This is the same great shop that used to be in Wheat Ridge on 44th, and nothing has changed - a great, honest and knowledgeable business to correctly diagnose and repair your transmission, which is one of the most complex components of modern automobiles.I called and spoke with the manager Ron for an appointment and knew within minutes of being on the phone with him that I could expect the same quality of service and fair pricing I had experienced at their old location.He got me an appointment within a couple days and by late that morning had the news - the leak another shop had spotted and told me it was due to a 'pin hole' in my differential was in fact from the engine area! The other shop wanted to dig in but fortunately I got the car back and called Advanced to give it a look or who knows what would have resulted.He left the car up on the rack and showed me the real problem - and didn't charge me a cent. not even a diagnostic fee for their time which I would have been glad to pay.I've been recommending this shop for years after they worked on my previous Corvette transmission, and I'm glad to continue to do so.

Was recommended advanced transmission by another shop, their staff was super helpful and accommodating! Ron was able to get me taken care of with factory new parts at a ridiculously fast turn around with a very competitive price. I would highly recommend anyone use Advanced Transmission for all of your transmission repair needs. I will absolutely be coming here again!

I cannot recommend Advanced Transmission Center enough! Danielle kicked off my excellent experience by taking the extra time to ensure my car was towed to the location that could best help me and meet the needs of my specific car/transmission. I thought this was such excellent customer care from the jump! From there, Ron made me feel like my own dad was helping me and being that I know nothing about vehicles myself, my stress and worry was immediately eased, as he went on to talk me through all of my options and educate me thoroughly every step of the way! It s never a fun situation to be in when your car breaks down or needs repaired, but at least you can KNOW you re in good and safe hands when you have to deal with it. Thank you so much for your care and help, a customer for life!!!

I am glad I took my truck to Advanced Transmission Center.Advanced Transmission replaced the Lead Frame on my 2011 F-150 with a 2 day turn around as it was outside Ford's warranty. Ron was great to work with and very informative about my options as far as parts, appointment openings, completion timeline, and stored codes on my pickup.I actually pulled my truck out of a Ford dealer's shop to get the work done once I found out the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. I was also told by the dealership that my repair could take 3+ weeks.Advanced Transmission told me that any wait would be related to parts being delivered. I dropped my truck off on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday, Ron called and said a part was on national backorder, but I had options. I approved his quote. Thursday around 2pm, Ron called again and said the job was complete. I picked up my truck and haven't had an issue since.I am glad I took my truck to Advanced Transmission Center.

We had such a great experience working with Ron. The company was very understanding of our situation. They took charge dealing with warranty and had my transmission replaced very promptly. I ve had transmission problems for 2 years. I wish I went to Advanced Transmission Center sooner. Awesome job!!!

I had a pretty tight turnaround time for getting a new clutch and flywheel installed in my Miata. I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Transmission Center's Westminster location for years. But they were 2 weeks out on appointments. I was told to give their Lakewood location a call and Ron squeezed me in same day. Got the car up on the lift to diagnose a few hours later. And back on the road the following day. It's rare to find an honest and attentive shop in modern times. And I have never seen such great customer service at not only 1 location but 2. These folks are the real deal and a please to work with.

We came into the shop needing an immediate transmission diagnosis. Ron and the guys in the shop were incredibly kind and accommodating even on a Friday afternoon! Helpful, courteous...Ron at Advanced Transmission was a joy to deal with. He always answered the phone when I called and was happy to talk to me. I brought in a 2013 Cadillac SRX with what I believed to be transmission slippage. Advanced Transmission analyzed the issue and found low line pressure. Ron walked through my limited options for correction and ultimately I decided not to have the work done given the low value of the vehicle relative to the likely cost of the repairs. Ron, said "I understand!" The great thing was there was no charge for the diagnostic. I highly recommend Advanced Transmission for your diagnostic needs.

Our transmission blew up while my husband was in Denver with my twins for a hockey tourney. We are from Texas. Nightmare!!! We had it towed to a shop that wanted to charge us almost $10,000. My husband did his research and found Advanced. They towed us to their shop, gave us a much more reasonable quote and had us running in 5 days. There was weather that slowed the delivery of our transmission but that's the only reason it took that long. No fault on Advanced. Ron is all about customer service and took care of us through the whole process. I give this shop 12/10! Thank you so much. You made our headache bearable!

