My husband and I had a great experience today with Rob at the Lafayette location. He replaced our FOB batteries as well as the car battery. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful! We would highly recommend this store and especially Rob. Thanks again!

I strongly recommend Batteries Plus!Excellent customer service (the owner and staff happily helped with battery removal/install, no charge) plus they have great prices (especially compared to an auto dealer. For example, Valley Nissan was nearly $100 more just for the battery NOT including labor)Batteries Plus also has battery tenders, phone batteries, and your auto key fobs.**No I don t work for Batteries Plus, I m just a customer

Caleb was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He replaced my iPhone battery while I waited, about 45 minutes. Top marks for customer service!Phone is working like new thus far.You can schedule an appointment (usually same day) online, and look for the $10 discount code.

The gentleman who worked last night was very helpful! We got a lot of snow in the day and going into the night. I had an older battery that needed replacement so I m not stranded and I came in the last 10 minutes they were open. He was great because he helped me and wasn t in a rush to kick me out. I hurried because it rude to come in that late but he helped and changed my battery for me! 10/10

Was looking into whether I needed a replacement battery on my iphone. Technician explained clearly all the options in a minimum of time. The solution I chose was handled in 30 minutes at a reasonable cost. Phone works great! Tech was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend the Lafayette, CO store. A+++

This store never ceases to AMAZE me! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind, especially Adrick and Caleb (I hope I spelled their names correctly). Their customer service is spectacular! SO hard to find these days. They go above and beyond! Whether it be a "battery", Light bulb, exit sign, or need someone to reprogram your faab for your car (at a fraction of the cost from a dealer) THESE GUYS TAKE THE CAKE! Even if you dont need a battery, go in and talk to these guys. They will renew your hope in mankind and fantastic customer service!

The products from this store have high reliability and performance. Their service is superior to any other similar stores including auto stores in the area. Great people!! If you need a key fob or a key for a vehicle it s best bang for your buck. They also program keys, prices are the best. Caleb was helping me and he was open honest and did a great job!!! Thank you. great customer service.

I don't usually write reviews but after my great experience at the Lafayette store today decided I needed to recognize the excellent service that I had! I came to the Lafayette store today after having a terrible experience at the Boulder store. Caden was wonderful! He was not only very professional and super efficient but very kind. I was very impressed and will definitely be coming back to this store in Lafayette and recommending it to all my friends. Thank you so much!

I just left Batteries plus... the gentlemen whom i assumed his name was Simms... I need YOU to know I will forever be grateful for the kindness you showed me... ive not recieved much of that in my 3 years in Lafayette.... God Bless you... you gave me faith in humanity,for me its the small things... And to the public... Great customer service, knowledge,and kindness i recommend them for all your needs concerning batteries to bulbs!!!A very happy customer,Renee!!!

This location has the WORST CUSTOMER care.. during Covid they would NOT let anyone enter store without wearing exactly an N-95 mask. AND although they advertise battery/bulb RECYCLING - they just laugh in your face and REFUSE to take normal household batteries/bulbs. I will drive an extra 15 min to patronize ANYWHERE else than to ever step foot in this store!!!!

5 Stars isn t high enough for this business!! Always very knowledgeable and helpful with battery and bulb issues. Took the time to troubleshoot my Stresmlight Flashlight which I thought was a bulb issue turned out I just need a new battery!! Thank You!!

Five stars doesn't do it justice, this store should receive 10 stars. I cannot rave enough about the phenomenal experience I had here with purchasing a new battery for my car. Every other place would take the car for a day and charge an arm and a leg and complain about how difficult it is that my car battery is under the passenger seat. The owner of Batteries Plus personally installed my car battery at no additional charge and from purchase to full installation was about 35 minutes. I highly recommend this store and I will be referring everyone I know to this store and location for all their Battery and bulb needs.

Rob at this location provides not only expertise, staying up to date on the latest vehicle issues and new tech but also is exceptionally kind. Today he went out of his way at to help me with a battery issue and I could not recommend his services enough.

Great personalized support, will work hard to figure out how to repair our devices even when challenges arise. We have gotten several phones and an ipad repaired here and they always do a great job. The battery replacement on our car was super smooth and helpful too.

I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by my local Batteries Plus Bulbs in Lafayette as I was attempting to get my iPad fixed. Everyone that I worked with was patient, persistent and customer focused. They explained what they believed to be my problem initially and kept me informed along the way. I will definitely return and recommend them to others in the future. This is what customer service should look like.

Bring your broken phone here! Great staff, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a less than ideal experience elsewhere with my daughters phone the week prior, needing a screen replaced. We had another potentially serious issue and they fixed it, without any charge! I will definitely go here first with any future phone issues. I also learned a screen replacement would have been cheaper here than where I got it done.

The General Manager (Caleb?) that I worked with was kind, patient, clear in explaining options and expectations, and knowledgable. The price was great for the services I received. My services were completed in under an hour. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs for all phone repairs or lighting/battery needs. Thank you!

The man who worked the counter (I believe his name was Christian) was very, very helpful. He gladly swapped out my old battery with the new one I ordered online during some very cold weather.I was so impressed by his attitude and quick work that I gave him most of my core refund amount. Next time I need a battery for my vehicle I will again use Batteries Plus Bulbs.

These guys are great!! I had a car battery die and was looking for a quick and affordable solution. I didn't honestly realize they had car batteries, which is what I needed. Through a recommendation I walked into the store, they had the car battery I needed, charged me a very reasonable price, and installed the battery in the parking lot in front of the store for free, all in under 20 minutes. I will definitely recommend this store to others!
