. Stopped by to ask a few questions about some services I needed. Guy behind the counter was friendly and chatty. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at and he said no, just bring it by whenever and he'd get a tech to look it over. I told him my days off were Wednesday and is see him then. He replied sure, any time.The following Wednesday I showed up around 1pm, after lunch. I was told that there was no way to be seen today and if need to make an appointment. The guy vaguely remembered me but remembered the work I needed done.All I wanted to do was schedule a time for a work estimate to be done. It turned in to a wasted day and trip.

The worst example of rude upsale scammers. The owner let's the techs talk about the customers behind their backs in gross and inappropriate ways. Please don't give them business!!!!!

I cannot recommend Alpine enough! I was doing some used-vehicle shopping yesterday and wanted to take a car I was considering buying in for an inspection before going through with the purchase. I communicated with Ben throughout the day and he was always incredibly kind and helpful. In the afternoon, once I had the vehicle with me, they were able to get me right in to get it checked out.Travis did a great and thorough job inspecting the vehicle and found many hidden issues that the dealership had not been forthcoming about.Ben even printed out a list of the estimates for me to take to the dealership to discuss with them. I ended up not going through with the purchase, but that's alright. The entire time I worked with the fellas at Alpine I felt respected and well taken care of. They had great communication, were friendly, and their prices for my inspection were fair.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Lost a/c in my Jeep. George replaced 4 blenders, etc. Required removing entire dashboard. Fixed the problem, working well. Nice people, doing terrific repair work. Gave me a loaner.

in all ways they are top notch they let me know what you expect on the cost a gotta done timely, The staff is professional and courteous And they came highly recommended to me and I feel already that I can trust themplus they are a family business and I like to support the small business owner. Excellent service explained in details what was wrong. What needed to be fixed and even showed me what needs to be replaced. Fixed my car in 1 day . Staff all professionals and very kind. AAS is so fantastic! They accepted my car that didn't run and gave me $1,000, and found another car I could buy for $1,000! I wouldn't be driving if it weren't for alternative Auto solutions! I just love them!

Super friendly, honest, reliable crew. Didn't try to charge me for anything my car didn't actually need, they have two loaner cars, they did a total comprehensive check and got me my car back in under 24 hours. Will take my car back to them again. They explained everything to be and even called my dad. Very kind.

Oil drain bolt came off after 2 hours driving it out of the shop. Bolt was mangled and not useable after they got to it. Guy seemed drunk at the counter name was Dave or somethingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

My girlfriend and I brought our vehicle to this shop to get the front and rear windshield spray fixed. Cale helped us wholeheartedly to get it fixed. And he told us that the service was free which surprised us. We appreciated the kind action action from him. This is definitely a place that I recommend.

Couldn't even diagnose the major engine problem I asked them to. I asked the older gentleman in the office to compression test my vehicle to see if it had a bad head gasket while they had it in to change plugs, etc He laughed at me, probably because because I am a woman (note: I don't take my car to a mechanic because I can't do the work, I take it because I don't want to/don't have the time). If my husband, who knows nothing about cats, had taken the vehicle in, I think they would have listened to him. They proceeded to tell me everything else that was wrong with the vehicle, at a cost of $4500, without doing the compression test I asked for. All the other work hinged on whether the vehicle had a bad head gasket (IT DID!! Confirmed by my $18 compression tester from Amazon, AND a real Toyota mechanic). I wouldn't trust these guys with anything, whether they said there was a problem or said there wasn't. Worst experience I've ever had at a car care facility and I've been to many with classic cars.

Great family owner business that I have been using for years. Just this morning I had a situation with my wife's car being dead. Called the shop and Cale (Kale) came to my house to jump the car. Took it to the shop, tested the battery and had it replaced within about a half hour of contacting them. If you are looking for a local mechAnic you can trust look no further.

I'll be bringing my vehicles here from now on. My older car failed emissions. They fixed it right the first time. The service was $200 less than anywhere else I called, they did a great job and had it finished faster than I anticipated. When it comes to mechanics this is as good as it gets!

Came through town while visiting from Canada and needed a part replaced on our old dodge camper van. George looked at it right away, and when we had bought the wrong part he helped us arrange to find the right part and had it installed same day. Very friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help us out. Highly recommended.

Got my timing belts replaced and staff and mechanics were very accommodating. Shop dog is a sweetheart. They did leave a tool set in my car after a service which was returned but could have become an awkward situation. I brought my car in a second time but their repair had little impact on the overall problems and I opted to take my car to a specialist.

After driving in my 4runner over 800 miles to Denver from Texas I found out I was leaking transmission oil. The guys here not only found the problem but saw my car on short notice. The team is very knowledgable and friendly. Hopefully I don't have any problems in the future, but if I do you guys have my business!

I moved to Denver recently from Ohio and that wore on my car. My former mechanic in Ohio sent me the part I needed to get replaced and I called around to a few shops which weren t as available or helpful as Alpine was. They were able to replace my bearing with no issue and they completed it in the timely fashion that I requested. I learned more about their business and will continue to go to Alpine in the future for any work on my car! Highly recommended! and they have a bonus friendly dog in the shop!

The folks at Alpine Automotive are the REAL DEAL! Quite honestly I made an appointment here the first time after receiving a coupon in the mail as I had a horrible coolant leak that I just knew was going to cost me hundreds of dollars and the $25.00 off was going to help.Ready for this?? Total repair..... Less than $78!! All I needed was a new radiator cap and a little tweeking here and there! No attempt to upsell, no trying to talk me into additional services AND they actually prevented me from spending money on unnecessary repairs at this time as my vehicle was okay.I highly recommend the team at Alpine Automotive.Thanks guys!

As always they do a fantastic job took both my vehicles in one needed a timing belt and other had leak in oil and they fixed both in 2 days I was very happy. Cale and George are very nice and good people this will be our go to mechanic for sure.thanks guys your awsome!!!

Best place in Denver to have your car looked at! They made my 07 impala feel like new again, I have trust issues with other places I ve taken my car in the past, not anymore thanks to this trustworthy and reliable shop, I will always take my car here from now on

Dropped my car at 8:00 am for an oil change and a 20000 miles inspection. Was told my car would be ready by 9:30. When I finally got it back around 12:30, it stunk so bad of food that I had to take it to the carwash. The computer had been reset, as well as the odometer. What happened to my car for 4 hours, why did it stink of food, why was everything reset to zero? It is anyone's guess. I was charged $58, which is not any cheaper than the dealership. Tried to give an independent business a try, not that one!!!

George, Cale, Debbie, and the rest of the staff truly care about their customers and the safety of the customers vehicles. I am happy to have good mechanics that I can trust to work on my car when it needs to be serviced.