Very pleased. Had to replace the transmission on our Nissan. Cost was very competitive with other bids and service was excellent. I highly recommend you consider ATC if you have transmission problems.

Ron and the team at Advanced Transmission Center really deserve a 6-star rating in my opinion.Ron was a pleasure to speak with and even asked me multiple questions regarding my Silverado to assure that the shop would have the correct fluid and filter for my specific transmission. The following week I arrived at my scheduled appointment. Ron reviewed all my requested services and quoted price, so I felt beyond comfortable leaving my truck for the day.Within half a day, I was informed that my truck was ready, so back to the shop I went. Ron met me with a warm smile, and even stopped eating his lunch to get me back on my way.I went out hunting the following week, and everything ran smooth. Too top it off, Ron even gave me a follow up call to make sure that I was happy with the services, and that everything was running in order.Price was right, Ron offers the best customer service and quality work that I could ever expect. Topping it off, Ron surely is a joy to chop shop with. Absolutely superseded my expectations, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.Thanks Ron!

I lost second gear in my transmission so i called them and was able to get my car towed there. I upgraded my transmission to a Dogbox racing transmission with extra goodies. Their service was amazing and kept me in the loop. Would highly recommend this shop.

For professional results, go to the professionals! Advanced Transmission Center in Lakewood is awesome. They certainly put customer service at the top of their list.I had started to encounter some sluggishness in my truck transmission when the dreaded flashing D popped up and the truck acted as if it were in neutral. A quick call to ATC had me in there in no time for a thorough (and FREE) inspection and diagnostic effort. The good news was that my worst fears were not justified. It turned out that there was a small leak due to a bad gasket. They fixed it while I waited and sent me home confident that everything was working properly.While waiting for my truck I had the pleasure of watching John field calls in the front office as well as take care of happy customers. Not everyone was as fortunate as me to have a minor issue but everyone appreciated his explanations of what work needed to be done and why.If you are looking for competent, friendly and professional service for transmission problems this is the place to go to. I highly recommend them.

At our last oil change we were told our transmission was leaking. We choose to go to Advanced Transmission. After checking for a leak, Ron and his team determined we did not have a leak of consequence yet and told us what to look for to determine when to return. They took no money for checking out the issue. Ron was very open, honest and personable during the process. Brought in my wife's 2007 Escalade a couple years back and still running strong! Today I took in my Isuzu Trooper that I bought at a auction and was shifting rough. When I took it in to Advanced Transmission I thought great, how much will cost to fix my transmission. Ron called me back and said the transmission fluid was low and just needed to be topped off! Such a relief! Drove it home, so much smoother and way faster exceleration with no hesitation! Honest and reliable service! Thank you so much!

Advanced Transmission Center is great. They re our only Go-To place for transmission and drivetrain maintenance and repair.Our mechanic highly recommended them and so have we to our friends and neighbors. We have gone to their Lakewood shop several times. They ve repaired and replaced leaking seals on our SUV and serviced the transmissions on our SUV and car - all quickly, correctly and at a very reasonable price. They also carefully inspected two drive train concerns we had at no charge because they found no problems.Great people, great technicians, we highly recommend

Ron is phenomenal with customers! Excellent customer service even though the phone his smile shined thru the other end saying with an honest smile let us help you we ll take a look at it, no charge for diagnosing.After speaking with Ron and feeling confident in a very unsettling situation , I was hoping it was only the transmission cable that d broken. Very grateful I was in a parking lot when it happened; onward we then began our towing experience; after a brief pause at one of their other locations and calling Ron we then headed on to the correct location and when meeting the team & Ron there I wasn t disappointed.What followed was straight forward, honest, quickly fit into their schedule, NO price gouging, I can t say enough good things about my experience with this location 5 stars . I say that also as a widow of a mechanic whom I was happily married to for 25 beautiful years and whom is passed over 6 years now so when I say finding an honest shop is far & few between. In an extremely stressful situation, Ron was very calm and reassuring and took the time to explain the status of my car and my options. Although I did not end to having the repairs completed, I would highly recommend the team at Advanced Transmission Center as they were polite, professional, and timely in their communication.

We were told at a dealership that we needed a new transmission on our Jeep with only 49,000 miles at a cost of $10,000. We said NO and went to Advanced Transmission, had vehicle checked out, and found out what it needed was relatively minor and we were out of there for under $1,000. It pays to get a second opinion from experts in the field! Ron was great and took good care of us and had everything done in a timely manner.
