We realized the Walmart Auto Cares are very busy. But with a little patience the crew here are knowledgeable and great to work with.

They guy that helped me was really cool and nice also the guy that fixed my tire but the reason I m giving them a two star is because I came in with a tire repair that had 2nails and a hole. They got me out fast but only fixed the hole and left the two other nails on the tire. That s not safe at all and decided to remove the tire when I got home and put my spare back on because I didn t want my wife to have a flat on the Highway and get in an accident. Poor work and won t be coming back here unless it s an emergency

The first time I went there, a man walked out he didn't even ask me what I needed, and told me it would be 2 hours before he could even speak to me. That night my husband and I went back to get a battery, we told him exactly what battery we needed. They gave us the wrong battery and we didn't notice until we got home. My husband was able to make it work, but I can just say I do not think highly of this auto center at all.

Was not greeted even nearly 15 minutes after pulling up. Another car pulls up after me and is helped before anyone even talks to me. These guys are awful! There is no value in coming here when you can get the same quality if not better having no experience doing it yourself.

I got an oil changed and got my blades done. They really worked hard and it was ready in 30 mins and they vaccum the front so nice employees

Do NOT take your car to Walmart in La Junta for an oil change. They put the plug back in with an impact wrench and strip the bolt. You will have a very difficult time getting it off the next time!!

Been in twice for an item they keep locked up. Both times I recieved zero assistance. Employees too "busy" to help a customer..nice job walmart

The staff is amazing very personable and funny...... Cherista the service manager was great they ALL really know their stuff.. I was very satisfied and will continue to come here with my car

Best Wal-Mart Auto Service I've experienced. I even live near a Wal-Mart in a town of comparable size and that service department is greatly lacking.
