Will NEVER SHOP THIS COMPANY AGAIN! My sister purchased a starter. She didn't need it. She had stage IV cancer and died. Aftershe died we found she had not returned it. We produced the receipt and was told it was past their 45 day return period and manager would not return it. Called corporate and manager lied to them, telling them it was not new. Lying $#@%^&!. I will never spend a dime in this store ever again. They are heartless liars with no clue about real service. Spend your money with a company that cares.

Walt is AWESOME! Knowledgeable friendly and quick service. Online pickup and perks to save money make it all even better. Great location, as I've had customer service issues with others. Definitely my go to spot for Advance.

Horrible place! I only go here if it s a last resort and now I m really regretting it. I purchased a loaner tool set. Btw it was damaged, before renting it out to me. I addressed that with the cashier. Returned it an hour later that same day. Since, it turned out the tool didn t work at all for me hence damaged tool. They gave me the Receipt . They told me it would be refunded to my account in 2-3 days.However, it s been over two weeks now and still no refund has been applied to my bank. Purchase was over $100.I wouldn t do business with a company like this! BEWARE!! I ve been trying to get a hold of a manager that can help me, for past two days and I have been unsuccessful. Plenty of places around that have way higher standards and willing to do anything for you, to get what you need for parts or tools!! Extremely inconvenienced and waste of my time. No one has gotten back to me to address my situation.

Can not print a receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me when it wasn't. I did get the rewards for my purchase but no receipt and had to go back to the original store I bought from.Also, they had a license plate cover for sale for $24.99 here but went to the Littleton store and it was $24.99 there too. But when I checked out it was $29.99...It was the same frame at both stores for the same price.When that happens you sell it for the price advertised...But not them, they say too bad, it was mislabeled...

Service was not my issue with this place, staff is very friendly and try to be helpful. My issue is that the parts they sell are cheap but not at a cheap price. Basic parts are not stocked. I usually would never go to this chain of store but was in a pinch and they were the closest which still didn't matter because they did not have the part I needed. There are many other options that are better

AJ provided to notch customer service despite being the only employee at the front as multiple customers entered the door. He made me feel appreciated as a customer and helped me find the item I was looking to purchase. Thanks for hiring friendly and capable people like AJ!

I could not get my car started, so I brought in a battery. The manager greeted us right away, did a diagnostic on the battery and gave me a new one on the spot. He helped me out no questions asked. I was in and out with a running car. Great customer service. This will definitely be the only location I will be visiting!:)

Brandon was fantastic! My mother and I came in looking for a back wiper and battery. We found the battery, but the computer said they didn't have the wiper we needed. Not only did he look and find one, but he helped us install it! Will always come back! Thank you!

Just stopped over after i was having trouble with my car. The battery was only a year old but was not holding cold cranking amps. Jimmy not only replaced my battery, but upgraded me from the silver to gold for having to wait 30mins for it to recharge. Turned out not to be the actual battery and we went down the line trying to figure something out along with another employee (Chris*?) , was able to get it started finally and will be taking it to the dealership. The customer service was excellent.

Called this location today to get there help removing wiper blades that they sold me and they refused to help me because I bought my other blades from Costco. Poor customer service I want be buying parts from advanced ever again. Went down the street on wadsworth and Jewell to O'Reilly auto parts and they helped me no problem. Advanced ive been a customer of your for years know not no more.

Stopped for some new wiper blades, Jared helped me with the search. Our vehicle needs a really strange mount, and they're not easy to find. I was impressed by the customer service I recieved, and would definitely shop here again.

Would you like to know what creates reoccurring customer base? Well here it is, knowledgeable staff with customers first service & quality parts with great warrantees!!!! Hands-down this is the best part store in Colorado and it s proudly staffed by mostly women!! Shouts out to the #movement!!! The current GM is the bomb big ups Audra T! As we like to say everything rises and falls on leadership!

I visited this location , after visiting about five other auto parts stores. The issue was a misfire in 2016 jeep. The codes were vague and inconclusive. I had thrown some money away trying to solve the issue with plugs and and o2 sensor. This is when I met audra. I was about to buy an injector and tear into my engine. She helped me identify that my issue was most likely an ignition coil. Audra was correct, she saved me a lot of time. I will be going back to this location.

I came to this location to get a refund on motor oil but was denied immediately by Aj.Aj did not look at my receipt he assumed the bottle of motor oil was already opened I bought the oil jug the same day in less than an hour. What Aj does next,He inspects the oil jug and snaps open the cap of the new bottle and has the nerve to tell me it s not refundable. Of course not you just opened it!To act rude and not work with me was uncalled for, what happened to the customer service and the customer is always right? I will be escalating the situation.

Aj is the best! Knows his stuff and is very very kind and helpful. I would suggest this one over o'riley and autozone anytime better prices better!!! AJ is the best RPP. Ask for him anytime you can!

General manager Kelly, makes the store the one to go to. He has an old school, "my customers matter to me" attitude that makes me trust Advance Auto that you can't find in many places these days. This is the place to go to.

I give a great review to this store, I was at a car wash and my battery die, so I went to Advane Auto Parts and Alejandro helped me with installing my new battery, he was very nice, and always had a positive attitude to assist me. Thank you Alejandro.
