Lesson learned. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this place. I bought a 2004 Dodge ram with apparently only 120,000 miles on it. Less than a year later. Only driving it 5000 mi. I'm being told that the engine is going out and eventually need a new one. I've had to take it to the mechanic numerous times for a number of different issues as well. Completely dissatisfied and after reading these reviews, I am definitely not the only one. Please spare your immature rebuttals to people's negative reviews. I don't want to hear it.

Bought a 99 ram 2500 Cummins a year ago and this seller lied about mileage. The truck was listed at about 180000 miles but actually had a mileage discrepancy of about 60,000 miles. I had to have the injection pump replace 5 months after owning it and the motor blew up after 8 months of ownership.

I have never met a woman with as much vehicle knowledge as Tiffany. Shocking actually and a little intimidating to me!!! It s a given Gordon is a auto pro but Tiffany not only was a blessing to work with, has become a good friend and very gifted, like Gordon in the automotive industry. You two really were life savers for my son and I and he loves his truck!!!!

I had a great experience from finding my car online to meeting Tiffany to final payment. The pictures were excellent and everything about my car was just as Tiffany described. Its hard buying a truck several states away but Tiffany made it easy. I love my diesel.

My son just got his license so we we re looking for an older classic boxy body style truck that would be a reliable daily driver to get him to and from school but also a fun project that he and I could work on together. Gordon had an awesome GMT400 Yukon that my kid immediately told me he had to have. The truck was obviously well cared for and Gordon s price was more than reasonable. It s been about a month since then and we couldn t be happier with our choice.

SUMMARY: AVOID THIS BUSINESSDETAIL: Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback VIN 4S4BRCKC4D3219342 in November 2022. After seventy four days the transmission fully failed. Gordon and Tiffany French refused to help at all, no repair or even one dollar, despite their lies to everyone that they will repair cars at less than ninety days. Additionally, they censor negative commenters on their social media posts, immediately after claiming that they will repair cars. This censorship of the truth how they continue to fool new buyers into coming into their business. Their own business description states buy from us and you won t regret it. Also a bible quote about being righteous.If you want to avoid regret and a massive financial loss, simply do not patronize this business.

Sold me a truck that wouldn t start less than 12 hours later, assured me it was a working drivable truck. Ignored my phone calls about it until I called from another phone and Tiffany yelled at me and hung up when I told her about being ignored and my truck not working. Buyers beware!

I recently purchased a truck from Gordon over at Gearhead. He was very accommodating, which was great, since I was picking up from out of town. He is very responsive, great prices and will actually pick up his phone and return calls after you have purchased. He highly values his customers and their satisfaction, which is rare these days. I had a few items to address and he did everything he could to take care of those items. Thanks Gordon!

I purchased a vehicle a year and a half ago. It had some issues and the dealer said to take it to local mechanic to get it fixed. I took it back 3 times and the issues were never fixed. So I gave up. They sell lemons and burn folks. Do business with them at your own risk.

Gearhead was very easy to work with when we recently purchased a Honda. I had an issue a few weeks after purchasing car and they have gone above and beyond to make sure issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this company for a used car.

I got a Ford Escape not to long ago from them. Never thought i would ever have a ford but I absolutely love it. Had a couple things wrong with it after awhile took it to the mechanics and they fixed it for me and covered the charge! They have been super friendly and very helpful. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I drove 5 hours to purchase a Jeep from Gordon. He sent photos and videos of the jeep before I came down. Everything was just.like he said when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Horrible experience here I bought my first car and they said everything was good nothing wrong with the car it had been checked any everything.!! They lied and we went to have them fix the car but they didn t even do anything.! Such a waist of my time and money. They sold a vehicle with SAFETY ISSUES to a 17 year old teenager. Never will I ever come back here or recommend anyone to buy a car from here.
