I took my car to them. I asked twice for a quote and the lady told me they wouldn t have a quote until they started the work. Well two days after they started the work she gave me a quote of $924. I was quoted $350 for the work they re doing at other shops around for the same job. Valance cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket, spark plugs, and a brake flush. I provided my own parts and because of that they charged me $15 extra per hour on labor because they couldn t make money off me providing my own parts. They are the definition of highway robbery. Didn t even care that now because of this I have to post pone my up coming wedding. No compassion from the staff or the owner and they re don t care that they broke the law by not providing me with a quote before starting the work

We had four tires installed on our camper, while doing the work a problem was discovered with one of the wheels. They found a bad wheel bearing grease seal. We were lucky this was found and repaired, we could have had a catastrophic failure. I highly recommend Wallace Oil for your tire needs.
