Best tire & service shop in the Valley! On my 2nd service for an alignment. This is the only place in the Valley that wasn't booked up several days to weeks & got me in on Monday morning after calling Friday afternoon. Friendly staff & professional service. Was given a sheet to prove before & after alignment numbers. Camber, caster & toe! Large lobby. Snacks & drinks. Pet friendly

Had a tire blowout about a mile from Reed Tire. Couldn t get the bolts off the old tire so we called this shop. They arrived in less than 20 minutes, got the old tire off and put the spare on. We followed them to the shop to get a replacement spare. They didn t even charge us for coming to help and the whole visit was only about $100 for the new tire, disposal fee, etc. Great people and amazing little business! Thanks for coming to our rescue Reed Tire Inc!

I can't read a tire gague to save my life and the guys at Reeds never make me feel dumb about it. They're super friendly and helpful beyond measure. They're fast, efficient and kind. I can't speak highly enough of this place!

I have been buying my tires for all my vehicles from Leeds tire for many years. Establishment is clean and employees are a professional and very knowledgeable. Prices are better than other places in the valley. Highly recommend.

You are getting one star only because Google won't let me leave you ZERO!My wife went to your Alamosa store on 03/029/2021 for an alignment on a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. They put her truck on the machine and then told her that they couldn't do the alignment yet because some work needed to be done first. The work they told her that she MUST have done first included: lower ball joint, both tie rods and control arms. All of this for the low price of $752.08.We had just spent a weekend and over $1000 replacing EXACTLY those same parts. I have the receipts and will provide pictures to prove this if needed. There was nothing wrong with her truck, and yet they charged this cute little helpless looking blonde woman $40.Am I missing anything here? They lied to her, tried to cheat her out of $752 and then charged her $40 for the privilege???You guys used to be an incredible store. I don't know if this new customer service attitude has anything to do with the name change at the store, or if it's something else. I have used your store many times in the past and was very happy about it, which is why I sent my wife to you.I emailed your store the day after this event and it's now seven days later with no contact at all. At first I had just asked you for an apology, but now I'm thinking that refunding my wife the ridiculous service charge for nothing is needed also.

Yes. I did buy the tires from you, 2 of them for a trailer. You charged me $12 per tire to mount them, totaling $24 plus tax on this charge which should be included as a service. You are taking advantage of people and it's not right. This started off as a one sentence, 2 star review from me stating my displeasure in the tackiness of charging people to mount the tires they just bought brand new from you. Then you replied spinning a web of BS to try and confuse others and justify a poor business model.

This is a home town tire store that caters to small and large vehicles. You will get a fair price on a good set of tires here. While it may not be the cleanest tire store, be assured those employed are working hard to meet every customers needs.....cleaning will come later.

The staff was very courteous and informative their services we're also very quick and efficient. Along with a very comforting waiting area which made the short amount of time that I waited for my tire repair seem like it took them hardly any time at all. Great job to all the employees of Reed Tire the best place and best prices four new tires or repairs.

I would not recommend Reeds, we where in town visiting family when we blew a tire. We where told to go to Reeds. The gentleman that helped my husband scanned our card, then told my husband he typed it wrong and he needed to scan it again. A few days later I go to look at our account and see a charge for 749!!! When the price was 159!!! And the 749 was never voided!!! Vary disappointed! So be warned if you have out of state plates they will try and scam you.

This place is awesome I would like to give a special shot out to carlos I was on a trip and lost a ball joint they fixed it fast and right. They were nice people and honest And got my jeep fixed fast to get me back home I definitely recommend this place if you ever have car trouble in the valley

Bought my tires here and get them rotated in a regular basis. Always a pleasant experience, friendly and quick. I usually stop by on a whim and get in, out, and in my way again.

This was the 5th tire shop we had been to in a month. All was fine with our Mercedes Sprinter 3500 RV, but we decided to rotate and balance the tires as we had 10k miles on them. Developed horrible shaking at about 58 miles per hour. The other 4 shops would try to balance the tires once or twice and then say "we don't have the right equipment" and shoo us out the door. Then we found Reed Tire in Alamosa. Carlos took us on as a personal challenge. This was not a problem caused by the them, but the did everything possible to find a solution - which they did! We spent a lot of time in their shop and were blown away by the hard work of all their technicians. I had no idea how complicated tires have become. I'd like to give a shout out to the following people. Johnny at Reed Tire in La Jara did a great job of checking alignment. Charlotte and Madison make us feel welcome and were great at listening to us when we would get discouraged and kept assuring us that they would figure it out. Carlos researched issues on his own time in the evening and even texted us when we left to make sure we made it home ok and that everything was still great. And Kevin, who ultimately discovered the solution. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. So rare to find a company that works until they find a solution.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Reed Tire. Brad was incredibly helpful and his team was able to replace a tire within an hour. Pricing was honest and straight forward...skip the Wal-Mart in Alamosa and do yourself a favor by going to Reed Tire.

I had a flat tire on the side of the road between Alamosa and Antonito. It was raining and my cell didn't work. A kind gentleman called for me and a Reed service truck came out quickly repaired my tire and checked the air on the tires so I could continue my journey home to Farmington NM safely! He was our hero! Thank you so much for wonderful service!

On Friday July 13, returning from a 4,000+ mile road trip, I had a blowout of an RV tire on Hwy 285 just south of the CO-NM line. Less than 10,000 miles and 3yrs on these made in China tires, and they deteriorated quick. I also had a hole and steel belt showing in a second, and suspect 3rd and 4th tires.A Google search said Atencio Tires had 24/7 emergency roadside assistance. I called and left a message at 5:45pm on Fri, and to date (Sunday July 15), have not received a call back. I called Reed Tire, and Brad answered instantly. I told him I was looking for one ST205 75R14 tire, and he said would see what he could do.At the time, I thought I only needed one tire, so within 20 or so minutes, Mitch was dispatched and was there quick. He was very helpful. He offered all in my family cold water bottles. He assessed that I had bigger problems (four tires bad, and we wouldn t make it far). They didn t have four R14s. Brad and he collaborated, came up with an idea to change my R14 with R15 tires, scavenged their shop, and Brad put four new R15 tires on four rims. 3 of one type tire, one mismatch, and mismatched rims. But beggars can t be choosers ... we were 1,000 miles from home, in the middle of nowhere, broke down on the side of the road.Brad delivered roadside, and together they installed four new rims and tires on the side of the highway, at 9pm, on a Friday, with traffic whizzing by.We traded rims from my trailer, plus $512 (about $90 per new tire, installed roadside, and they charged me for 1.5hrs of labor, despite the fact that they both, together, had 6 hours of labor in).They wouldn t take more, were empathetic that we were spending my wife s birthday alongside the road broke down, and were all about SERVICE, getting us safely back on the road.I am very appreciative of their help, and wholeheartedly recommend this business, Reed Tire.

Late Sunday afternoon October 8th, 2017, I damaged two wheels and destroyed two tires on my brand new travel trailer by hitting a piece of metal in a truck stop gravel parking lot in Alamosa, Colorado. The station attendant obtained the number for Reed Tire in La Jara, Colorado, about 20 miles away. Brad Reed called me within a few minutes to discuss my issue and figure out the best approach.Brad arrived an hour later with three tires, a spare wheel and great customer service attitude. I thanked him for his prompt Sunday evening road service. He commenced to get my trailer up and running with a serviceable spare to boot in less than an hour, saving our vacation plans. I consider myself lucky that Brad and his father are here for people when they need help.Reed Tire in La Jara, Colorado is the Go-To place when in southern Colorado. Thanks again Brad.
